My boyfriend and I went to the McDonald's on Lila Ave for our lunch break and got a #10 meal (nuggets) with a Large frappe and honey mustard and the other meal was a #3 (double quarter pounder) with a large Coke Zero. The man taking our order (Chris) messed up our order and made the frappe medium, replaced the Coke Zero with an Orange Hi-C, added an extra sweet tea, and only made one of our fries large. When we got to the window we asked for him to read back the order and he didn't say the Hi-C or Sweet tea so we thought he fixed it but no. The guy handing out the food was a real sweetheart though and tried to fix it to the best of his ability. read more

The depths this location has fallen in the past five years is mind blowing. Cleanliness, friendliness, order accuracy, overall service have all dropped noticeably. Now they're parking cars with no one in line to prepare a basic breakfast menu item when it's prime time breakfast. This location was just renovated. It's convenient spot with not too much traffic. Easy to get in and out of. Staff was very efficient and food was hot/fresh. Restaurant/bathroom is clean. Out of all the Mcdonalds in Cincinnati I've been to, this one to me is the best location. read more

Wish I could left a negative review. The staffs there were soooo mean and didn't take breakfast order after 10.30. This doesn't make any sense. I was there around 10.25 and wait for someone to take my order for 10 mins. Nobody came. And when I asked for that they told me they are not offering breakfast???!!! Service is very slow last few weeks. I ordered Hot Mustard sauces with my chicken nuggets and did not get the sauces. I even asked at the window if they remembered the sauces. She swore to me that everything on the receipt was in the bag. I ordered several sandwiches and fries and the bag was super full so I didn't feel like rifling through it. I used to frequent this store, however, it was sold last year and since then the service, food quality, cleanliness and friendliness have all been negatively affected. Even when the Sr. Management is in the building they sit and chat briefly, intermittently speak to each other then quickly return to their cell phones. There is no direction or training or positive interaction. Turn over is crazy and there is simply no joy on the faces of the employees anymore and the positive interaction that seemed to be genuine and almost naturally automatic is gone. It is a shame. Worst McDonald's ever. Excessive wait as the breakfast food wasn't prepared. Had to pull over to the side. Then they gave me the wrong order (which we didn't catch until we drove away) and then my son threw up immediately following his ingestion of the sausage egg muffin. I had to hose off the side of the car after I turned around unable to continue to school. For 17 years I regularly visited this location, primarily because it's the only drive-thru restaurant in downtown Milford that also serves breakfast. The quality of this restaurant has cratered in all areas, most importantly the excruciating wait times. The drive-thru was so reliably slow that I would park my car and go inside to place my order if there were more than 3 cars in the drive-thru line. The last time I tried this was September 2020-- I was the only customer inside and it took 15 minutes to get an Egg McMuffin and coffee. I've never been back since. read more

Milford Mcdonalds: cashier hands me a drink, says thanks, shuts the window. I did order a drink, so I took a sip, it was water. I ordered coke.. so I put it on the window sill. cashier opens the window and says, "umm, did you have 2 orders?" getting kinda nasty in her tone. "no, I just ordered an angus combo, with a coke." "Well, my screen says WATER!" This location wavers between good and bad but I've had mostly good experiences. It can be a little slow depending on what you order but with McDonalds changing their food policies that's to be expected. In the drive through I was told to pull up to a parking spot because they said that it would take a bit to cook my burger. Less than 5 minutes later I had my food and they threw in 2 apple pies for free. The service you get just depends on who's working. OMG. This McD's has the worst service ever! The first couple times, things went wrong, I assumed it was just an 'off day' for someone. The past six visits have had one kind of problem or another.
