    Chick-n-Minis- 4 Ct Meal
    Alexandria S.

My flight was delayed so I decided to stop for breakfast. There was no line at all. The girl at the counter was friendly and greeted me. I will say the food wasn't that fresh as the bread was a little hard on the chik n minis but it was still good.

Prices were reasonable considering they are located inside the airport. We got the chicken sandwiches and they had an option to replace the biscuit with a wheat bun. The sandwich itself was plain and simple with just a fried chicken cutlet and bun. The chicken was a bit too salty.

The prices are reasonable for being inside an airport. I found them to be very comparable to the ones back home. The only con is that they mixed up our orders. It wasn't a big deal. We ordered a regular meal and then a super sized mea. The meal that was regular they supersized and the meal we wanted supersized they gave us regular. They are pretty busy, constantly, but the line moves along pretty quickly.

    Undercooked and nasty looking

This is the most horrible chick fila I ever been to! First of all the lady could not understand what a plain biscuit was! I repeated my self 4 times and then I thought she rang me up right so I paid and noticed the receipt she charged me for chicken biscuit! When did I ever say chicken? She states oh that's what I thought you said so she gave me attitude had to get the manger to come and refund me and ring me up again. Guess what? She didn't even know here the plain biscuit button was!! Then finally ordered and paid waited literally over 20 minutes!! Hands me my biscuits but not the hash browns I ordered with it so she went to go look and says we don't have anymore I'll give you fries instead!!! Like wtf!!! Service is a mess and sucks

Soooooooooo sloooooooooooow not my pleasure at all. Seems like they can never cook their fires right it's always over cooked.

The stars are for poor customer service by the cashiers and not paying attention to get the order right the first time. I walked up to the cashier and greeted her and didn't get a smile or a greeting in return. The face of the company gives a long and lasting impression. I really wish I could give this Chick-fil-a more stars, but I can't. I ordered the Spicy Deluxe meal. I walked to another side of the airport to enjoy my meal to find out they gave me a Chicken Sandwich with Cheddar cheese. I tried to eat it but it was cold and not very good. I walked back to get it replaced. The manager replaced it with no issues.

Horrible service and long waits for food. This location needs help badly!!!

Yeah a rough day for the five people working, the crew was very unattranetive and didn't seem to care about the wait or lines. The staff moving like they had been there for weeks. So sad the manager was doing all the work Other members wondered around..I will not go thrre again. No excuse for level of None service and customer satisfaction.

Our food came out relatively fast as it is a quick service restaurant but that's when it fell short as all of the food we ordered was lukewarm like you could tell it all had been sitting for a while as to the point of where it really lacked had this been hotter I'm sure it would have been better. The spicy chicken sandwich wasn't bad had it been hot I can see the flavors coming out more as it was a decent sized piece of chicken with some of the spicy sauce and some bread and butter pickles which I did find to be a surprise as not many places use those pickles on a chicken sandwich. My lady said her chicken pieces were also lukewarm and she said that had they been hot that they would have been significantly better as it fell the same way with the yuca fries as those too were lukewarm and just left her looking for warmer food. The empanada was probably the warmest item that we received it was ok as it had a decent flavor to it but it lacked a lot of chicken as it felt like it was mostly sauce which was definitely underwhelming at most. All of the employees we encountered were very friendly and busy working and cleaning and just seemed to be enjoying their shift which is definitely a plus as I know how it can get in a QSR environment. Even though this had nothing to do with the restaurant I do have to say that this random guy came in and was like arguing with the staff about using the restroom this is after he came over and took some paper towels from the employee's roll who was cleaning the windows kinda random but it was kinda amusing to watch them while we ate. One other thing I noticed here was that there was no trash can at all which I'm very much so not a fan of as I'm not for leaving my plates on the table for someone to clean it up at a fast food restaurant as that's something I prefer to do myself. Overall the food here definitely fell short as I'm not into getting lukewarm food a chicken sandwich should me piping hot when you first bite into it so it's for these reasons I highly doubt that I'll ever come back.

I don't usually go out of my way for fast food. But today? I did. I made the trip. I committed…read more Because when it comes to Raising Cane's, I'm usually all in. That's what made this one sting a little. Let me set the stage. I pull up to the Kissimmee location already knowing what I'm getting. This place has one job. Chicken. Not a massive menu. Not a bunch of distractions. Just chicken, fries, toast, slaw. Simple. Focused. The kind of setup where you expect consistency every single time. And then the tray hit the table. The chicken? Bland. Like no one introduced it to seasoning. And somehow also soggy. You know that moment when you bite in expecting that crispy crunch and instead you get... soft confusion? Yeah. That. It honestly felt like the oil wasn't hot enough. Which is kind of a big deal when frying is your entire identity. Now here's where it gets even more frustrating. Cane's sauce is usually the safety net. It can cover a lot of sins. Underseasoned chicken? Fine. Dip it, save it, move on. But it cannot fix texture. It cannot create crunch out of thin air. And when the crisp isn't there, the whole thing falls flat. The fries didn't do much to help the situation. Underdone. Under salted. Just kind of there. Taking up space. Not offensive, just disappointing. Like they almost made it to the finish line and then decided to clock out early. And here's the part that really gets me. When you only do one thing, you have to nail it. Every time. No excuses. No off days. No close enough. This isn't a diner with a 10-page menu. This is chicken. How do you forget to make it crispy? Now, credit where it's due. The Texas toast? Still elite. Buttery, golden, doing exactly what it's supposed to do. The coleslaw? Fresh, crisp, actually refreshing. And the staff here? Friendly, efficient, and the food came out quick. No complaints on the service side at all. So now I'm sitting there having this internal debate. Because I know what Raising Cane's can be. And this wasn't it. somewhere in the middle of that meal it hit me that I went out of my way for this and got a version that felt like it cut corners That's a tough pill to swallow in an area like Kissimmee where you've got options everywhere you turn. Great food is not hard to find around here. Which makes subpar chicken stand out even more. Three stars. And that feels generous based on the sides and the service carrying the weight. But let's be clear. I'm usually a five star guy when it comes to Raising Cane's. This just wasn't that day. And when your whole brand is built on doing one thing right, you don't get a pass when that one thing misses.

After my visit I can confirm: that's exactly right. Let's start with the good, because some of it is genuinely great. The space is clean and well maintained, with staff actively clearing and resetting tables at an impressive pace. For a fast casual concept, the fact that food is brought directly to your table is a thoughtful touch that elevates the experience above its category. And then there are the fries. My stomach is practically rumbling typing this. Freshly fried, crispy and golden on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and served piping hot. They're genuinely hard to compare to anything else -- unique enough to stand on their own. If Chicken Guy sold only fries, I'd be a loyal regular. The chicken, though -- the whole reason for the name -- left me with questions. Hot and fresh, absolutely. But the interior had a wateriness that crossed from "juicy" into something that actually diluted the flavor. Combined with a sweet and sour sauce so thin it refused to cling to the tenders, the whole thing fell a little flat. I found myself wondering whether the chicken had been moisture-injected, because it tasted more hydrated than flavorful. In the Orlando heat that might technically be a feature -- but a good tender should be able to stand on its own before the sauce ever enters the picture. I'd return -- the fries alone make it worth it. But I'd experiment with a different sauce and temper expectations on the chicken itself.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there are a lot of choices to pick from on the menu. The interior is pretty large with a lot of seating areas both inside and outside. Inside is definitely preferred in the Florida heat. There are two drink stations with fountain sodas you can refill, but it's just standard Coke products and not a Coke freestyle machine. We had one order of the grilled strips and one order of the crispy strips. We also had the french fries, and we tried the bourbon BBQ sauce and the seasonal "korean spicy" sauce. The chicken strips were good. The grilled strips were a bit on the dry side, but they were a lighter choice versus the crispy ones. I appreciate that they have the grilled option for a lighter option. The fries had a light seasoning on them and were fairly standard french fries. We had heard that the sauces are the highlight here, and they were - OK. The bourbon sauce definitely had a punch of bourbon flavor, and the korean sauce definitely had that unique spicy korean flavor. They were a bit on the runny side, though, and I would've preferred a thicker sauce. Overall this was a decent meal, but it fell a bit short of expectations.
