Chick-fil-a has changed!! Its been a minute since ive been here and boy has the food changed. The sandwiches are about 25% smaller. The chicken seems more processed and just tasted old. The Bread, which used to be like fresh bread is not anymore, it taste cheap and crumbly, kinda like burger kings bread. The lettuce and tomato on my sandwich was about half as much as they used to put on them. What a disappointment. It used to be one of my favorite chicken sandwich places. With two decent Chick-fil-A's in the area, this one across from Costco manages to edge out the other as the better option. The reason for this is consistency and customer service. We are talking fast-food chicken sandwiches here, and this is what they do and do it really well. They even have someone at the drive through in the mornings who somehow can remember regulars and their preferred orders when ordering at the speaker. If it happens to you, it's pretty surreal, and perhaps a sign you probably visit a wee bit too much. read more

I stopped by Chick-Fil-A to check out their location after its new remodel and was impressed with the changes they made. They fixed their drive thru situation which used to be a nightmare, now it's so much better! This location has lots of seating areas to eat while the kids can play in an indoor play area that my little one absolutely loves. I decided this time around to give frozen frosted lemonade a try and it is amazing! The staff here are super friendly too; checking on us multiple times during our visit making sure everything met our satisfaction. read more

Just terrible. First of all, "fast food" is no longer fast and sure as hell ain't cheap anymore. Secondly, why do the employees ask you for your sauce choices and then they hoard it for themselves! I am a FIRM believer that the employees get paid to NOT give out sauce. It's the only thing that makes sense. I know from my past half dozen times here that they ALWAYS suck at giving out FREE sauce! I don't know why? All I can say is your chicken is not good enough without sauce and Raising Canes has moved in next door and they will get my chicken business from now on. This is the absolute worst Chick Fil A in the valley. The rude female manager on staff this morning at 8:50am would not provide the condiments requested in my order. I placed my order on the mobile app and she refused to honor it. Terrible customer service at this location. The Encino and Woodland Hills locations treat their customers way better. I really bothers me to have to write this review because I eat at this location multiple times per week. The location at Devonshire is actually closer to my home but I stopped going there due to a bad experience that was IMO unforgivable and I refuse to go back. I am writing this because my most recent (morning) visits have been unacceptable. First and foremost to have to wait 15 for simple breakfast is not desirable. Today because I didn't want to deal with anxiety of waiting behind the building g like my last visit watching cars leave that we parked AFTER me so I went inside. I order the same thing everytime. I ordered bacon and egg muffin WITHOUT cheese and extra egg. Today I really thought someone was "punking" me because they gave me bacon and cheese muffin with NO EGG. Not only did pay for extra egg I repeated to the cashier no cheese. 13 minutes. I don't understand what the team in the morning is doing but I am not afraid to stop coming here all together. read more

Horrid I will never support THIS store. They just reopened over hired high school and college kids and poorly trained. My daughter was fired over the phone reason being they did feel confident in her work. Management had such poor communication with employees. First time trying sooooo busy on a Wednesday afternoon. I guess it's always packed. To my surprise the food came out very fast after we ordered. I guess it's pre made or something like that. My son insisted on going so we went and I gotta say the food was pretty good. I ordered the original chicken sandwich combo and enjoyed it too the last bite. The cashier was friendly and patient while taking our order. Briefly explained the choices they have. There was plenty of seating available and a small Playplace for kids to play. The restaurant was clean and organized. We all enjoyed our meal. Will plan another visit soon. read more

I've also added photos of of the chicken and receipt and the boxes as I am aware the the tabs are supposed to help differentiate what kind fried chicken is in the box but none of them were marked or punctured. 3/5 cuz I'm not an a-hole but I know chick-fil-a prides itself on quality. I love Chick-fil-A and their business. Their food is delicious and service is usually always great here, but for some odd reason today I pulled up to the drive thru and I was met by this very rude worker named Angel. First he did not great us; ok that's fine, but after I asked to view the menu his attitude became worse. He ignored my requests and kept acting like he couldn't hear me especially my passenger. I guess he was only doing selective hearing because he would pick and choose on what he'd listen to. Once we ordered he didn't even say thank you or have a nice day. I know it's not much but I don't think someone like him should work there. I go to Chick-fil-A to eat and have fun with my friends but that worker just killed our buzz acting like he had a stick up his yk what. I recommend he gets fired and handed an application for McDonalds, which is a much more suitable job for him. Crap job for a crap person. It's no surprise I'm giving a Chick-fil-A five stars they are one of my fav fast food spots. I'm so glad they are open during this unusual times, there's surely a sense of comfort that comes from being able to enjoy your fav spicy chicken sandwich when you've been eating literally every single meal at home for weeks on end. This evening we decided we'd swing by and do curb side pick up. It was our first time to this location and I selected it because it came up on the mobile ap as the nearest to where we were when we were out. I have never used the mobile ap or curbside but got it all set up within a minute or so and selected curb side. I wasn't entirely sure how this would work and realized you order, drive there, then park in a spot and it realizes you're there (this is when my son would say ok boomer! But I swear I'm legit a millennial, just the oldest one) any who pulled up parked in spot 1 plugged this in and within 3-4min tops our order was brought right out to the car. We were able to completely avoid the drive thru line and this worked like a charm. This may be one of the first locations I've even seen this at, maybe I never pay attention since I usually go in. Good stuff! We got our fix, spicy chicken sandwich meals and we were happy campers. Always grateful for this chain and very much appreciate them being open to offer customers their fav comfort meals during these times. The only time I ever had a great CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE burrito was when I was in Fresno For some odd reason Twice this chic fil a doesn't know how to put chicken and sausage together in my burrito If I am paying over 30$ worth of food -why mess up any order in general I ordered two chicken AND sausage burritos So that means chicken and sausage should be inside both of my burritos Did I get both? 10/10 customer service I came with my family the other day and at first it was a little rocky, the guy taking my order was very rude and was rushing me which I didn't appreciate, unfortunately I could not get his name. I get my order delivered to my table and it's completely wrong. I go find an employee to correct my order and Fabiola greeted me very nicely and asked me if I needed any help, I explain the situation and she apologized for the inconvenience and immediately went and fixed it. After I got my food she then came and gave my daughters some stickers and put a smile on their face. She was very sweet,kind, and helpful. Food here is great, they have both healthy options as well as fried not so healthy options. However, the customer service is what makes me happy to go back every time. I'm not sure what kind of salary/income these workers are paid or what kind of training they receive. But I do know that the results are amazing every single time. Reviewing this during the COVID19 time when there is a dine-in restriction for all restaurants in CA and most of the US. I placed the order on their mobile app and selected curbside/mobile pick-up. Very well organized, guests are not allowed to go inside the restaurant. The drive-thru section is properly guided with orange cones in the parking spots. Food is always great and reasonably priced. We ordered a 30 piece chicken nuggets, with real chicken in comparison to McD nuggets. The only request I have is that they put a lot of ice in your drink. For one: I asked for a refill on my black ice coffee and the supervisor (whatever her name was with the short hair) @ 10:10 am Wednesday November 24th Told me that they can't do refills and I would have to buy one. That wasn't the problem, the problem was her NASTY STANK ATTITUDE about the whole situation. She was rude and was not trying to make me feel like a valued customer at all.
