But the young lady behind the counter said hey we do a first Responders discount so I pulled my card out then she says only In uniform (sad). My wife went with her normal Combo 1 chicken sandwich fries and drink. While I went with 12 piece grilled nuggets and a Kale salad. Like I said not Military friendly just breaks my heart. The Milford Chick-fil-A ha s become my favorite east side location. The drive-through is so efficient. There is always somebody standing ready to take your order. Even if the line is long it moves very quickly. If you have not used the Chick-fil-A app, I highly recommend it. When using the app you accumulate free food and who doesn't like free food? I also appreciate that hot food is put into a separate bag than anything cold. This is very nice if you're not eating the food immediately. read more

I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and placed my order. Got to the window after another 15 minutes and they messed up the order. It was a very simple order. I told them I was missing a meal and they simply said sorry. They wanted me to go back thru the line to order the missing meal. They acted like it was my fault the order wasn't right. When I went to this store some days ago because I wanted chic-fila I had a bad feeling about it driving into the lot. As I drove through the drive through I decided to drive around to park outside to receive a mobile pick-up order. I parked into the right Bay Area for it and wasn't able to put my order in for it. I had to then get out of my car and their were two workers standing there outside in the parking lot just yapping away talking on the clock as I listened to see if they were on break which they were not because one confirmed it by making a joke about talking doing nothing. I then asked about the service and they were both rude and blew me off so I had to go in and order. Worst service I've had from chic-fila in a while with me being a signature member. I went inside and observed also feeling not good energy. I saw workers openly walking around drinking drinks. Overheard bad customer service and when I ordered my food the person put my order in incorrectly and I had to return the food when I received it to get a refund because it ruined my appetite due to the bad service, wrong order of my food, and horrible treatment. Not far from the freeway. This location is easy to get in and out of, as is the center they are located in. The drive-thru moves quickly. Being able to order ahead on the app really helps with this. Service is what one expects from Chick-fil-A. Lots of "my pleasures," and smiles. Quality is top notch. It is one of the things one may expect from Chick-fil-A. This location is no exception. Chicken is moist with a lightly crisp breading. I have yet to have a bun that has been soggy. My favorite sauce is the Sweet and Spicy Sriracha. The name says it all. I love Chick-fil-A. It is the best restaurant because I get to make my own wonderful meal and it is and I just love it there this meal I include if you want to try it it doesn't look like it taste good but it is actually delicious is grilled chicken nuggets mixed with flies buffalo sauce, two ranches and then mix it all up. Chick-fil-A is delicious and this location is no different. The staff is always fast and courteous. The food is always hot and fresh. Best of all I've never had an issue with a wrong order even with they are super busy. They recently added a carport to keep us customers and team members sheltered from the rain, sun & snow. This is the cleanest location I've been to. They exceed every expectation I have and will continue to dine here. The bad: Parking lot can get congested. These guys really know how to dish the chx! Fries are hot and fresh, and the salad selection is to die for! Would be nice if they had a bigger variety of bottled juice selections such as APPLE, GRAPE, or BERRY. They currently only offer orange juice in the bottle, and the apple juice cartons are so small I need 2 of them and a water. Their soups are great tho!! Fast and friendly just like you would expect at Chick-fil-A. Normally I would have a chicken sandwich and a milkshake but today it's the market salad and water. It was really good. Friendly employees and hot food! I ordered through the drive thru and when I got back home it was hot and fresh. Everything was packaged nicely and my order was correct. I went to this Chick-fill-a today 12/8/22, the service was terrible I had to wait at least 1/2 hr for food that I had already paid for to be delivered to the table. The server upon bringing the food stated making excuses for the bad service I told her I was no interested in her excuses, she failed and she should own it. We ate without further incident, cleaned up our mess and departed. I will followed into the parking lot by the manager and verbally assaulted. He screamed at me from 30 feet away and I responded in kind. Following me into the parking lot as I am leaving is outrageous. read more

The food at the Romar location is very good and the restaurant is clean and up to Chick-fil-a standards. My biggest concern is the coarse attitude of the staff interactions I have had. The blatant ignorance as well as lack of helpfulness in regards to eating restrictions is quite off putting. Luckily this location is a last resort for me when deciding to eat on the run. Hopefully the owner can train the staff and even the assistant manager to be more courteous and respectful of customers requests. read more

It was my first time for the drive-through as the line is usually insanely long. But after months of eating at home (covid) it was time to try new things. We had Xmas gift cards to burn anyway. Well I have to say that the experience was actually very nice. There were masked employees to help us through the drive-up experience. She took my order as we rolled ahead. I paid with the gift cards outside and rolled on. Around the final corner was our bag delivered to me in a basket for no-touch delivery. On I went and the whole mission was over in five minutes. They go out of their way when it comes to customer service!!! I ordered a tray of chicken strips for a party. My husband picked the order up, and was given chicken nuggets by mistake. They noticed not long after he left that they gave him nuggets, instead of strips. They called me to let me know, and said they would bring the chicken strips to me. I told them I ordered for a party that is 20-25 minutes away from the store. The person on the phone said that is fine, give me the address. I gave her the address, she brought us the chicken strips with the sauces I ordered to the party. I asked if she wanted the nuggets back, that we didn't open them. She said, no it was our mistake, please keep them. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!!! I have always had great service when I go there, and this shows they go above and beyond!!! It's just too much of a head trip for me.....a bridge too far. Always, everywhere, Chick-fil-A is an iffy proposition. Like that meme of someone who loves Backstreet Boys but feels secretly ashamed! I feel compelled to write a review about the wonderful experience I had at Chick-fil-A today. A restaurant visit with a 14 month old and 3 1/2 year old can be a stressful experience, but our time today at Chick-fil-A was bliss. The restaurant was so clean and welcome (I was delighted that the high chairs were CLEAN and each had a disposable, plastic place mat for my daughter (I usually bring my own, but thought this was such a great touch) and a sanitizing wipe-- even though they were the cleanest fast foot high chairs I've ever seen. Our food was brought to us (forgot they did that) which was super helpful given how full my hands were. There were REAL flowers on the table and someone came to check on us to see how everything was tasting. On top of all of this, the food was was delicious as always. I've always loved Chick-fil-A, but today's visit just boosted them up to another level in my book. OH and the kids play area was clean and cute and not sketchy (as you often suspect those types of places to be). God bless you guys :) Keep it up! read more
