This location was just renovated. It's convenient spot with not too much traffic. Easy to get in and out of. Staff was very efficient and food was hot/fresh. Restaurant/bathroom is clean. Out of all the Mcdonalds in Cincinnati I've been to, this one to me is the best location. read more

McDonald's - a view of a mcdonald's on a sunny day - Burgers Near Me - Milford, Ohio

Good food, staff very polite! I don't get the bad reviews? I've been to this establishment, maybe a dozen times over the past year and I've always been highly satisfied. read more

Always takes a long time regardless of how long the line is and always have issues with my order being wrong due to the guy at the first window (Chris I believe). Have had to fix my order at the second window numerous times due to him. read more

Constantly takes 20-30 minutes in the drive through. I've had to leave multiple times in line because it's so slow

My boyfriend and I went to the McDonald's on Lila Ave for our lunch break and got a #10 meal (nuggets) with a Large frappe and honey mustard and the other meal was a #3 (double quarter pounder) with a large Coke Zero. The man taking our order (Chris) messed up our order and made the frappe medium, replaced the Coke Zero with an Orange Hi-C, added an extra sweet tea, and only made one of our fries large. When we got to the window we asked for him to read back the order and he didn't say the Hi-C or Sweet tea so we thought he fixed it but no. The guy handing out the food was a real sweetheart though and tried to fix it to the best of his ability. read more

The depths this location has fallen in the past five years is mind blowing. Cleanliness, friendliness, order accuracy, overall service have all dropped noticeably. Now they're parking cars with no one in line to prepare a basic breakfast menu item when it's prime time breakfast. I'm not sure who is managing or not managing the location but it's a shame what is occurring. read more

Average older McDonald's restaurant in Cincinnati. While most McDonald's contain World Dryer SLIMdri hand dryers, this one has XRAs, which are quieter than the SLIMdris. Unfortunately, no more all-day breakfast at this location, which leads to the bump to four stars. read more

Haven't been to this location in a couple of years because it sucked so bad... nice to see you guys still suck!! Why can't you cook the food like other locations ?? Because the employees are too busy on their phones?? read more

Wish I could left a negative review. The staffs there were soooo mean and didn't take breakfast order after 10.30. This doesn't make any sense. I was there around 10.25 and wait for someone to take my order for 10 mins. Nobody came. And when I asked for that they told me they are not offering breakfast???!!! This is sooo ridicules and I've never been this disappointed with McDonald's!!!! read more

Can this location get any worse? If I could give no stars I would. Even a turd would be more than sufficiant. Order is never and I mean never correct. Please pull up sir we'll bring the order out. Ok can I have some ketchup? Yeah we'll bring it out. Not! Food always cold, order is more than frequently short of what I ordeted. Done. read more

I am changing my review. I now agree with the rest of the reviewers that say this place sucks. Cause theyr'e right. This place sucks. The last THREE times I've been here my order has been wrong. And not just a little wrong......I once got a bun with cheese. I'm not even kidding. A bun. With a slice of cheese. Yesterday I ordered a mushroom swiss chicken with a sesame bun. First I received a bacon barbeq something or other. When I asked for the correct sandwich I got a mushroom swiss burger (not chicken) with the wrong bun and it was cold. And sllloooooowwwww. oh so slow. Get it together, Milford McDonalds. You stink read more

Gross- trash everywhere. Tables were not cleaned. Seats had leftover food sitting... and the place wasn't even busy. We placed our order via the kiosk and waited for 25 minutes for our food- nothing. So my husband went and asked, and they said it "would be coming". They are clearly servicing their drive through customers first, their other patrons after read more

Service is very slow last few weeks. I ordered Hot Mustard sauces with my chicken nuggets and did not get the sauces. I even asked at the window if they remembered the sauces. She swore to me that everything on the receipt was in the bag. I ordered several sandwiches and fries and the bag was super full so I didn't feel like rifling through it. Well surprise surprise when I get back to work and give my boss his nuggets. He exclaims, "Where's the Hot Mustard sauces!! I told you to check the order!" I look like an idiot because of their deception. Today when I went for breakfast, I checked the bag for the ketchup I ordered, and she gave me a dirty look because I was holding up the line! Absurd. read more

Slowest drive through and line inside I've ever experienced. It must be a really broken process. Hasn't flowed well here since that young guy who used to run it worked here just amazing how many times I've had to literally drive away or walked out because I was so late for an appointment once again I'm late to appointment right now I will never come here again read more

I used to frequent this store, however, it was sold last year and since then the service, food quality, cleanliness and friendliness have all been negatively affected. Even when the Sr. Management is in the building they sit and chat briefly, intermittently speak to each other then quickly return to their cell phones. There is no direction or training or positive interaction. Turn over is crazy and there is simply no joy on the faces of the employees anymore and the positive interaction that seemed to be genuine and almost naturally automatic is gone. It is a shame. This used to be such a charming little gem. If it wasn't a fast food franchise, this store would fail. read more

The people working there gave me dirty looks when we would talk to them. The food wasn't that good.

This has got to be the SLOWEST McDonalds ever. Also they never get orders right. I'm glad there another McDonalds not too far away, cause this one needs closed because of incompetent management and employees! Do yourself a favor and go to the one up the road at 1101 State Route 28. read more

I want to give this place the benefit of the doubt but no. I have never had a good experience here. it is slow and the quality of food is very low. read more

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. God awful service. Absolutely ridiculous to have to wait 20 minutes+ for two coffees. To only have to go back in to order it again after being asked to pull around and no one came to bring me my order. I went in and they weren't even making it. Had to order it again. Didn't even tell me which coffee was which. Caramel macchiato tastes like hot milk- garbage. It's laughable to think these people actually think they deserve anything more than minimum wage when they can't even provide the bare minimum of good service. read more

Says it's open late, and as I'm typing it's 11:43 at night and they are completely shut down. Talk about misleading advertising!! read more

McDonald's - Burgers Near Me - Milford, Ohio

Worst McDonald's ever. Excessive wait as the breakfast food wasn't prepared. Had to pull over to the side. Then they gave me the wrong order (which we didn't catch until we drove away) and then my son threw up immediately following his ingestion of the sausage egg muffin. I had to hose off the side of the car after I turned around unable to continue to school. Needless to say-we won't be going back to this McDonald's and my son (age 15) will not be asking to go for a "before school breakfast treat" again. read more

For 17 years I regularly visited this location, primarily because it's the only drive-thru restaurant in downtown Milford that also serves breakfast. The quality of this restaurant has cratered in all areas, most importantly the excruciating wait times. The drive-thru was so reliably slow that I would park my car and go inside to place my order if there were more than 3 cars in the drive-thru line. The last time I tried this was September 2020-- I was the only customer inside and it took 15 minutes to get an Egg McMuffin and coffee. I've never been back since. read more

The food is usually good. Do get cold fries at times. And occasionally they mess up the order. But service is usually S L Oooo W! Especially through drive-thru anytime of the day. It was better before this current group of owners took over. Not sure what has happened since then. read more

If I could give this negative stars I would. Terrible service at night. Only open till like 10:45 honestly because the workers don't give a shit about their job. Find another place to eat. read more

Milford Mcdonalds: cashier hands me a drink, says thanks, shuts the window. I did order a drink, so I took a sip, it was water. I ordered coke.. so I put it on the window sill. cashier opens the window and says, "umm, did you have 2 orders?" getting kinda nasty in her tone. "no, I just ordered an angus combo, with a coke." "Well, my screen says WATER!" "I didn't order that, maybe it belongs to the person behind me." sarcasm "Well, thanks for taking it!" /sarcasm slams the window a few moments later, hands me my order, gives me a dirty look, slams the window again. kids these days... my parents would have filtered that nonsense out of me as soon as they could smell it. .... I've brought my kids here and we talked the manager once. He seems like a pretty good guy, shame he can't get better help than this. read more

Horrible customer service. Took 30 minutes for 10 MCNUGGETS!!!!!:((((( cold McNuggets= depressed me

The fries from here are as cold as the time I texted my ex divorce papers.

What a disgusting Dump! Unpleasant atmosphere, Terrible workers, terrible service, and terrible food. The food had hair and fingernails in it. I was so disgusted. What a dump. Fake food, and unclean workers. Unacceptable bathrooms, and dirty tables. I wish i could rate this place 0 stars, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, so i would think of going somewhere else for lunch. read more

I don't think I ever had A good time here The drive threw takes forever and when I finally get my food half the time they mess my order up I never go here anymore because theres so many better choices I don't recommend going to mcdonalds. read more

This location wavers between good and bad but I've had mostly good experiences. It can be a little slow depending on what you order but with McDonalds changing their food policies that's to be expected. In the drive through I was told to pull up to a parking spot because they said that it would take a bit to cook my burger. Less than 5 minutes later I had my food and they threw in 2 apple pies for free. The service you get just depends on who's working. It's not the restaurant, it's the workers who make or break it. read more

OMG. This McD's has the worst service ever! The first couple times, things went wrong, I assumed it was just an 'off day' for someone. The past six visits have had one kind of problem or another. One time, it took so long for them to get me my two cheeseburgers, I left without the cheeseburgers or my money! I just wanted the heck out of there. Slowest moving employees ever. And they do not care if you are happy or not. They really do not. The young women stand around and giggle and talk but make little to no effort to bag up food and hand that to the customer. Yesterday the manager did not know how to turn on the outside lights. Unbelievable. Save yourself a hassle and go to Rallys or Skyline. This is RIDICULOUS. read more

Slow! Slower! Slowest McDonalds I have ever been to! It has been like this for a long time, despite the fact that my friends and I have spoken to the manager about this several times. He is a great guy, but he is in denial about this problem. The drive thru is fine, just the inside service is painfully slow. read more

I was asked to pull ahead in drive thru as my orange juice was not ready. After waiting 12 min for orange juice I walked in to see if it was ready which it was not and then walked in again 10 min later only to find out they had forgotten about me read more

As typical, the two Drive thru lanes cause mass confusion. Sat for 5 minutes saying 'hello' (as the other lane was moving car after car through) until I was finally acknowledged. Then I pay and get to the window to pick up my food and am told to pull around and wait for my Frappe to be made. About 5 minutes later, a young boy brings out my food but no Frappe. He did go and get it. Management - please get your act together! read more

The food at this store is disgusting. I guess they figure if you're using the drive through you'll be gone and won't notice. I've never in as long as I can remember gotten a sandwich which wasn't cold. At least half are extremely over-salted. I had a Big Mac recently which was so over salted I couldn't eat it. It seems as if the employees really don't care about the quality of the food. read more

How nice that the management hosts seniors once a week. Seems like a neighborhood place with a neighborly vibe, which is kinda strange for a McDonalds. read more

so 24/7 right? wrong. i pulled up on a saturday night. it was 11:15 or something. the car in front of me pulled up to the drive through, waited for 5 minutes and then pulled up the the window. me and the car behind me did the same before pulling up. then we all started knocking on the windows. no answer. kept knocking. nothing. i saw the drive through headset sitting on the counter. then we all started honking. literally no reply at all. beyond mad. had to drive all the way to taco bell just to get a drink. read more

I don't generally have issues with this location but today I did. I odered 2 $1 menu items and a medium caramel frappe and was told to wait for the frappe in the reserved space. Okay, no biggie. I don't mind waiting. Unless it's 15 minutes for an item that should take less than 2 minutes to make. When I went in to question it, no one knew anything about me waiting for a frappe. read more

Drive through is now 24 hours on the weekends, I order a McChicken WITHOUT lettuce and a large coke. Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes only to find out when i got home they gave me a McChicken with mayo. I am sick of watching the teenagers that work there sit around and make each other coffee and laugh about how tired they are. I hope they enjoy the complaint in the morning. read more
