I never been to a chick fil a that messes up on orders this much I would've stopped coming to this a while ago but it's the closest one to my house. They don't pay attention to orders don't accommodate your orders by removing what u asked to be taken off and they also don't add sauce to your order like at all and if you do your only getting one. Covid19, Drive thru only available and I wouldn't be surprised if their sales exceeded the same on this day last year. They have their act together at this location on I-7 and the 101 fwy! I pulled up and saw the line. I got in line then texted my family to ask what option B was because there were probably 25 cars in front of me. While I waited for their response, I moved up quite a bit. I realized the line was moving pretty darn fast and decided to stay. All in all, I waited about 15-18 minutes. They have a giant tent set up so part of the line is in the shade. The order takers are standing outside in this heat, taking orders and ringing you up on the spot where you slide your own cars so no touch transmission possible. Then 3 ordering lines converge into one drive thru pick up line. When you near the window, they have a spot for 3 cars to pull up while 3 servers bring your order to your window, confirm your name for pick up and off you go. It was highly efficient, the staff was their usual friendly selves despite standing outside in 90-100 degree temperatures and the wait really wasn't that long considering how many cars were in front of me! Ranks with in-n-out as the best fast food. Grilled chicken nuggets are juicy with good grilled flavor and nice texture - not leftover chicken. Nice middle of the road BBQ sauce. Mac and cheese is a great side. Slightly over cooked noodles, but cheesy. Fruit cup side is spectacular! Not a bowl of melons strawberry's, blueberry, mandarin oranges, and two kinds of apples. Fantastic! The pinnacle food here is the chicken soup. Best chicken soup bar none. Excellent chicken flavor, meaty, and superb broth. The best chicken soup anywhere. You never see this level of friendliness with fast food establishments or see employees who genuinely seem happy to be in their jobs. These people ARE! Aubrey was a delight and instantly put my husband and I in a great mood. The manager (younger, African American male -did not get his name) runs an AMAZING ship and I am so thankful to see young people thrive. Keep up the great work! My office sent me to pick up breakfast for everyone on the company card, we had to pay some of it with cash too, but the manager this morning had to refund and recharge our order - she wasn't very nice about it either which was uncomfortable. The drive thru system they have going in here is an absolute nightmare. One lane for orders and two lanes for mobile pick up. We all know every restaurant is trying to push mobile orders so they can hire less people but have the pick up be in another area. With three lanes merging into one and nobody directing the traffic everyone tried to get in front of everyone else. It also caused the traditional drive through line to get extremely long, took about 20 minutes to get in line and then place my order. Then because their system is so jacked up and killing their times they start sending food to cars that are in the line, but stuck still so now my food is already getting cold and old but I can't go anywhere. This might be great if I'm going to eat in the car but when I'm taking it somewhere or for other people it's pretty frustrating to have to still sit in the line for 5+ minutes before you can get out. read more

I went through the drive through with my boyfriend and as usual we asked for cheese on our chicken minis. I get it, odd. probably not often asked. Well it's one thing to deny doing it in a rush, thinking it's a ridiculous request, or just throwing it on the side even. not even that, they threw a piece of cheese on the top of the box, above the hot food to melt and serve no purpose other than a big F you. I usually don't do the review and asking for a replacement bit, but at that point I was just baffled more so than anything. I had gotten a couple minutes down the road, given the area was annoying; but I asked my boyfriend to drive back honestly to show what I was given more so than anything. When I went in I was informed there were two managers. The one whispers to the female manager and she comes over to hear me just say why I was in. With masks we can all agree it's even more important to just look pleasant especially while someone is expressing an issue. The lady says, "okay" and walks away. As she is getting it fixed the male manager walks over. I am MAD at myself for not getting his name because he was seriously amazing. He comes over and sees the box sitting on the counter. Being that it's my food he kindly asks me to open the box and then gets frustrated very obsoletely. He asks if he can take a picture. I said, "sure! They're both like that." he did a laugh not in a mean way. I opened them and he took a picture. He proceeded to apologize and ask my name. He offers me anything in compensation. He even said please even a drink I want to give you something and really apologize. Here I sit in my car on my lunch break, still hungry, disappointed, and a bit more broke. Here's the thing... I'm not some huge Chick-Fila fan to begin with but they definitely aren't making me any more of a fan. Let's start with right now. This Chick-Fil-A is a great place to get food before/after watching a movie at the nearby AMC Deer Valley. They have always been courteous, efficient, and accurate in handling my orders. The food has consistently been delicious. I particularly recommend the grilled chicken club, the macaroni and cheese, and the waffle fries with Chick-Fil-A sauce. read more

I had an embarrassing moment where I brought my 2 young boys and husband to dinner and neither of my cards worked at the register due insufficient funds. Very unimpressed by the timeliness of the service at this location. I just moved here from California and am used to very fast drive thru line or in store pick up. Even during Covid. The past 3 times I've been here, I've had to wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru or being told to "pull forward" and wait for my meal at the end while cars behind me continued to receive their food. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and love the food, but hate the wait. Unfortunately even though this is the closest location to me, I'll need to find another to go to. The staff is unfriendly and they don't have a good system for the drive-through at this time or any time. Even before this pandemic we are in they have always had a hard time. This is by far my favorite chick-fil-A to visit. I've never been disappointed by the food and furthermore, the staff here is amazing! My girlfriend and I came in after a long day at work and we were both starving. Not only were the sandwiches and fries perfectly hot and tasty, but also the store manager, Ishmael, was as friendly as can be. We had a good conversation at the front of the restaurant, and then he came over later to check on how we were enjoying our food. 10/10 experience and super pleasant hospitality.
