I went to Chick Filet and ordered the spicy chicken combo with a coke zero. The gave me Dr. Pepper. I was astonished that they don't put their phone # on the receipt. I had to lookup the establishment and when I did, I called them, was put on hold and got disconnected. I called again, and the employee said she didn't mean to hang up on me and asked me to hold. After 5 minutes, I said, screw it. THIS Chick Filet NEEDS to pay attention to the customer orders. I won't be visiting this establishment any longer. Very disappointed. read more

I pulled up the app and placed the order for two chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, coke and lemonade. It's located in an odd spot on the edge of a shopping center. So backups are liable to happen during the lunch rush. My boy tried to get ice cream from the toy, I tried to get one of the staff attention to get it like I usually do at other chick fil a locations. But, manager Lady told me I have to wait in long line after we waited long line to order and waiting on food. They should put up the sign that "if you want the change the toy to cream, get back in line or tell us when you order" That would be saving our time and company time read more

I went to this chick fil-a and ordered a large lemonade drank some of it looked inside found two cup lids stuck in the cup.called the manger she said they forgot to remove the lids before pouring the lemonade. Probably one of the most efficient fast food restaurants I have ever been to. I usually go here about once a week and use the drive thru. Usually breakfast, between 7-8am. There are usually very long lines in the drive thru at this time but they move those customers through quickly and efficiently. I've also eaten inside the restaurant several times. Service is fast, consistent and friendly. The restaurant is kept very clean. For the amount of times I've been to this location in the past several years, the law of averages would tell you i would have had more problems, but I really haven't. I only had one problem, one time, and after discussing the issue with the manager, they took great care of me. Great location. If Only all people who worked at fast food restaurants were this friendly and efficient, I might get on board with raising the minimum wage. read more

Speed service & friendly attendants for being just after "dinner rush" at around 6:30pm. Even though the double lines were long, they were able to get us through pretty quickly without much of a wait. I can honestly say that I've never had chick fil a mess up my order and this one is no exception, which I can always appreciate. The first time I've been to this place was here in Montgomery, AL. I have to say the food was very good. I ordered a #1 and that was some kind of chicken sandwich. The taste of this chicken sandwich is much better than other fast food joints. Their fries are pretty good as well. It seems to be more healthier than other places but it's good so I enjoyed it. I ordered their Vanilla and Strawberry shake and I liked it as well. The flavor seems unique because I can't make out it's taste compared to other milk shakes I've had in the past.
