THE WORST service I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A. First problem we didn't get our drinks until 5 minutes after we had our food. Second we got completely ignored by 4 employees when trying to get refills. Third we were told we would have to wait to get ice cream after already waiting for 10 minutes in line. This was seriously an awful experience. These problems would have not been as bad if we heard "sorry" or "we will be right with you". We were completely ignored. The more and more I visit Chik-fil-a, I can certainly see the craze about it. First of all, the staff are very friendly and even with a long line - things move fairly quick. I think their spicy chicken sandwich is one of my favorite items on the menu. It has the perfect blend of batter and spices, and usually the chicken is fairly moist. I also LOVE their polynesian sauce as it goes great with any of their chicken items/fries. Another tip - they run special deals like buy one entree item and get a chicken burrito on Monday/Wednesday morning free. Another perk if you are a bargain eater like myself. read more

I've gone to this chick fil a several times but today it was awful. I got a spicy chicken deluxe and my bread wasn't toasted and the cheese was super cold... when I said thank you for my meal the drive-through employee just shut the window on me. I'm pretty disappointed. read more

I love Chick-Fil-A, I really do, so when you see my five star rating understand that I am not judging Chick-Fil-A against my favorite steak house or seafood restaurant, no, I am comparing it to other fast food establishments and when compared that way it is easily five star. The food is fresh and tasty, the restaurant is always clean, the service is amazingly fast, and everybody who works there is very nice, no seriously, these are really nice people. The chicken nuggets are great, they are really good. The chicken noodle soup is truly one of best chicken noodle soups I have ever had (calm down, I said ONE of the best, not THE best) and I don't like chicken noodle soup but I like this one, and last but not least is the chicken sandwich, it's just a chicken sandwich but it is a really good chicken sandwich. Even though the people at the Sugarhouse location are almost annoyingly cheerful, it's a much better experience than going to Fort Union Chick Fil A. Been through here a few times. Always super consistent and good. Heavily equipped with the standard hospitality and friendliness the brand is known for. Like most locations be prepared for a line out and around the parking lot for the drive through. Especially during the standard lunch/dinners times. This location is one of two that I go to on a regular basis. I can honestly say I've gotten an order as fast as me walking away from the counter and them having them call my name as I turn my back. I'm a huge chick-fil-a fan due to both the food and the service at most of the restaurants. This is the closest chick-fil-a to where I live, and I usually go to one further away, because the service is so bad here. Every time I go to this one, I regret it, because the employees are not polite at all and there are epic wait times. I don't mind going to another chick-fil-a and waiting, because employees are much nicer at every other location, but to have to wait and be treated like you're in the way? No thanks. read more

I'm from California and love this place. Came to Utah for a wedding and first of all I looked forward to eating at Chick-Fil-A. The service wasn't its normal happy going Chick Fil A that I'm used to and there known for. The sandwiches are Chick Fil A quality. Ordered the chicken deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese. My order I got was a Chicken Deluxe with Colby Jack cheese. I went back and returned it. They gave me another sandwich with the Colby jack cheese ripped off of it and they slapped a pepper jack that wasn't even melted. The biggest things about this was they gave me the sandwich back without a bun. So I had to return it again. Beware of this place and check your order. I will be fair to them they did give me a cookie to make up for it. It jut threw me off because I thought Chick Fil A is know for greeting people with a smile and their awesome service. I called a week before valentines to place an order to ensure I would be able to pick up the heart shaped chicken nugget tray on Valentines. The worker told me multiple times that I would be able to get one without any problem and to just come in an order. I once again asked if I could just order it ahead of time and they said no. Well sure thing I show up to the restaurant and wait 30 minutes in line to then be told that they don't have any of the heart trays/they ran out the night before (although they are supposed to have them through Feb 28th) read more

This is probably one of my favorite fast food restaurants. The food was amazing. The service was fast. It is good fast food. Only had one issue. Asked for a chicken sandwich with only ketchup on it and it came with pickles. Other than that they should keep up the good work. Definately going there again. read more

Absolutely love their chicken sandwich. You must have the classic chicken sandwich first. It's simply done with chicken and pickle but oh so well done. Additionally, the service is as good as any quality restaurant. They've cultivated a culture that genuinely respects and appreciates their customers. It shows at every location I've been. They have the most HORRIBLE SERVICE! We placed an order at 10:07am and then made our drive down from the mountains for our Breakfast order. We arrive at the restaurant for only it to say that they couldn't make our order since it was after 10:30 already. This was so unacceptable since we made a 20 minute plus drive to come down to get breakfast when it's not our fault they wait to make it FRESH for us when we arrive causing us to be over the 10:30am breakfast window. I LITERALLY had to argue with them on how they are wrong for doing so and even then they didn't want to make our order but just trays of minis! I used to say all great things about Chick-Fil-A's customer service they provide but this time or at least this STORE was HORRIBLE! If I could give them "0" stars I would since they are still making us wait 20 additional minutes for something they can make in minutes but I'm sure the wait time is to inconvenience us since they feel we are inconveniencing them when it shouldn't be that way since it's their job! read more

This place is always busy so the lines can get a tad busy but my food has always been good and the service has been great!

To begin, I absolutely love Chick-fil-A. I have always admired the company's push for courtesy, respect, accuracy, and going the extra mile to serve it's guests. Frankly, I haven't experienced any of the aforementioned things at this particular Chick-fil-A restaurant. Of the three times that I've used the drive through at this location my order has never been right. I've been charged too much for my meal, I've received none of the 7 sauces I asked for and the wrong size of fries, and finally (tonight) I received the wrong order entirely. Mind you, when I went inside to get it fixed I did indeed get the right order. However, it was obvious that the kids working the front counter were annoyed with my request to correct the order and glared at me as they bagged my corrected order. Additionally, there were far too many people working front counter for 9:00 at night. There was a lot of standing around and not a lot of attention paid to me or the guests behind me. I think my point has been made. I'm willing to give this location one more chance before giving up, but seriously: this Chick-fil-A felt more like a McDonalds or a Wendy's and that's embarrassing.
