I came to this restaurant to get a salad. I put my order, and paid for my food and then waited. when I got to the window the woman handed me the bag out the window. I stopped her and I said "may I please have a fork." A lot of times the people serving don't check what they are giving you they just hand you the bag. I understand they are very busy at this location. I know they must have to work fast, but still check the customers order. I drove home, opened the bag and saw that there was no salad dressing. I Was disgusted. I drove back to the restaurant but I also called. A woman answered the phone. I explained to her what happened. she said we could give you salad dressing. I said "no I want a refund I had to drive all the way home and drive 15 minutes to come back here I would like my money back. she said "just come to the window and we will give you a refund." I drove all the way back to the store waited in line and when I got to the window I told the gentleman that I was there for my refund he said " refund for what?" I said I talked to somebody I explained the person who gave me my order didn't put salad dressing in my bag and I I want a refund. He told me to pull to the side I said I don't wanna pull to the side and sit there for an hour. I called the phone number, he asked me who I talked to I didn't know. I called the number twice and nobody answered. Then a woman came up to the window and she told me pull to the side and she would come out and Talk to me. I recognized her voice that she was the same woman I talked to on the phone. She took a look at me and said she could not give me a refund for salad dressing she said I can give you a salad and salad dressing but I cannot give you a refund. What was the difference between when she talked to me on the phone and when she looked at me in the car. Once she saw me, she was not going to give me a refund. She dug her heels in. I asked her for her name. she said "this is my name and when the complaint comes in I will be the one to handle it." I see this store only has a few stars. How can somebody be so nasty and be the manager of a store? I have come to this location many many times and received great customer service. she is the manager running the show and she is rude and nasty. I know what good customer services and this woman took a look at me and decided that she did not need to give me any. Horrible experience!!!! read more

Made a pit stop here on a road trip and it hit the spot! The restaurant was spacious with plenty of seating, and was pretty clean considering we visited nearly closing time. I've made 2 trips to this chic fil a. The first time I ordered a salad only to discover once I got home that they neglected to put in a salad dressing. I was too tired to go back and get my dressing so I let it slide. On the second visit, I ordered 2 salads. This time I glanced in the bag before I drove off, I saw the first dressing so I assumed the other one was in there as well. As I continued to drive off, as I approached the traffic light I got a hunch that I should check for the second dressing. I pull over in the nearby shopping center and I discover that there's only one salad dressing for 2 large salads. This time I don't let it go. I proceed to turn around and have to re-enter the drive thru line. By this time I'm pissed. The line is long and once again whoever packs the order is incompetent. I give them a piece of my mind as the young immature staff in the background laughs. If the manager had been standing there, I would have made a formal complaint. My least favourite Chick-Fil-A in Connecticut to go to. More miss than hit. The oil never seems to be changed as the quality of food goes down the later in the day it is. It's not always clean. My crispy nuggets were so salty that they weren't edible. They workers are usually helpful but their have been times they've show hesitancy in resolving issues with orders, mine personally and other customers that I've been in line with. For this to be one of the newer spots, it should be a more experience. read more

Yikes! Placed an online order for curbside pick-up and arrived at location to find traffic backed up onto Route 1. Due to the lack of signage or direction, I figured the line of cars was most likely waiting for the drive thru so I proceeded around them and into the parking lot. Big mistake. Access to the pick-up area was blocked by cones and there were no free spaces in that area so I proceeded to park in an empty spot in the general parking area. I followed the directions in the app for what to do if no numbered pick up spaces were available and shortly after was approached by an employee in a traffic vest. The employee was extremely rude and began berating me for parking in the wrong area, further indicating that they could not serve me if I parked there. He then abruptly told me to leave the parking area and get in line, which was a nearly impossible feat as there was now a line of cars blocking me in. After a few minutes I made it out of the parking area and out to the driveway. I considered getting back in line, however the line of cars was now backed up even further into the northbound lane of Route 1. I quickly determined that the meal was no longer worth the aggravation, so I decided to forfeit my $17 lunch order and drive away. Chick-fil-A is decent, but this location has serious issues. You're far better off grabbing some lunch at a local establishment, for which there are plenty in the Norwalk area. read more

Yup. The hype is correct. I had my first chicken sammich and it was delish! We traveled a half hour to try it out and it did not disappoint! The chocolate shake was perfect! This was the first time I ever went to Chik Fil A and it was the worst experience ever. I was on the line for the mobile order and not knowing that there was a small waiting spot to wait for food. I ended up going to the line for drive thru but before I could even move around. I tried to get one of the employees attention and all they did was yell at me and use racial vulgar words at me to move my car back. And to add to it, they didn't get my order right!!! Awful. The people here are SO rude. They messed up my order and when I asked them to fix it they physical grabbed the food out of my hand and threw it in the trash and screamed at me to get back into my car. This was after waiting 30 minutes for my order. The executive manager should be fired. After they "fixed" my sandwich I found a hair in the new one. First time ever eating at Chik Fil A, and I'm not impressed. Got the regular nuggets and I was surprised at the tiny little box. I opened it up and then dug into my pocket for a quarter. Each nugget inside was the size of the quarter or smaller. A couple of them were obviously barely scraps. The Polynesian sauce was good though... as were the waffle fries. The place was pretty clean, but it clearly attracts the KFC and Wal-Mart rabble. But the employees were all very nice. No self serve sodas for refills. Yeah, I won't be back. read more

I came to this chick-fil-a on Friday 8/21/20. I ordered omw at 6:18pm. I waited for 40 min in the chick fil a parking lot, curbside pick up. A worker came over to receive our order number and let us know the computers were down. We flagged down 2 workers during our 40 min wait and received no update. The lot was packed. We left and did not receive out order. I tried to cancel, but did not have the option through the app and could not notify a staff member. I would love to be refunded my $10.71. read more

They are phenomenal. We stopped by after a long drive and were shocked by the long drive thru only line, but couldn't believe how fast it was moving. Their system is extremely organized and they have a bunch of runners to do each task. iPad check-in, payment, food runners. I saw a lot of young kids hustling and working hard. Stopped in on Friday around lunch time, went through the drive thru and the ordering experience was super easy and pleasant as the staff took your order with very good detail and customer service. The wait time to get the food was less than five minutes and the nuggets tasted well seasoned and the waffle fries were just as good as advertised. Good food with very good customer service. That's the beauty of coming here. So why am I reviewing the new store in Norwalk? I just moved here from Texas and was afraid the service I had come to expect may be a southern thing. I'm happy to report that I was wrong. Was it perfect? Of course not. I didn't expect it to be. Associates are in training and they are working out the kinks. Wow really sad location. Got a sweet tea that I've got at dozens of other locations in different state and this was the first time it was undrinkable. How do you mess up a sweet tea? Staff ignored us as we tried to get more ice to see if it would make it drinkable. The girl we finally went up to was on her phone at the register. Good for fast food but nothing special overall.Over priced for what it is. Staff are friendly to a point. Though it seems forced and like a facade. My first time eating there they screwed up my drink order. They suggested I should replace the drink with that of a lesser value drink. They acted like it was so problematic for them to fix a simple drink blunder they made.The only gripe with my sandwich was the tomatoes that were awful,discolored,and melee.This place is always super busy inside and at the drive thru. The food is delicious and everybody seems to work very hard. The only problem that I faced was the take out service. I ordered 3 sandwiches and a large fries.The employee asked me what sauces I'd like? I picked 3 different sauces. When I picked up my order I expected the employee to give me my receipt. It took them 4 minutes to reload the printing paper and print out my receipt. After driving home for another 15 min I wanted to enjoy my food with my family. When I opEned my bag there was 0 sauces. The grilled chicken is excellent but a bit dry. If adding extra tomato was possible, I would. That's the healthiest option. The fried chicken is delicious but may not be best for you. Be careful with the Chick-fil-A phone app. They ask you to confirm the order when you get to the store. If you are connected to a neighboring stores Xfinity wifi without signing on, you can loose your order from the phone but the store has the order and Will Charge your credit card. This store is privately owned and plays by its own set of rules- trust in receipts only so consider writing out your order by hand and handing it to the cashier then verify your order before leaving the order line ! read more

While visiting family in CT, I went to this location. I ordered a Cobb salad with nuggets with no bacon/tomato and with +4 extra half eggs sliced. They gave me a salad with bacon and tomato and only +1 half of egg extra. The fries were also soggy and tasted of extra salt and bad grease. When I told the workers that the salad was made incorrectly and the fries were soggy, the worker rolled her eyes and got the manager. The male manager argued and cussed at me. The 2 girls at the second window were talking about a friend being raped and how if they were uncomfortable they should've left. Very unprofessional location. They couldn't make my fries no salt due to "supply restrictions". Never going there again. This chick fil a is clearly not of the Chick Fil A mantra. Customer service was mediocre. There was no "my pleasure." I wish I could get a refund. I've never gotten argued with or cussed at by a worker at this type of restaurant. read more
