They came to the door, they confirmed it was the order I'm to pick up for Uber eats, and then told me I had to get in line behind ten cars to pick it up. At the point I picked up the order, it was almost an hour old, COLD, and due to the delay, I was unable to pick up my 2nd order at the Popeyes across the street. At this particular location, the wait is always excessive. Once I had to wait on my personal drive thru order while the kitchen staff had a physical altercation. There was no sweetness at all. It was just bitter like strsight lemon. This "meal" cost me $42. I was back at my hotel before I realized how bad it was. Going out in the rain to return it was not an option. I Very rarely give bad reviews. This is the only one star review I think I've ever given. This food was truly atrocious.
