I usually come here to grab a quick bite whenever I fly to Orlando. Every time the service is friendly. I've never had an issue with any of my orders (no mess ups, and if you ask for sauce they give you 2-3 which is just right). There can sometimes be a decent wait after ordering, but I can't blame them. This is a popular and busy airport and chick fil a is a crowd favorite so that's somewhat expected. read more

Prices were reasonable considering they are located inside the airport. We got the chicken sandwiches and they had an option to replace the biscuit with a wheat bun. The sandwich itself was plain and simple with just a fried chicken cutlet and bun. The chicken was a bit too salty. read more

The prices are reasonable for being inside an airport. I found them to be very comparable to the ones back home. The only con is that they mixed up our orders. It wasn't a big deal. We ordered a regular meal and then a super sized mea. The meal that was regular they supersized and the meal we wanted supersized they gave us regular. They are pretty busy, constantly, but the line moves along pretty quickly. read more

Wow, I can't believe this is a chick-fil-a. There wasn't much of a line, but it was about 5:45 in the morning. My wife ordered some mini chicken sandwiches, and a sun joy tea. I ordered the yogurt parfait and the response was "no". That was strange, but he checked the cooler and said they didn't have any. I ended up with a side of fruit. After waiting for awhile, and watching the next 3 people behind me got their food. We finally got ours, but no drink. When we asked, we received an eye roll. Then they made the wrong drink and seemed bothered to make the right one. Overall, pretty much the worst experience we've had at a chick-fil-a. I think they are just getting by on the name, most of the other options were open and not busy. Next time I will go to any of those places, but as of now, I don't recommend this one. read more

This is the most horrible chick fila I ever been to! First of all the lady could not understand what a plain biscuit was! I repeated my self 4 times and then I thought she rang me up right so I paid and noticed the receipt she charged me for chicken biscuit! When did I ever say chicken? She states oh that's what I thought you said so she gave me attitude had to get the manger to come and refund me and ring me up again. Guess what? She didn't even know here the plain biscuit button was!! Then finally ordered and paid waited literally over 20 minutes!! Hands me my biscuits but not the hash browns I ordered with it so she went to go look and says we don't have anymore I'll give you fries instead!!! Like wtf!!! Service is a mess and sucks read more

Picked up a quick meal for my family to eat while we waited at our gate definitely disappointed with my experience. Our bag was so overstuffed it ripped at tsa and our fries fell everywhere! Then we ordered macaroni for my daughter and they put grilled chicken instead. Attempted to call to see if any accommodation could be made since we were already at our gate pass tsa and the call was declining after one ring. read more

Chick is a staple for my active family. The crew at the airport is horrible and could not care less. We ordered 1 chicken biscuit and 1 breakfast sandwich, there are only 4 menu items to choose from. 25 minutes later when I inquired about the status of the order- "it's ready when it's ready". Not acceptable for cfla standards. We abandoned the order and walked to our gate. We won't make this mistake again and going to sit out of all business for a while. read more

The stars are for poor customer service by the cashiers and not paying attention to get the order right the first time. I walked up to the cashier and greeted her and didn't get a smile or a greeting in return. The face of the company gives a long and lasting impression. I really wish I could give this Chick-fil-a more stars, but I can't. I ordered the Spicy Deluxe meal. I walked to another side of the airport to enjoy my meal to find out they gave me a Chicken Sandwich with Cheddar cheese. I tried to eat it but it was cold and not very good. Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A. The cashier never made eye contact and talked to someone else the whole time I was ordering. I simply ordered an 8 pc nugget and a medium fry, waited over half an hr and never received my order. I inquired several times as to where it was and was told to hold on and then ignored. After requesting a refund, I was told by the manager " you should have said something". When I told her that I did, she turned around and walked away. No apology, nothing. I had only one prior Chick-fil-a experience before this one, and this one will be my last. Ordering took forever, but its in an airport, I get it. The person taking my order was very hard to understand, and I had to drag information out of her. All the while they are SHOUTING names and numbers for folks to pick up orders. Order complete, I go to the side and wait for my name to be screamed/called. And waited, and waited. After 20 (I kid you not) minutes, I go up and ask - where is my order? Mass confusion, no one knows, finally they just fill up a bag with my stuff and send me off. After this, other people approached the counter to ask about their orders, so I was not alone. Sat down to eat my food, and it the most sad, cold, fast food I have had in a while. Fries were undercooked and cold (and I LOVE that style of fry) and my sandwich was just above room temperature. Sweet tea was watery, as I waited so long all my ice had melted. Its in an airport, so my expectations are not high, but this experience lowered the bar significantly. I'll never go back to another Chick-fil-a, too many other options for this sort of food around. read more

Food is good and it's an airport so expect them to charge you a bit more. Now this review is hard to do since the employees are not really working for Chick-fil-A they work for hms. They are the most rudest, inconsiderate, unorganized, unprofessional company I have ever seen. No mater which fast food place you choose they work there. There attitude is more concerned about work gossip, social media on their phones and laziness they don't try to hurry up for passengers. It's like they don't care about providing any type of service and the airport needs to look into this because 50 million people travel this airport yearly and I'm sure 90% is tourist spending their hard earned cash. Chick-fil-A needs to look into the company that is representing their product because it's not being done correctly to the standards of most Chick-fil-A. read more

Not only did they hand my wife the wrong order ... they mocked her for taking it. Yelled at her to bring it back and when I went up to the counter they were making fun of her for taking the bag. Listen clowns, we have purchased takeout before... this wasn't our mistake. Your employees need to get it right the first time and if there is an issue make it right with the other customer. Typically we can count on solid customer supper from a Chick Fil A restaurant.. that's obviously not the case at MCO. read more

This chick-fil-a is in the airport so it's cafeteria style. The last time I was there it took over 20 minutes for me to get through the line and get the food even though things were cooked. The staff just kept paying attention more to each other than the customers. They do not have everything that normal chic-fil-a's have but they do have most. Overall it's an okay place the food is hot and good but the service sucks and they are often rude. read more

If i needed a bone dry sandwich from yesterday, this place would be my go to. No mini's!!!! What!!!!! So I got a chicken biscuit. As i watch my dog gnawing his rawhide the sandwich was much like that only he seemed to like it.(he also humps stuffed animal and knees so that is that). This Chick-fil-A was not up to the standard of a normal non-airport Chick-fil-A. The cashiers weren't very friendly. You could tell that they hate their jobs and weren't even trying to hide it. I could excuse that since it's not a very rewarding job taking food orders from people streaming through the airport. What I couldn't excuse was that the food wasn't up to par. My spicy chicken deluxe sandwich did not taste very fresh. At least the coffee was nice and hot. read more

I normally don't eat fast food but Chick fil A is the one of the fast food I can eat. This Chick fil A located in the food court in the MCO airport. The line is long all the time. Very slow service. I can see their burgers are already cooked but still taking time to serve. My food was more like warm. Not hot. Small menu. More expensive than other locations. read more

Chick Fil-A at an airport? Heck yes! Everyone on this side of the food court is lining up for Chick Fil-A. The cashier's eyes drifted off as we told her our order, her tone of voice expressed how much she hated her job. I've been to a few Chick Fil-A's and one of the greatest things about this fast food chain is the chirpy, friendly customer service. We ordered the spicy chicken sandwiches with waffle-cut fries. The cashier girl told me they are not making any coffee right now (time 5:35pm). As my receipt was printing, another staff got my order ready already. The spicy chicken sandwich tasted like it had been made way in advance and just kept warm, it was also super salty. Waffle-cut fries were okay but barely warm. Very disappointing experience, I would rather go to McDonald's on the opposite side of the food court next time, which is where I ended up getting my coffee. read more

Ordered 12 count nuggets, waited more than 15 minutes (at an airport location this is an u acceptably long time to wait for fast food) - and they gave me 8 nuggets. I have a shameful secret to admit......I lost my Chick-fil-A cherry at an airport! Yes, the dirty bird took me aside and had her way with me. As I travel to Orlando quite a bit I have been exposed to this shameful manhandling many times now. I am actually embarrassed to admit that I am a willing participant to this poultry abuse! But I don't care - I lust this bird! I just love those tender grilled juicy breasts covered in seasoning and smothered in that honey roasted BBQ sauce. Placed inside a soft whole wheat bun with pickle chips, lettuce, and tomato. Along with a side of waffle fries and the experience is a bit orgasmic. Also, it's actually a healthier choice over the normal burger and fries as the grilled chicken sandwich has only 4 grams of fat and 29 grams of protein! (just looked it up on their website) Located in the food court at Orlando airport I usually grab a bite to eat when either arriving, or waiting for a flight home. Good to know my bird mistress is always there for when I'm in town for a quickie. read more

If you're trying a bowl here - do the Greek one, it's better than the Sesame Asian Bowl. I'm not sure if I would return, as Qdoba is right across the food court, but maybe it's worth a shot to you.
