I have worked in Parma for approximately eight years - this is by far the most underrated hidden gem in the city! This tapas bar has been open for a year or two now, but I recently only started visiting after a work event. I came back for the full menu before I left this review. Everything we had was well flavored - and truly gives you a sense of authentic Venezuelan food. The service is exceptionally attentive. They do host private parties as well and worked nicely with our coordinator for the event. I would highly recommend this tapas bar - a must try in little old Parma!

This place is a fantastic Parma gem! The food was so tasty, clearly very fresh and hot upon arrival. Also I have to note that the steak (which we ordered medium rare) was cooked to perfection! The tapas style menu is perfect for sharing. My husband and I shared three dishes and were satisfied: 10/10 on presentation, 10/10 on flavor and 9/10 on our "fullness" after our meal. I feel like this place would be even better with a small group of friends where everyone could order 1-2 tapas plates and then share amongst the group. I can't wait to go back and taste more dishes. The ambiance of the restaurant was quaint, clean and inviting. For a new restaurant, I didn't get that "empty" or "unfinished" vibe that I often get with the decor in a brand new space. The service was excellent as well. The young boy at the host stand was eager to greet us with a smile and was very polite. The server was also very friendly, informative and prompt. She even explained some of the menu inspiration and offered us a suggestion when asked. The food also felt like it came out pretty quickly. Overall, we were impressed and will be back!

Had a very enjoyable meal last night and like everyone else has said, this is a hidden gem in Parma. I had the ceviche and my son had nachos Both were very flavorful. The braised pear dessert was delicious too. The young lady who waited on us was super helpful and sweet. I definitely want to come back to try more as there is a lot on the menu.

Fantastic, as always! This place is so underrated, it should be a crime! Their food is AMAZING! The staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming! Such a great idea to have a "Tapas" restaurant here in town, that combines the amazing cuisine of South America, with a Spanish flare! Per the owner, who always sits with us at the end of the night, this is called "Hispanic American Fusion". There are so many different flavors and influences involved in the menu, with a heavy Venezuelan and Peruvian influence, but in a Spanish tapas twist!

Excellent meal! First time here and the food was great, the drinks were good, and so was the dessert. Will definitely be back to try more!

Excellent food! First time there. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Fish tacos and plantains with monchego cheese + honey

I forgot to share my Google review on here from 3 weeks ago: My husband and I came here on Saturday night for dinner. Our server was Andrea: what a kind and beautiful soul! She was friendly and made everything so seamlessly easy and comfortable. We shared plates of fish tacos, grilled octopus and empanadas. WOW. All of our dishes matched with the environment provided by Andrea: authentic and seamlessly coordinated. The food + flavors just.went.together. I love sauces with dishes, and they were all paired so well with the delicious fresh food. Definitely coming back!!! Update: spoiler alert, we went back and took pictures this time. This time we had Camilla serving us, and what a sweet girl! She gave us more popular recommendations. This time we both got the fish tacos, and shared a plantain dish with monchego cheese + honey, and my husband got a steak/potato/salad dish (I forgot the name!), as well as a spicy mezcal cocktail with jalapeno in it. Every damn dish that comes out of that kitchen is absolute fire! As spectacular as the first time we went!! My husband said the steak melted like butter in his mouth, and the plantains shocked me how delicious they were with the cheese+ honey pairing. I told my whole family about this place because of what a gem I feel like we found. I'm shocked it isn't more packed on a Friday evening! Go in, you won't regret it!!!!

    W Signature Cocktail

A new, different, interesting Tapas restaurant in Parma. Prices on par with other, similar restaurants. Caribbean flair and decor. We tried three tapas, all very good. Service was friendly , helpful, and competent. The Q signature cocktail ( a splurge) will put you in the Caribbean vibe in no time. We definitely enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning

Very sadly, I just saw that the two other locations are closing immediately, just 1 day after our Valentine's Day dinner at the Larchmere location - now officially, the only one left standing. The Lakewood Barroco was in my top 5 favorite restaurants in all of Cleveland and I am super bummed. I hope this last location will stay open for a very long time. As for the Barroco food, it was superb. We went all out and tried a few things on the menu. We aren't big drinkers but I sipped on a strawberry mojito with lots of real strawberries throughout ($14) and my bf enjoyed the "Iguana," a pretty little rum cocktail ($12). We shared the shrimp device and tostones appetizer ($18). The tostones reminded me of a structurally sound latke, or potato pancake! Our shrimp ceviche was doused in lemon juice and mixed with lots of healthy vegetables. This was large enough to be an entree for a healthy eater! However, we still had lots of room in our tummies and we each got our own main dish. I stuck to the arepa and yucca fries combo I love so much, although I switched it up and ordered a different arepa than my usual. I liked my "Ropa Vieja," or braised beef arepa ($22), fine but I prefer my usual pulled pork arepa much much more. The braised beef arepa was like a sloppy Joe in an arepa. Made for pretty good leftovers though! My beloved was feeling adventurous and treated himself to a nice and fatty cut of the Carne Asada and Calentado entree ($38). After tax and tip, our bill was a hefty $130 for the two of us. I'd say that the food, the service, and the ambiance made it worth it though and I hope it continues to stay open so we can come back!!

The restaurant is spacious and colorful, perfect for anything from casual to celebratory! The flavor of the plantains and arepas was great! Large portion and great presentation as well. I thought it was a little bit on the pricier side but worth it for good flavors and service.
