Couldn't rate this location low enough. I have visited most of the chick fil a's in Texas. And this particular location is upsetting, we were almost hit by a truck pulling a trailer entering the drive through line which is not something allowed at some other chick fil a's. We ordered our drinks and were notified that they no longer have the large sized frosted coffee (our location close to home still offers the large and medium options) when we pulled to the window we noticed our large tea that we'd ordered in line was not correct, the girl at the window refused to correct it and they proceeded to charge us 32 extra cents because of their error. Super friendly staff, and management, along with consistent quality. What's not to like? This company openly supports veterans, police, fire, EMS, and school related functions. They create a pro-family environment, and hold family functions. The management at this location is very proactive, and friendly. They regularly can be seen cleaning off tables, refilling customers drinks, and directing the young workers on how to be efficient in their tasks. They approach issues with a team mentality, and teach, or assist where necessary, with respect towards their associates. The drive thru, is busy, as usual for a CFA, but the crew is fast to get your orders processed, and I have been very pleased with the accuracy of fulfilling the to-go orders I receive. I enjoy the healthy options that the company has incorporated, over the past few years, as well as the tried & true fried chicken breast sandwich!! I use to really like this Chic fil a, but it has really gone downhill in service. First off they are super slow and never seem to have enough people working. The young people working here seem care more about socializing than waiting on customers. I usually order the cobb salad and 3 times they have given me the wrong salad. When I returned my salads they never really apologized. One other thing I noticed is that their salads are smaller than the ones made at other locations. They use less chicken and less ingredients as well. I am going to start going to the Slaughter Ln and 290 locations, even though I live closer to this one. read more

This is the new Kyle location that just opened up. The drive through is a little interesting. The speaker is in the front of the restaurant. They were quick to take my order. They were very friendly and pleasant, unlike Taco Bell and Burger King with their, "Yeah whenever you are ready". I placed my order and had my food handed to me in less than 90 seconds. The food was fresh and hot. I am glad to see Chick-Fil-La came to Kyle. Kyle needs more restaurants other than Pizza and Mexican. read more

My kids are divided. My 6 year-old thinks the breading on the Chick-Fil-A sandwich and nuggets is too "spicy." My 3 year old loves it (as do I). So... what we end up doing is... go through the drive-through at McDonalds and pick up a Happy Meal.. then head to Chick-Fil-A for dinner. Great service. Every time. Plus, they've never looked at us weird for having McD at our table. My favorite part is, the playground is SECTIONED OFF from the rest of the restaurant so adults can have a real conversation while watching their kids on the playground (through the glass) The food is exactly what you'd expect at a Chick-Fil-A. chick-fil-a is my favorite restaurant, i can eat it everyday. but this location is by far the worst i've been to. our san marcos location is closed so i have to travel to this one and while i understand it's busier than they're used to, i've come here about 10 times and something has gone wrong each time. from putting all of my 6 pickles on the outside of the sand which (but still in the bag), to getting cold food after waiting 20 minutes and ordering ahead on the app, to not getting salted fries to forgetting my fries. i have not had a good experience here yet. today was the tipping point and i refuse to come back to this location. read more

Worst kept Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to, I have three kids so it's fair to say that I visit a lot of them. Went to this one in Kyle around 3:00 pm on a Monday, trash cans were overflowing, empty tables were dirty, and floors were littered with food and trash. Asked the cashier to please send someone to clean our table but no one ever did, my food was about to arrive so I took a bunch of the Purell wipes they keep by the play area and I cleaned the table myself, I even had to push the food and trash out from under our feet. At this point I was feeling unease about the condition of their kitchen and the cleanliness of my food. We love Chick-Fil-A because if their high quality and service standards, but this particular location is no better than a dirty highway fast food restaurant.
