I've never met a single member on the staff that isn't charming, down to earth and professional to the absolute *even the younger ones* The restaurant is always immaculate, bathrooms are always clean, they never run out of anything on the menu "I've been here at least 300 times" I've never had a long wait. We stopped here on our way home from the beach. You can never go wrong with Chuck-fil-a or so we thought. They are smaller location so they do not have the mobile order pre-line. You have to place the order and go through the drive-through which is always frustrating because it takes that much longer. Our food came out after a brief weight and I had to ask for our ice cream cones. The girl told me she did not have ice cream cones on our order and I had to pull it up and show her on my phone that we did. I was asked to pull forward and had to wait another 10 minutes to get to cones. Needless to say I was not happy about this especially when I'm trying to drive home and beat the bad weather. read more

Normally Chick-fil-A is known for being fast and accurate... unfortunately, that was not our experience this time. We ordered a milkshake and a drink, left the restaurant, and drove all the way home only to realize we were given the wrong drink. We had to make an entire second trip back just to get what we originally ordered. Mistakes happen, but when you're paying premium prices for fast food and convenience, the least you expect is the correct order especially for something as simple as a drink. The extra drive, time, and gas completely defeated the purpose of stopping here in the first place. Very disappointing experience from a place that usually does better. read more

Went here for the 1st time on Monday February 10th 2025 with my mom and aunt for a much needed lunch during our travels of furniture shopping. We easily parked in the parking lot, walked in the entrance. Needed to decide what we wanted to eat. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, my mom ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, and my aunt ordered the same thing i think, but made hers a combo with a soda and fries. I've been to a chic Fil A before and love their fries! Even asked for an extra chic Fil A sauce. Cashier was pleasant and friendly, and we paid with a credit card. also like at this location the cashier brings your food over to your table, so you can sit down right away. food was delicious as always. they did forget the extra chick fil sauce but that's okay. Ok I stopped going to this location for weaks but thought I would give it another try... Ordered breakfast yesterday, a breakfast chicken burrito, without the hashbrowns in the wrap (horrible idea). We'll the wrap was hard like it had been sitting out uncovered and it contained less egg and less chicken, very disappointing. This is the second time, I went to Chic Fila Surfside Beach and had a bad experience. Whenever I use to see a Chic Fila no matter where I was, I would pull over and get food due to the reputation they use to have. I knew I would get good customer service. NOW Im not a believer in that anymore. First time experience was in Surfside Beach, I asked them if I could place my bag inside their trash can outside. The gentleman was so rude and said no. Same thing with the cashier's at the register. I went back the very next day and asked again and the lady said sure. I let it go. Second time I paid for a 12 piece nugget got declined for asking for a second one. After I waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes for my order to be placed. I had to go to the window just to have my order placed. I even offered to pay just to have a second ranch dip for my nuggets. They still said no. So when I requested my hard earned money back the manager snatched the bag out of my hand and was very very rude. At this point I know things have changed with my opinion about chic fila. I love Chick-Fil-A so much that I never mind stopping there for lunch, but this was my first time eating there for breakfast. It was really good! I ordered the chicken biscuit sandwich, which was the normal chicken breast but on a biscuit. The biscuit fell apart quite a bit which is the only reason I knocked off a star. But flavor wise, it was incredible. The little tator tots that came with it also rocked. The location was extremely clean and the staff friendly, which I've come to find as a standard in any chick-fil-a location. They must have done a local fundraising night the night before because the windows were painted with giant lettering. The service staff always have a smile on their face and are willing to go that extra mile for you. The building and outside grounds are always in top condition.
