Ordered from this particular one several times. Delivery is always fast and efficient. The orders themselves are hit and miss.. today I ordered the toasted bacon chicken. It was awful.! The bread was so toasted unable to eat.. the only edible part was the chicken and the fried onions. The bacon was half done and the cheese had stuck to the bottom of the burnt bun . The best I could do was take the chicken off of the bread and eat it... will definitely stay away from their toasted sandwiches. The staff today was hella friendly and super efficient. To be fair, we were the only customers, but still! Store and restrooms were very clean and stocked and the interior is bright and easily navigated. Ordered a giant Italian Night Club, two quartered koshers (pickles, of course) and some hot peppers. Took my parents to Jimmy John's for dinner recently. This was their first time eating here, which is one of the reasons I brought them. All three of us ordered the Italian Night Club based on my recommendation. And all three of us were very satisfied with our sandwich. I knew my parents would like the Night Club because they like classic Italian Sandwiches. Plus, JJ's uses Helman's mayonnaise and white bread, which is what I was raised on. The white bread is very tasty - I love it. They made the subs really fast and we took them to go. The subs are large and filling. I've eaten at various JJ's close to 50 times in the last 11 years. The food took forever to get here and when it did it smelled like wet dog. We couldn't even eat it because the smell was so gross. I called and spoke with a manager (who sounded like he didn't care at all) and he said they would remake the order and send it back to me. There's no way I'll ever order from this place again. The team is always so nice in there! Everyone is smiling. It seems like a great place to work. Also the sandwiches are great too! The bread is always so fresh and the veggies are crisp and taste how veggies should taste not like they have been in a refrigerator for 3 weeks like some sub places. The neon sign on the stores window shouts 'FREE SMELLS' so I decided to pop in with my daughter for a whiff or two. Not bad. Not bad at all... so we decided to stay for lunch. We ordered two subs, a bag of chips, and some drinks and they were prepared very fast. Freaky fast actually... As they should have been as there were seven (I counted) employees working on this Wednesday afternoon. They were all doing something and nobody was standing still. A couple were cleaning, two were making the food and bread, one was ringing the cash register, another was carrying a stack of papers (clearly the manager), and one just returned from a delivery. The place was very clean, the subs were made accurately and the quality of the ingredients made them taste pretty darn good. Jimmy Johns is a slightly more expensive option compared to some of the other sub places but you get what you pay for and it is in-line with the value for your money. They charge a dollar extra for cheese despite the fact that cheese is in the very definition of 'sub'. That must be how they make up for all those 'Free Smells' they're giving away all willy-nilly! read more

Went in for a sub. Turned away because they "ran out of bread." What a joke of an establishment.

I was excited to try this new JJ by my home. Perhaps my expectations were too high, it was just not what I imagined. I discovered it is comparable to Subway. The place was very clean, not busy. The cashier barely spoke. I ordered 2 subs, one being the Vito without tomato. I received my order extremely quickly, the sub had no tomato as I wanted. However there was also no onion or dressing on the sub, which was a bummer, because that's what the menu said it had on it. The staff was hyper-focused on getting me in and out as soon as possible without paying attention to what is supposed to be on the sandwich. I added 2 bags of chips to my order and was just handed the subs, having to request a bag for the 4 items. read more
