I come to chick-fil-a for the food mostly not for the service because the service here is incredibly awful. The employees are not attentive to the customers, they have no smiles on their faces, they talk to customer with a "just doing my job" attitude. Today I went and the employees that were handling the drive thru were all sitting down talking, instead of paying attention on who was driving up. I had to drive to the speaker box before they noticed and come to take our order and this employee that took our order had a shirt different from the rest, like a bluish gray which I think means they are in management which makes this situation worse. I understand that being outside and taking orders may be tiring but this stores employees had their backs turned to customers and in more interested in their own conversation. I don't expect this store to care about this comment, obviously due to their lack of customer service. But I do EXPECT your employees to be exceptionally trained on how to put the customers first and their own personal conversations on hold until they are on break or off the clock. I have to say that for the most part the food has been fine, and the service great. When the CEO came out as radically homophobic, I took it as a grain of salt as this is a franchise, and each franchisee doesn't necessarily believe as he does. In this case, the manager at least does. One of my students was outed as GLBT by another employee, and was subsequently fired by this specific location. 90% of the time, they are rockin'! However, there's that 10% (which I assume is when there's little supervision, or a 'cool' manager on duty) that I have been pretty disappointed with. Inconsistency in service. But food is always great, drive thru is fast, and my order is never incorrect. And reminder, that's only 10% of the time. That means maybe once every 6 months I have a not-so-ChickFilA service experience. Still think they are awesome! read more

Fantastic! Went through the drive through with a huge line that wrapped around the store. There were two people outside taking orders on the iPad. The line went by fast and the order was complete and hot! Even rocky, our dog, got a complementary treat! 3-5 minutes top! read more

Not sure if this is a franchise or not, but the service here is far beyond other Chic-fil-a's I have visited. They insist on taking your food to your table, and come by to check and see if you need a refill. My wife called to tell me today that while it was pouring down rain outside, they met her at her car with an umbrella and escorted her into the restaurant! read more

I found something redeeming about CFA ..... their breakfast biscuits. YUMMY buttery biscuits. Still not a fan of their chicken though - have tried it a few more times and it's always dry. I really like the cfa in Kyle. They are efficient, accurate, and the food is yummy. There was only one time a lady seemed to scrimp on the sauces I requested and it seemed so abnormal because cfa's consistent service is part of their brand. Either way, the food is delicious. read more

I have given this Chick-fil-A many many chances as they are convenient in the morning for a quick drive thru breakfast on the way to work or dinner on the way home. I have always been a fan of CFA but will no longer be going to this location. The chicken tastes like it is a day or two old and they just sort of reheat it. I have complained about several things to the manager from incorrect orders to no ice in my drink but nothing seems to change. I will not be going back to this location. What is there to say? Everyone knows how it works. Waffle fries and lemonade are the perfect compliment to a chicken sandwich. They are very friendly and polite here. I have yet to get an order wrong. They are one of the best fast food places out there. Unlimited refills on sweet tea and lemonade is a plus. read more

Very disappointed with the experience I got at this Chick-fil-a. I'm a huge fan of Chick-fil-a breakfast. I was driving through Kyle and saw the Chickfila and decided to stop. It was 10:25 when I walked through the door. They had two cashiers working but they had no urgency and took over 8 minutes taking the orders in front of me which means I missed the 10:30 make. As I was about to order breakfast the manager said no more breakfast :(. I asked if I could since I have been waiting before it was time. The manager looked directly at me and said no. I can't believe it especially from a Chickfila! If I want that kind of service I would go to McDonalds. So disappointed! read more

I haven't been the biggest CFA fan, but have been eating it a lot recently. Their traditional 12 piece chicken and awesome fries with their also awesome lemonade or sweet tea is the way to go. Their grilled chicken isn't really that great and I'm not a fan of their sandwiches- so I keep it basic when I go here and they do well. I go to this location about once / twice a week for breakfast and I have to say that Aubree (sp?) is the NICEST person I have ever talked with. She is CONSISTENTLY nice and her customer service and politeness is incredible. Of course the food is outstanding ( I mean..its CHICK FIL A. have you not had their food ? its AWESOME !! ) , but to have Aubree each time be so very nice is an added bonus. This place has gone downhill. The drive through has gotten slower but when I went in with my grandkids this past weekend, I was appalled at the dirty dining area. This rating is for my Daddy Daughter date last night. Usually customer service is MUCH better here! What a wonderful idea to arrange for daddy's to take their little girls out! I think it's awesome! So, last night we showed up all dressed up and were seated. It took 10 minutes for someone to come take out order while everyone else is being waited on and has food... the whole time my little girl is telling me how hungry she is. Finally someone takes our order and soon after another father walks in with his daughter. Their order is taken immediately and they get their food before we get ours. Then our food finally comes. The order is correct, yes. Once we get our food however no one comes back to ask if we need a refill or would like a dessert... nothing! The next time someone shows up it's with the check. I had to go to the register to get a refill and buy my daughter an ice cream. When we're finishing up, a manager comes by to ask how things went, and when I began to explain my discontent, she got really defensive, took the ticket and said well just take care of the meal for your trouble. For me the issue was not at all the cost of the meal and I realize that they don't typically wait tables but on an average day, Chick-fil-A always has someone that comes by your table to ask if you need anything, refill your drink, etc... They are just usually much better on customer service. Will I go back, yes, because I like and respect CFA's business model, but no more daddy/ daughter dates for me. read more

You had one job, put the damn original sauce in my order after asking me twice if I need it sauce..why? Why?

I wish they were a little cheaper. It's about $16 for 2 meals, with large fries and a drink. The quality of food is amazing though. The chicken is top notch. Juicy, white meat chicken. I just moved from California a year ago, and when I was sick I always had Quiznos chicken noodle soup. The Quiznos by my house in CA just had the best soup, hands down. When I just got sick, I didn't want to drive out to Buda so I decided to try this soup. I'm glad I did. The quality of chicken you expect from Chick-fil-A is the same in this soup. It's warm, it's brothy, it has a good thickness to it. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of is the big chunks of celery. In my opinion, they could have been smaller. Other then that it hit that sickness spot, and I am feeling much better! They are always so sweet to deal with. Whether it be in the drive-thru or inside service. If you are inside I guarantee you that for as long as you are sitting down you will not have to get up to ask for a refill. Someone will come by asking if you want one. They are amazing. The kids play place is a bit small, but it works and the kids enjoy it. Also little tip. My kids have never been a fan of the small toy it comes with. You can exchange it for an ice cream. Now I don't have a toy the kids play with on the way home and leave in my car until I find it, and the kids are happy! read more

This manager thought I would not Yelp him and his business. Big mistake. I pull up to the drive thru and order a #2. Please take into consideration it is 10:35am. I then drive up to the window. The cost is well above what my order should be. I say something about the cost of the order and this rude on religious so called manager puts his head up into the window pushing the young lady that is working the window aside and begins to tell me I should know the difference between the morning menu and the afternoon menu. Then the manager goes off on me trying to impress the girl working the window. The manager then falls back on telling me to be holy. God be with you. God be with you. All I wanted was the correct order and a refund the correct amount of money. This had to be the rudest individual/manager I have ever run across. FOOD POISONING ALERT!!! Avoid the Kyle, Tx location! My sister and I both got sick after eating lunch at the Kyle, TX location. We contacted the Health Dept. to report our illness and an inspection was done revealing dangerous cross-contamination violations. We then found out that we aren't the only ones, apparently several complaints of illness have come in for this location. read more
