The appetizers, which was the spinach dip and buffalo chicken dip, came out not too long after we placed the order. They were hot and had good flavor. The spinach dip was cheesy and had good texture, and the buffalo chicken dip was not overly spicy. We were glad to have these, as we then had to wait over an 1.5 hours for our dinners. By the time our dinners finally came to us, some of us were not even hungry anymore. During this entire time, our waitress probably checked on us twice and we had to ask other people for refills on our waters. I enjoyed my simple salad, but was told that some of the sides others got came out cold and the only burger our table ordered came out over done. At the end of all of this, our waitress then gave us the wrong bill, which made us wait even longer for her to come back to give us the correct bill. We were a group of 4, who all got drinks, appetizers, and meals, and we were given a bill with two meals and kids chicken tenders on it. Overall we had a less than great experience this Monday evening. We left under-satisfied and way later in the day than we originally planned. We felt the service was greatly lacking and the food did not make up for it. If you eat in, they have those fancy new platters for improved presentation...I'd rather have good food than a sexy plate. The milkshake is the real magic trick...almost $7 for a "large" that's one-third whipped cream, two-thirds regret (looked like 8-10 ounces of shake). Across the street, you get about 3X more, better, faster, and cheaper. That's not competition...that's a tutorial. To-go order? No napkins, no utensils. After we ordered our drinks and spent about 25 minutes looking over the menu, we were finally informed that the restaurant was out of French fries, chicken tenders, and several other sides and menu items. By that point, we had already been waiting and were disappointed to learn how limited the menu actually was. We ended up ordering hamburgers, which unfortunately were overcooked, and there were very few options available to accompany them. My biggest frustration was that we were not informed about the extensive shortages until well after we had been seated, ordered drinks, and spent considerable time reviewing the menu. In my opinion, customers should be made aware of major menu shortages when they are seated or given the menu, rather than discovering them after ordering. I hope the owner and management take this feedback seriously. A simple notice at the entrance or a clear explanation when customers are seated would have saved us a lot of time and frustration. Based on this experience, I won't be returning. I hope the restaurant can address these issues so future customers have a better experience.

All of our toppings tasted very fresh. The burger should be the star at a burger joint. Instead, our toppings were the star. We have found other great burgers over the last few years. I think we'll stick with those and pass on a future visit to Bones.

They had but two wait staff who were seating, taking orders and running the food. There was not checking on our table, there was seating ,drinks, order , food, and check. If you want any semblance of consideration for your time go someplace else. Food was good however timeliness is integral for a lunch stop, we will not return.
