They are usually super tight but that parking lot was actually good. Then I went into and the staff were super nice as per usual which made the vibes of the place super good. Yelp Review - Chick-fil-A My family and I have frequented this Chick-fil-A location far too many times to count. We did so with the reasonable expectation of wholesome food, consistent service, and customer care--standards that Chick-fil-A publicly promotes as core to its brand. Unfortunately, despite repeated visits, the service experience remained consistently subpar. As a family of vegetarians, our orders were always straightforward and limited to menu staples: lemonades, fries, shakes, fruit, salads, macaroni and cheese, kale crunch, berry parfaits, kids' items, and, of course, the well-known sauces. On occasion, we also purchased chicken sandwiches as a treat for our dog. Despite the simplicity of these orders, errors were frequent. To minimize issues, I often ordered through the app to conserve time and energy; however, this did not prevent mistakes and, in many cases, added to the frustration. During one visit, while my family was dining, an employee repeatedly approached our table--six or more times--asking if we were "doing okay" and attempting to initiate conversation while we were actively eating and spending private family time. I eventually had to assert a firm but respectful boundary, asking to be left alone. On a separate occasion, this same employee later admitted that he felt "connected to our energy" and was hoping to connect with us personally. While I later chose to receive that disclosure with grace on a different day, the initial conduct was intrusive and crossed appropriate professional boundaries. The most serious and unacceptable incident occurred when my entire family suffered food poisoning after eating at this location, including a young child. This was not a minor inconvenience--it was a direct health consequence resulting from improper food handling and sanitation. We paid approximately $50 for that meal and were effectively poisoned. No financial compensation was offered. No meaningful customer care was provided. No accountability was taken. This constitutes a serious failure to meet basic health and safety standards. Despite these issues being brought to attention, management failed to address the situation adequately. The lack of response, remediation, or concern reflects a broader leadership problem. This establishment could do better and should do better, but that change must begin with competent management. As it stands, the team appears poorly supervised and insufficiently trained, with little regard for professionalism or customer safety. The only positive note worth acknowledging is that the store itself was often visibly clean, largely due to one particular employee who appeared to genuinely care about sanitation and upkeep. In summary, repeated service failures, inappropriate employee conduct, a confirmed food-borne illness affecting an entire family--including a child--and the complete absence of compensation or corrective action make this experience not just disappointing, but unacceptable. read more

Always a fan of Chick-fil-A, however, this Missoula) Store cannot seem to figure out their system eight out of 10 times my order is incorrect. They treat Chick-fil-A sauce as though it's gold so even if you ask them for extra, you get two small containers for two full-size meals. There is an obvious lack of training, which is unfortunate because Chick-fil-A is known for their customer service. If this is the only Chick-fil-A you've ever gone to, don't judge the whole organization by this one store. read more

Ordered for drive thru on the app, pulled up and the young guy standing half in half out didn't even really know my order (post name, 3x tries). When I asked for a fork for my salad he was INSANELY rude "there should be a fork in there but..." with an attitude. And when I got my fries there were NO sauces, and i wouldn't even eat the fries anyway because they were so soggy and room temperature. I'm super disappointed. I really wanted the quality control to be that of all the other Chick-fil-A's I have experience. And it just was a huge disappointment all the way around. I ordered a chicken strip a meal with a honey mustard sauce. The chicken strips were ice cold and tasted horrible so badly that I threw them in the trash. They gave me Chick-fil-A sauce, which I'm allergic to. No honey mustard. And then when I called and spoke with Shelby, all she had to say was that she was sorry. And then let there be an awkward silence like she wanted me to fill it. I'm sorry it's customer service. When an order isn't right, you should attempt to correct it. In addition, I wasn't provided with any kind of receipt, so I'm not really sure what my card was charged, but I will be checking it. What a fabulous fast food option for Missoula! This location just recently opened up, and although the drive-thru lines have been so full that they have been wrapping around the parking lot and into the street, their food is delicious and worth waiting for. I have been through here three times now and each time the food has been fresh, hot, and delicious. This morning I did ask for no hashbrowns and was given them anyways in my order, but that's not a huge deal to me. I just gave them to my daughter. The breakfast bowl I ate this morning is what will keep me coming back. The location is very convenient and is easy to get to which is an added plus for me. The staff has all been very friendly which I appreciate. I'm hoping the novelty wears off soon so that the lines move faster, but they are open for business inside so that is also an option. The workers are not at all friendly, management is not much better. To make things worse the place inside was filthy the day we stopped in and they actually were telling people that they had no time to clean the tables. What can you really say about a Chick-fil-A? Funny for a place that was nearly opened that they were doing construction and tearing apart part of the drive-through already, which made a huge cloud of dust just awful for by a restaurant where you had to drive up to get your food. Service was fair. The people were not as nice as I have expected them to be at this facility since they do have pretty high standards for customer service, so that's why it's one star below where it should be. The food was typical food there it was hot fresh. We all enjoyed it. They gave you lots of sauce and salt. If you ask for it, and I have to say the prices were pretty reasonable. read more

Today we went through the drive through for an early dinner and they were not busy at all. Ordered two meals and a kids meal. First when we were given our food I immediately realized they gave us fried nuggets instead of the grilled that we ordered. They switched that out but the receipt clearly indicated what we ordered. On the way home I found out my sunjoy was with unsweetened tea not the sweet tea I ordered. When we got home we noticed they did not give us our two orders of fries. And my sons kids meal had fruit instead of the fries we ordered. To top it all off when I bit into my sandwich there was a huge hair that I pulled out. STAY AWAY! Spend your hard earned money somewhere else and not at this terrible location. I have reached out to customer service every time but we never get a response so I'm not expecting much. They've opened just recently and there's a labor shortage and supply chain issues world wide BUT their drive thru takes forever and they have messed up more than half of my orders. It's to the point I go somewhere else even if the drive thru line isn't wrapping around the parking lot. Unless I want to spend 20+ minutes in a line. On Friday 2/17/20213 I Used my rewards to get a chick-fil-a deluxe sandwich. Guy couldn't figure out how to do rewards and called the manager over who also couldn't figure it out. My server also cussed while calling the Manger over. He said "Bryan come over here and figure this shit out" and that's not good customer service for a Christian company.
