Walked in at high noon the drive-through wasn't double and triple out like it normally is but there were eight people in line inside. I don't ever go through the drive-through. And I don't normally come to this Chick-fil-A because of the ridiculous parking lot they have painted out there but I have an appointment 1/10 of a mile away so I chose it over Panera. There were eight people in line 2 clerks working the counter and they got food out in no time-- nobody was waiting long in the dining room. I ordered the spicy southwest salad. I always order the Cobb that's when I come here for. I asked if it was spicy Toni said no so I ordered it -- a little disappointed in the salad. The chicken is thin, sliced deli meat instead of Chick-fil-A chicken. It was way more spicy than I wanted cause I don't do Mexican often but I wanted something different. Problem here---The size of the cut of the lettuce requires a knife. My idea of eating a salad is NOT having to cut it with a knife --little displeased. I really like that there's no fighting and yelling behind the counter or back in the kitchen --a couple of days ago I was at another place where they were fighting at front counter in front of the customers. These people all seem to be nice to each other and to us and that's important to me. It's now 1229 and while the line has cleared out for sometime. It's starting to become a backup so I watched it for a bit. Everybody noticed it. Everybody stepped up to the plate. Orders were taken food was delivered. They know how to do it here. Now, while I was really disappointed in the salad, that doesn't mean I'm not going to come back to the one I normally go to in North Olmsted and have a Cobb salad and I hope that they change back to putting a full HB egg in the salad, not a half of a hard-boiled egg. I have never been a fan of Chick-fil-A because of all the touting that was going on and all the chicken wars that were going on and the ridiculous lines outside not proving anything. Their chicken is not all that but the last year or two I tried it several times and I did notice that their chicken is not fried crusty crispy like everybody else in their sandwiches or in their salads so I'll keep coming back. There are more things to a restaurant that are appealing to those of us who dine out four and five times a week and Chick-fil-A has a few of them. well done Chick-fil-A. read more

Chick-fil-A always has a long line which moves some smoothly that I never mind waiting! The staff taking your order are always so pleasant and willing to answer any questions you may have!! Their Customer service is top notch!!! Our food was fresh, hot, and amazing after a long day!! We scarfed it down before I could take any pictures but highly recommend!! I stopped by to get breakfast last week while in Cleveland for work. I ordered on the app, as i have done before at other CFA's all over. I arrived at the drive thru, gave my name, and then pulled up to the window. I then sat at the window for 10+ mins waiting on my order. It was not a complicated order, just a chicken biscuit meal. There were 2 other cars ahead of me that had been pulled forward (past the window) because their orders were not ready either. The restaurant was not busy at all, which was kind of odd for it being about 745am. It didn't make sense at all why the long wait. I ended up getting my food, and it was good (typical CFA). They were just very slow. Later in the week i thought about ordering breakfast again and selecting pickup inside. The app estimated 5-11 minute wait after arrival and I thought was too much, so I decided to get something else. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe Meal. It didn't have anything but cheese and one pickle. A deluxe meal sandwich is supposed to come with lettuce and tomatoes and it had neither. The waffle fries were cold also. This has happened to me before at this same Chick-Fil-A on Ridge Rd in Parma. No one cares, it's a business that practices a shove the customer through the drive-through policy. read more

Terrible service, very slow, mobile orders take longer to come out than drive thru. Orders are never correct, items are always missing. They forgot my drinks a past visit and it took 15 minutes to prepare them. My entire $10 wrap was missing today. Yesterday my pickup order wasn't right. Ordered 2 sandwiches, chicken tenders and fries. Got 1 grilled chicken and three fries. I had to drive back there, only to be treated like it was my fault. Got our food fries were cold like they have been sitting out all day, got the cheese sauce to dip my fries and sandwich in , there was barely any inside of it of the cup.
