Valentines at Chik-fil-a. They had the store closed just for the people that signed up for a table. The store was decorated very cute with fresh flowers and tablecloths and red hearts everywhere. They even had a couple of great singers doing romantic songs. They had a valentine menu for or this occasion offering much the same fare as the have. I was standing in a line of 3 people and when it was my turn to be serviced no one acknowledged me whatsoever. There were 4 employees standing at the registers and not single one of them spoke to me. Even one of the employees said "May I help you sir" to a man that was standing BEHIND me in line. I feel very discriminated and humiliated. Can't believe we have to rate our fav food chain so low! We ordered mobile, only clicked ready for pick up when we arrived in the parking lot. Literally walked in the door and our food was there already. Within two minutes our large order was ready. Food was NOT made fresh. The entire order sat there, premade luke-warm and thoroughly soggy that the sandwich cardboard boxes it came in was soaked and falling apart. Fries were limp, barley warm, and not crisp, sodden mush. The kale salad was a joke. Smallest portion we've ever received and NOT fresh, smelled of being soaked in vinegar. The fixings and sauce helped masked the smell and taste. A straw was missing from the bag. The employee standing between the building entrance and kitchen entrance courteously provided one upon request. One star for the customer service though difficult to accurately access considering no one was in line! Another off putting sign. It was lunch time on a holiday weekend -Saturday. Never have we been in to a Chik-fil-A and not have someone at the very least at the register let alone no one in the que to order, especially on a Saturday! The drive thru line was decent; moving quickly nor long. Based on all neighboring fast food restaurant reviews, and even some non fast food chains and restaurants; there is something terribly wrong with the workforce pool in Murfreesboro, TN with regards to the food service industry. Never have we rated a Chick-fil-A so poorly; it feels wrong to do so. Not what we expected, and perhaps following the trend of why certain businesses in the area aren't on yelp! I come to this Chick-Fil-A a number of times and even though I want to like this location, they continually screw up my orders, and I'm ordering straight off the menu. I have a catering order that I came in the night before, placed in person, set the pick up time for 10 am, and then was going to drive about 45 minutes to deliver for a lunch n learn I was holding. When I showed up the next day, they had no clue about my order and finally realized that it was saved as a 10 pm order. It took about 45 minutes to an hour to prepare and get me on the road. The next time I went in with my son and ordered a small nugget tray about 3 pm in the afternoon and the manager yelled it out to the cooks in the back, and about 20 minutes later went to check on it and they had forgotten to start it... It's frustrating to wait that long for something that is supposed to be quick. I will say however, that the staff is very friendly and polite read more

The rush of customers wanting to try a new restaurant has died down, and the lunch rush was also over, so I figured this was my opportunity for a quick visit to the Chick. There was no line and I was helped immediately. The layout is a bit different, as the stand with the ketchup, mustard, creamer etc is in the middle of the store vice close to the registers. Otherwise, the store was clean, spacious and it looks like everything is maintained in good condition. Everyone was cheerful as can be and my Spicy Chicken sandwich was fresh and spicy. Honestly one of the most non Chick Fil A, Chick Fil A's I have ever been to. They literally refused to give me an extra straw because I ordered a bottled drink. I informed that the straw was for a person who couldn't drink out of a bottle and needed a straw and they still refused to give me an extra straw. I ordered a chicken biscuit combo with iced vanilla coffee and orange juice and they forgot the biscuits and gave me a plain coffee with no vanilla. Man, tough to get a good rating when you have to wait 45 minutes for a mobile order. I ordered at 7:41am , waited in line, told the kid walking around I had a mobile orders, then finally got to the window. It's about 8:00am at this point. Ok, fine. Totally normal. They tell me to pull forward and wait. I waited. Waited. 5 minutes. 10 minutes. 15 minutes. At this point I wanted to cancel my order and just leave. No option on the app. 20 minutes goes by. I'm pretty upset at this point. 25 minutes of waiting in the pull ahead line and someone finally comes out. Everyone and their mom had already come through the drive thru. I'm not sure the point of ordering ahead with the mobile order if you have to wait that long. The girl apologized and said she put a free cookie in the bag. Please don't go here. Oh, the last time I was there, the food was very good. The service was friendly. And, they take care of their employees, especially high school aged children. They provide free ACT entrance exam workshops through Sylvan. So what warrants a one-star rating? The place is a traffic nuisance and hazard. Drive-through customers form a line that wraps around the building, through the parking lot and onto US231, clogging the right lane all the way back to the traffic light. Cars stuck in this line who don't want chicken, make dangerous moves to pull into the (sometimes) clear lane. Brakes screeching and horns honking are common sounds. Please do not add to the chaos. To me, not chicken so tasty, so reasonable, served by friendly staff is worth the aggravation of a long line and a traffic hazard. There are plenty of places to get good chicken. read more

We had a party of 8 for lunch on Friday. We arrived at 11:15 hoping to get ahead of the crowd- yet the parking lot was full- so we parked on the road behind the restaurant. The place is very clean and even though our order was large- every order was exactly what we ordered. The staff came by our table 6 times asking if everything was okay and and making sure our drinks stayed full. Chic-fil-A fries are fantastic and their children's meals are perfect. I always go here because I love CFA. But this one never gets my order right. Ever! I always wait in the drive-thru for at least 30 minutes and that's even with me pre-ordering through the app. They consistently forget at least one item in my order. I have even almost run out of gas waiting on them thinking I could make it to the station afterward. But they are just the worst. You have to do a mobile order and use a card. What kind of crap is this!? I mean seriously, could you be any more elitist? What about people who only have cash? I guess you don't want them for customers. I mean who thought this was a good idea? Please give me the reasoning behind this nonsense. Another thing, you have a parking lot that is confusing as hell. You have all these different titles for parking spots. People just want to be able to park without nonsense. You have lost a customer for life over this nonsense. This review is based on many experiences of visiting this location in the year since they opened. Customer service here is a joke. If you come in the morning, they will probably get your order wrong no matter if you order online or in person. If you come at night you will hear all of the crew arguing with each other in the back room while the staff up front try to smile and act like they don't hear it- and they will probably still get your order wrong. I once waited at least 20 minutes one night waiting on cookies that I was told would only take about 5-10 minutes. Also, don't bother ordering curbside, because there are only two spots at this busy store and you will have to go inside and explain what they missed anyways. I'll also say that when I have to get my order fixed the staff is nice about it. No one eye rolls or tries to tell me it was my fault for ordering wrong. The parking lot is also so awful that I cannot begin to explain what a mess it is even if they are not that busy. I really can't say how much I hate coming here. It's an awful experience and my order is correct about 30% of the time wether walking in, ordering online, or drive thru. read more

I went here for lunch today and it did not disappoint. Of course Chick-fil-A has amazing food and excellent service- but this particular visit was outstanding. The employees walked around to check on customers, the line was long but moved very quickly, my order specifications were followed, and they were prompt to refill my drink at the end of the visit. read more

This restaurant is no different however one thing that really bothers me is they never give you the opportunity to scan your rewards prior to paying. Which is also a management issue. They don't care about the program they offer to loyal customers. As a family of 8 it is expensive and I have lost thousands in points. This chick fil a seems to be more focused on money than anything else. They will short you on literally every food item you get. Especially the fries. I have taken pictures of every order of fries I get and they're getting smaller. The food isn't terrible but you will have to buy two large meals to equal up to one. read more

Consistently SLOW drive through. Even at 7:45 pm, I waited 30 mins to get through the line. This has happened several times. I don't know what needs to improve inside, but this location seems like it could improve on its efficiency to get cars through the line faster. It's pretty disappointing when you choose the drive through for convenience, but it usually ends up being the less convenient option. Good food though, just not worth the wait. read more

Not the best location every time I come I really regret it. Seem like some of the smartest people but lack all the common sense in the world. For some reason their card machine wouldn't take my card and the girl at the register supposedly typed it in 3 times she say, still no luck (( yet, I didn't receive any notifications from my bank via my phone)) then tells me I should call my bank and asked for another form of payment.
