Amazing service! I placed a delivery order through their app and the entire order was perfect except one thing. They accidentally delivered me the wrong sandwich, I had ordered a regular sandwich no pickles due to an allergy but unfortunately received one with pickles and cheese. Assuming they just put the wrong sandwich in my order I gave a quick call and explained and the manager was super sweet. He apologized for the mistake and sent me a new sandwich and some cookies for the inconvenience! Chic-fil-a always goes above and beyond with service and character. This Chick-fil-A is very good for a quick bite although the drive thru seems long a lot of the times it goes through fairly quick. They recently decorated the place for Christmas with Christmas lights and Santa decor, so that was very charming. My only complaint is this place has a hard time putting all the necessary condiments and utensils in the bags, so I'd def recommend checking them before you leave. While standing in line, there was one person and they took about 10minutes. Both my girlfriend and I ordered the Chick-fil-A deluxe with pepper jack cheese. When we received the order we noticed that the sandwich had American cheese and pepper jack cheese. I thought this was weird so I looked at the receipt and we were charged for extra cheese when asking for the pepper jack instead of American. We didn't make a big deal out it and ate our meal. On the way out, I just asked the lady (Emery) who took our order about the mix up she didn't not care one bit. She gave me a very sarcastic and disrespectful smile. I just said maybe next time ask the customer to clarify or mention the extra charge for two pieces of cheese and didn't ask for any kind of refund or exchange. When I tried leaving a young man with red hair came out from behind the counter and physically got in between me and the exit asking what my problem was getting in my face. I politely told him and he aggressively responded with "well what do you want some extra cheese." After that the manager got involved pulling away the boy who acted aggressively. The manager apologized and gave me a cookie for my troubles. The young man with red hair, who I didn't catch his name, made my girlfriend and I feel very unsafe in the way he blocked me from leaving and was both verbally and physically aggressive. I'm guessing he is in a relationship with Emery and was defending his girlfriend. I hope someone in charge seems this and corrects the problem that this Chick-fil-A is having. read more

In my opinion this is the best chick fil a location out of the ones located in Pensacola. It's located off university pkwy, near target and publix. Great service. I'm usually there at opening times and even then the customer service is great. I've never had an issue with the food. I think they've got the best chick fil a breakfast biscuit - it's always moist and buttery and soft unlike some of the other locations. Absolutely horribly, wretched experience tonight at #01389. They ran a buy one 30 piece nugget get one free special from 5-8 Pm. I arrived to see a long drive through line and a big crowd inside but hey it's fast food right? Order #11490564 placed at 6:02:13 PM. During the whole 1 hour and 50 minutes of waiting for my food, not a single employee came to check on me and find out how long I had been waiting. Some kid was going around passing out cookies and skipped right past me. I finally had enough waiting so I went up to the register for a refund. They took my receipt and said never mind your refund, here's your order. 110 minutes for chicken nuggets is simply not acceptable. They most certainly served many dozens of people through the drive through during the time I was waiting. Had they mentioned to me the wait was extensive I would have cancelled my order then and there. No fast food is worth a 30 minute wait, much less 110 minutes. Nuggets came out rubbery. I am giving this Chick-fil-a five stars based on their customer service! Most Chick-fil-a's have above average customer service, but this one certainly goes above and beyond the Golden Standard and I appreciate every effort they put into it! One example is the mornings, which are always busy in the drive thru! They make certain to send an employee outside with a tablet to make the ordering process much faster and more streamlined. I have witnessed this at other restaurants, but not on a consistent basis. I can always count on this location to get me in and out very quickly and my order is always correct. The employees have always been pleasant and easy to deal with; I am just sorry I have not written this review earlier. The restaurant did go through some remodeling recently and it looks very nice. Still looks like a Chick-fil-a, yet it is clean and comfortable. Thanks to the employees for making the dining experience, if you decide to eat in or go through the drive thru, the most pleasant I have ever experienced in any fast food location!
