A terrible experience at this particular Firehouse. Arrived to pick up an Uber order. The chips and the bottled pops were not in the bag. The veggie sandwich had a pile of mushrooms when I ordered NO MUSHROOMS! I called the store and was told I was to pick up my chips and pops when I picked up my sandwiches. So, that's my fault that I didn't get the food I ordered through Uber Eats. I'd never heard such a thing. My wife went back inside to get our chips and bottled pops. The worker was so rude and demanded that she get fountain drinks rather than what we paid for. She may have been overwhelmed because she was the only person working. But it was a bad experience and we will never return to this location. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Firehouse in general is pretty good but I've had trouble with this one multiple times. Food took forever. One of the sandwiches has bread that was still A but frozen in the middle. Also they were doing somthing in the back that made the air burn out eyes so that we were literally just sitting there waiting with our eyes watering. Not ok. read more

I LOVE firehouse but lately the sandwiches seem different, I came today for dinner and they were literally out of everything, they had to substitute for cheese, no jalapeños. I have no idea how this is going to taste. The health score is even down to 89 as of Nov 2022. This will be my last visit. Try different location. read more

Good sub friendly staff but they forgot my hot sauce and was out of my favorite beverage.

I ordered my food online using the rapid rescue to go option because I had a medical appointment during my lunch and had no time to wait for food. The order was sent in at 12:18pm for a 12:30 pick up per the online order. I arrived at the restaurant at 12:38. My food was not at the pick up location. I waited for another 2 minutes before someone asked me if I was waiting on a pick up order. After saying yes, I continued to wait. After another minute, I asked if my was order was close to ready and and was told that they would be starting my order next. I was already running late and did not have the time to continue to wait, so I attempted to cancel the order online. The AI message told me that I would have to contact the restaurant to cancel. I then told the employee, I did not have time to wait for my sandwich and I just needed to cancel the order and was then told that they only had two people working and I was just going to have to be patient,and " just cause the app told you 12:30 don't mean its gonna be ready when you get here." I then said, I just needed a refund. The employee then told me that she had other orders to complete and if I wanted a refund, I had to wait. She then told me that she would give me my money back and also give me that sandwich. This would still make me late, but OK at least I was going to get something for my trouble. After several more minutes, the sandwich was placed on the counter and she said "there's your sandwich." I waited a few moments and she looked at me and said "what, you still want your money back?" When I said yes, I wanted my money back, she told her coworker to "take that sandwich and put it in the back" as she walked over to the cash register. I have now been in the location for over 10 minutes when I should have been able to walk in and pick up my sandwich. When I met her at the register, she proceeded to inform me that since I ordered online that she could not give a refund in the store. I told her the app stated I had to contact the store to cancel the order. I was then told that she was the general manager and they don't refund online orders in the store. Therefore, I left the store with no sandwich, no refund and a very bad impression of Firehouse Subs and especially the "general manager" Shay. read more

My favorite place to eat firehouse subs. I love the hook and ladder in the engineer. The food is well cooked and delicious. A good variety of subs will sell it. Your choice. Also dining in is OK present and the staff is fair and nice trendy a good place to enjoy yourself for a sub. the store on Atlanta Highway is my main store I go to I think they're one of the best fire houses read more

I'd almost forgotten about Firehouse Subs. I used yo frequent it all the time when I was attending ASU. The subs are still good, they still have a great variety of hot sauces. There is a weird smell in there, and it could have been cleaner but their health code score was in the high 90's so I'd go back. read more

My husband and I went to Firehouse on Atlanta hwy yesterday and the guy making our food had on gloves but no mask. I think that should be a requirement if your handling people's food. Also there was a female wiping her nose behind the counter Due to this oversight I will not be returning back. Friendly service and excellent food. The subs were definatly better than Subway even though it is a bit more expensive. Had the hook and ladder and my girl had the meatball. Probably best meatball sub Iv ever tried. Hook and ladder was good as well. The great thing about this place is definatly the hot sauce bar. The house sauce is good but there are so many choices from the mild to the insane. I like insanely hot and it seemed the max was 600,000 scoviles and it was good. read more

Ok...I'll start off by saying I'm not a fan of subs. However, I love Firehouse Subs. A friend of mine recommended them to me about 6 months ago and I've been hooked since. The Italian Sub is the best! It comes with Genoa salami, pepperoni, ham, melted provolone, Italian dressing, and seasonings. Some people get theirs "fully Involved" (mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a dill spear on the side). I usually leave off the tomato and onion. The people working there were very friendly and deliver exceptional customer service. Best place for a sub hands down! read more
