Coupons for free food arrive in my mailbox occasionally. Came in through the drive-thru sometime last week to see if the sandwiches were as good as they were 10 years ago [when my buddy use to drag me along and cash-in on coupons for free chow]. I got 2 deluxe sammiches - one spicy, one non. I also asked for a couple packets of ranch and ketchup. The sandwiches were utterly delicious and the service was on-point. I liked how the spicy chicken wasn't overly spicy and had a tolerable kick to it. The 'rabbit food' inside the sandwiches were noticeably fresh and very much complimented the well-proportioned & well-seasoned chicken breasteses. I could eat these chicken sammiches all day. Well I was trying to avoid leaving a yelp review, but when I called the number for this location there was no option for voicemail or to write an email. I live across the street from this location and I couldn't be more frustrated and annoyed today. I understand you guys are closed on Sunday's, but myself and my children were woken up prior to 7am with constant obnoxious drilling that was loud and non stop. You would think that you would start your construction at a more reasonable time out of respect for others in the area, especially on a Sunday. Came here for the 'Frozen' event. Which the girls looked nothing like the characters. Got here right before 6PM. Had to wait in a line, still waiting (with 2 five year olds), 45 minutes later and still no picture. The system was flawed in how they passed out numbers. People got to go ahead of us that got here after. The owner/operator, Adam Hoffman said the website had a way to place reservations, which we cannot find anywhere. He allowed people with 'reservations' to go ahead. As an owner, I do not believe he handled the situation and event in the best way he could. Not to mention, it was two girls dressed up on front of a chickfila sign. Lost my business. read more

I've been here only a couple of times and always a good experience but yesterday surprised me. Yesterday was Chick Fil A day and we arrived at around 6:30. They were very busy. A huge line in the drive thru and an even bigger one outside. They were very organized and friendly. It didn't feel like we were waited long before we were ordering You would think dealing with a crowd constantly all day would drain you but they were all cheerful and willing to help. Don't be afraid of the line. This team has it figured out... amazing coordination! When I arrived the line was halfway to Walmart. Before I notice someone was at my window ready to take my order. From that point on it seemed like my car never stopped moving. I don't remember exactly but I'd say it was about 10 minutes from the time I got in like to the time I was back on the road with my food...it was fast! Service here is as good as it gets. I frequent this location because it is near my house, and because I have kids (enough said!) They always give us the best service, with the my pleasure and all. And when it has not been satisfactory in that they forget something, they actually come deliver it to my house. Usually as an apology for messing up our order, the often will put a cookie or two in our bag or a return gift card. It isn't necessary as mistakes are made, but they always do it. I call that awesome customer service. This manager must be doing things right, as every single employee is courteous. Did have one situation in which one stupid lady cut in front of me in line. Staff tried to make it right by letting her know that was not cool. She ended up offering to pay for my meal in the end. Declined, but glad staff tried to make it right. read more

Reviewing their food and not their religious affiliations or views. I don't know what they do (pump MSG?) to their chicken, but it's so damn tasty. A real guilty pleasure of mine. I always get the #1 without pickles and enjoy their waffle styled fries. I'm not even a fan of coleslaw, but theirs is tolerable and I might even order here and there (that's a huge deal. coleslaw lovers probably die when they have it--in a good way). It's actually always on my top choice list of places to eat when my girlfriend and I have no preference and just want to enjoy a tasty meal. It's more pricey than say KFC, but you obviously get a higher quality food and service. Did I mention the service? Everyone seems sweet and helpful here. They bring you your food. P.S. Chickfila is overpriced for sure. But there food is so good and yummy. The service is always great as well. I always get their grilled nuggets. Sooooo tasty. They remind be of in-and-out for chicken. This place is consistent in quality of food and customer service. I've been going to this Chick-Fil-A location since I was in middle school back when it first opened. The management here along with other branches make an effort to host events dedicated to their customers, whether it be for veterans or for family bonding. Once a year they have a buy one get one free day, where you buy whatever you wish on the specified day, and you get to have the same order once again for free the following month. Of all the fast food places, they even set the standard in presentation of food. It shocks me how close the food looks compared to the picture, which is usually rare for other fast food places. Chick-Fil-A is one of the few fast food places that I enjoy dining in, simply because the service is so excellent that it doesn't even feel like I'm eating at a fast food restaurant. The employees are nice, courteous to bring your food, and nice enough to check on you and ask if you would like a refill on your soft drink. For today's review, I opted to eat breakfast here. I chose a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, along with a Chick-Fil-A biscuit for my sister at home. A smile emerged as I opened a wrapper to find melted cheese atop of a fresh breakfast treat. In general though, they are known for amazing breaded chicken. I do favor their crispy chicken sandwiches. Usually I will order a deluxe chicken sandwich. We went through the drive thru yesterday and when the employees were outside they did nose goes to see who would have to take our order, Then the people in the window were talking to other employees outside about weekend plans and were a little rude to us. Let me say If this were ANY other fast food chain I would give it 5 stars but I feel that Chick fil a is either a 5 star or a 1 star there is no in between. My wife's great grandfather was good friends with Mr. Truett Cathy (the founder of Chick fil a) back in Georgia, he wrote an idea for the logo on a napkin at their house. It gets a star taken off because by chick-fil-a standards this location is not clean. I went today (a Saturday at lunch time) and the restroom had toilet paper and seat covers all over the floor. Than the kids play area slide looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. They also didn't have sanitizer wipes outside the play area that are at EVERY other chick-fil-a I have been to provided. As for the people they were top notch! We were asked serval times if we needed refills or if we wanted them to take our trash. Now if only this location would put a few of those extra workers to work cleaning this would be a five star place. read more

If i could give this zero stars I would. This review is only targeted towards one person. Me and my huge party walk in at 9. Mind you, we were there at 8:45 but we had to park and we had to get a spot since there whole lot was completely taken over by their drive up curbside with the exception of two spots which were taken. The lady in the front had a bun and glasses and was very kind as she said "unfortunately you can't come in but we can take you through the drive through" someone in our party asks, " but don't you close at 9?" And she says "yes I think I can just take you since you're right on the cut off". Graciously, we were happy as she was very kind to do this. Then Lily from the kitchen shouts "we can't take you use the drive thru" she proceeds to say to the lady at the front, "don't take them they can go through the drive thru". I don't know why she thought she was so entitled to make us use the drive through after we were told we could go but she said that we needed to go through the drive thru. Our party looks at each other confused and says, "I thought we made it since we got here before 9 and now we are in line as there are many other people we're already eating.
