This is my go to chick fila. I normally do mobile orders and go inside to pick it up. I'm definitely a fan of the Nuggets and the chick fila sandwich. I've never dined in but from what I noticed it appears to be clean. This particular day. I picked up a catering order that I placed on line. Which was a small chick- fil-A Nuggets enough for 8-10 people. Depending on how greedy they are. The sauce was free. Believe it or not this was my first time trying this particular sauce. We've been going to this restaurant for years and it has just gone downhill with respect to value for your money. Sandwiches and fry portion have drastically shrunk the past few years and the prices are ridiculous for a fast food place. Salads are good but pricey. Since the old man ( Tracy) passed on, the new management has failed us as consumers. Service is still great but that doesn't matter anymore. I have been stopping by this location for awhile. I eat fast food maybe once a week. This is one of my go to places at least once a month. The service is quick and ready since I ony use the App to make my purchase and use the Pick Up spots located out front. I have never been inside, but it looks to be like the basic interior as all the rest. I do notice that a good amount of people do actually sit and dine. My orders, for the most part, have been correct, hot, and fresh. I like that by using the App, if something is missing, they issue a refund quickly. I just tried the Chicken Waffle Sandwich. I'm a chick-fil-a fan. I've had good meals but also bad ones from this store. It's close to my home. Know that If you come before closing, what you get might be questionable. Also the order that you get when you're driving through may not be the order you asked for so make sure to check carefully. I called to place a catering order. It was so loud in the store I couldn't hear the employee on the phone. I told the employee this and asked repeatedly if he could go into another room. He kept saying is this better is this better but it wasn't. I finally asked if I could speak with a manager. He said he was a manager. Yikes. There should've been some way to make this order happen. He offered no options. I ended up asking him if I came into the store early in the morning could I still pick up at 11:15. I was the only one working to make this order happen. I'm guessing he was some young kid. Frustrating. This isn't my favorite store and even less my favorite store now. I just can't count on them. I've heard the Severna Park store is better. read more

Speaking from a place of true concern - somebody needs to address the issues within management at this location. The kids here are very nice, efficient and talkative as I come here myself - but the management is atrocious. No adult should be allowed to speak to another persons children like this. I've not only witnessed for myself how the larger, short female manager make kids cry, I am also a teacher at a high school in the area; and know several students who have either worked or are currently working at this location. The stories i've heard are absolutely insane. It makes me upset to hear, as the owner continues to do nothing and let atrocities work so closely with young, fragile teenagers. I ordered food from the app for drive-thru pickup. The crew members were friendly and competent, and my food was hot and delicious (8-count nuggets and large waffle fries) and my drink was cold and fresh (large lemonade). The drive-thru is set up so that you cannot exit by going around the vehicle in front of you even if you've received your food or you have a change of heart. You have to wait until everyone ahead of you has been assisted. Because they were serving customers out of order, I had to wait until the cars before me received their food before I could exit. Meanwhile, I crammed waffle fries in my mouth because I was too impatient. Convenient location so I would likely return if I'm in the area. read more

As you can see from my previous review, I have always raved about this location and the excellent customer service. Most recently I stopped in the drive thru to grab a meal. Upon pulling up to pay, the gentleman accidentally swiped my card on the wrong order. After leaving, I noticed that two separate charges were on my credit card: one for the correct order and one for the wrong one. I assumed that the wrong one would be cancelled out and gave it a few days. Ultimately, both charges went through! I figured it would be an easy fix and call to the store. Unfortunately it wasn't as easy as I imagined. **Just to note...I emailed the location through their website a few days before calling. I provided the exact information from the receipt and my contact information. I never heard from them which prompted me to call... I called the store approximately three times before I even had anyone answer. When someone did answer, I was advised to call back that afternoon. Upon calling back, the lady struggled to find my info in the computer even though I provided her the EXACT amount for both charges and the receipt number which I had in front of me. She finally did find it. She took my number and said she would call me back after the lunch rush to obtain credit card info from me. She said she knew she needed CC info from me but didn't know exactly what she needed so she would call me back. First she offered putting points on my app equivalent to the wrong charge but I no longer have the app or use it. The following day I realized I never received a call so I phoned the restaurant. The person who answered remembered me from the day before and advised they did not need any further info and they issued the refund. It has been a few weeks now and the charge has not been refunded. I've gotten delivery 3 times from this location. The first time, they only delivered one of the two salads, the next time they forgot one sandwich and 4 salad dressings (which you are paying for and a dry salad ain't great), third time they did the same as the first and only delivered one of the two salads. unfortunately this is the lowest i can go. workers in the morning lack the skill of common human decency. A woman, most likely a nursing student (in scrubs) was eating some food from the gas station, as well as a Chickfila coffee. Workers then, in the empty dining area, proceeded to say they would kick her out. When a customer called them out, responded by staring at the lady, and rolling their eyes. The Chick-fil-A in Pasadena,MD is horrible. I went in yesterday which was February 11, 2025 and they were closing at 4:00 PM because of the snow. I can understand closing early because of the snow but, nobody that worked there informed me they were closing early. If I knew they were closing early I would have left right back out the door. I thought it was very rude and very inconvenient of them to treat customers that way. I was basically kicked out and had to rush to eat my food which I don't like to rush and I don't like cold food. They should have told everybody that they were closing at 4:00 PM when they went to order food. The employees were very rude and I will not go to this location ever again. Just got off the phone with manger. This was my sandwich on saturday and i was told that i would be refunded for my meal and compensation for my time. manger told me i could only get the sandwich refunded but after talking refunded me for my meal. I worked a 12 hour shift and had nothing to eat and couldn't run back to chick-fil-a for a replacement. was never compensated for my time and what i had to deal with. I always have an issue with my order from this location. However, every time, I hope my next experience will be better...nope! My most recent experience appears to be MOLD in my beverage! It figures, I find it after finishing my drink. I only found it because they forgot my straw and I was drinking with the lid off. I want to give this particular establishment all the stars, but as of lately, I haven't been so pleased. My daughter goes to school in Hanover so we have to drive her there. This location is convenient so we utilize it. Since she started back school we order curbside and they have been come out very late to the point that we have to walk in and grab the food. This is hands-down the best Chick-fil-A! I don't live in this area anymore so I don't get to frequent this location often but every time I do they don't disappoint. I arrived today at a little after 1:30 PM which for many places is extremely busy with the lunch crowd. I saw the drive thru line and started thinking whether I would have time to stop or not. I decided to stop and I was in the line and out of the drive-thru exit in about seven minutes. There are two drive thru lines and each has two staff working with tablets. My order was taken quickly and I paid with the app. When I drove around to get my meal and drink cars stopped long enough to grab their items. We didn't have to wait for them to be ready. Visited Chick-fil-A for the first time ever at this location in Md on August 11, 2022 at 7.30pm.............hubby and I could not wait to find out what all the hype was about........To say it was inedible is an understatement. We got 2 CFA sandwiches, a medium fries and a kale crunch salad to go for $14.72. We took one bite of our sandwiches, fries and salad and the remainder went straight in the trash! Service is very poor, staff is not pleasant. 3 times with my drive thru orders, that am missing items I ordered and pay. The first time it happened I was home by the time I noticed items were missing. 2nd and 3rd time it happened, I checked my items ordered before I leave. Staff just shrugged it off and made me feel that it didn't matter that they missed an item in my orders and that I have to turn around and go back thru drive thru and line up again. No apologies from staff when I asked them to make sure next time that they complete my orders. This is the only Chick fil-A place that I dread to go. And only this place that has so much low standards compared to other branches. Avoid this place is my advice. Food is great of course but staff is so lousy and very poor customer service. read more

I'm usually a fan of Chick-fil-A food, and the customer service has been great - usually. Today, at the Pasadena Crossings location, we didn't get as far as service. Dine in customers don't seem to be welcome anymore. In the parking lot, FIFTEEN spaces are reserved for delivery drivers. SIXTEEN are reserved for curbside pickup. Five are handicapped parking, and that leaves less than ten for dine in customers. Inside, a large part of the former dining room is now walled off to accommodate delivery and curbside orders. The small amount of dining space was occupied, except for four booths "reserved for employee use." After the effort to find a parking spot for, you know, customers, we left without ordering since there was no space to sit. In general, Chick-fil-A seems to be less welcoming to dine-in customers, but this location may as well have a "GO AWAY" sign. Too bad. read more

Okay, the food is fine and same with service and stuff blah blah blah. In the morning, you have 2 drive through lanes open and use the speakers. 1 lane always goes signifigantly faster than the other. I am not exaggerating when I say that one lane will put through 3-4 times as many cars as the other. Picking a lane is such a gamble and can cost me 10 minutes if I choose poorly. Maybe you think that this has only happened a few times but I eat there around 2 times a week for breakfast for the past 5 months. Everytime I either go through quick or get stuck. Its not a problem with the people in front of me. I have been in the situation where the guy taking orders, only takes orders from one lane for 3 cars then takes my order. I would have driven away if I could have, but you get blocked in and it can drive you nuts. read more
