We ordered a large pizza and 2 drinks. The girl that was working the counter seemed over stretched and it showed. We decided to eat in the restaurant and grabbed a table. We were given 2 plates and waited for the pizza to come out. When the pizza came out it was brought over by the cook, so we were missing cutlery, our drinks and spices. We had to wait while the pizza grew cold till the girl showed up. As for the pizza, it was pretty meh - no undercarridge, chewy bland dough - certainly nothing to write home about. All in all, a one time experience -there are better pizza places around and better service for sure.

Great area for kids to run around nearby so as you would assume, lots of young families. It seems to be a great meeting place for families & groups. The biggest downside to our dining experience was the outside trash can. Patrons cleaned up after themselves & the trash can was overflowing. I chose to go inside to throw our trash away and to inform staff of the trash situation. (No need having all that trash near your tables & front door) The staff informed me "we don't touch that. That's the City of Kyle's responsibility. They pick up on Saturday nights." Unfortunate that my visit was 6pm on a Saturday night. I can only imagine how messy the entire area will be by 9pm. I hope that the owners and management can figure out a way to handle this issue since the majority of the trash I saw inside & outside of the trash can was from their patrons.

The pieces of chicken were large and I liked the BBQ sauce flavor. It had a sweetness to it. I ordered a Ground Control Pizza which had pepperoni, sausage, red onion, green peppers, mushrooms, ham, black olives, and ground beef. I ordered my pizza without the ground beef. My pizza was tasty. It had different flavors and textures. The pepperoni, ham and sausage meats were good. The crust was doughy which I liked. It was a good pizza. Lastly we shared a Cinnamon Dessert. I started with the Arugula salad made with arugula and baby spinach with shallot, orange zest, pecans, and lemon Dijon vinaigrette. The combination was fresh, citrusy, and nicely balanced. Addition of goat cheese for an upcharge was an option. I did ask to add mozzarella, but unfortunately that request wasn't accommodated. I added some grated Parmesan cheese from the table and black pepper. For pizza, we split The Omnivore, loaded with natural-casing pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onion, and green pepper. I customized it by removing the onion and bell pepper from half and adding olives to that half. The pizza had the signature Detroit-style character I was hoping for, a substantial, crispy-edged crust with plenty of toppings and marinara on top and that satisfying contrast between crunchy edges and a softer center. One ordering detail was a little frustrating. I felt like there was a lot of nickel and diming with various upcharges. For example, I was charged for adding a topping even though ingredients were being removed from part of the pizza. Also adding cheese to my salad was an upcharge even though I feel the price point for the salad was sufficient to include cheese. It wasn't a major issue, but something worth clarifying when ordering if you're making customizations. Overall, I enjoyed the experience. The food came out with minimal wait, the staff was friendly, and the Detroit-style square pizza delivered the hearty, indulgent experience Via 313 is known for.

Unfortunately, things have gone completely down the tubes with this place. Started out absolutely loving it. Great food, no problem with the first few deliveries. Then the trouble started - food quality went down, deliveries showing up very late, incorrect items. I gave them several more chances, hoping they'd get back to what I enjoyed on my first few orders, but it just kept getting worse. I made an online order the other night about an hour before closing time, and checked on the tracker a few times. When the order didn't show up, I looked at the tracker again only to see that they had canceled my order. When I called to find out what the deal was, I was told they were too busy. Wound up eating Dominos at 11 pm. Sorry Marco's, that was the last straw for me. I won't be bothering you again. read more

First off walking in I set my expectations lower seeing they used a roller oven instead of a stone based high heat oven. That meant a Pam like spray would most likely be used on a metal pan and the dough stretched on that. I was correct, the bottom crust of the pizza had track marks and was oily from the spray. For some that is find and/or great but I prefer a crispier bottom crust with a bit of chew at the crust edges. If that is what you are looking for in your pizza, Crust might not be for you. They oddly cut my personal pizza in squares instead of wedge slices. So the middle was just super super soggy. Wedges next time please, the crust is not crisp enough for the squares. The toppings were fine and the staff very helpful. We also got a Greek salad that came with way too many sun-dried tomatoes. So many that I picked out a pile of them and still had them in every bite. Great dressing though. They have some decent daily specials and cheap beer. The dining room is nice as well. I might go back and try a sandwich next time or a lunch special but skip the pizza.

Food was pretty pricey knowing that college students are the main customers. Food took a while, but came out scorching hot! I got the chicken bacon ranch pizza, which was overly salty! The crust tasted better than the inside parts. I usually can down a whole pizza but couldn't get past two slices when I found a piece of hair on the remaining pizza. There goes my appetite! My husband got wings and they were pretty decent. Definitely a spot for students late at night, but a bit pricey!

It was OK, I got the fish and chips which tasted like old refried fish, more crispy and dry than fish. 2 old, dried out small pieces with fries! The salad was just thrown together. It was nothing to write home about.. people told us to try this place. I don't know why? Maybe because it's local there's a bunch of older people eating in there, but they're just paving their way to die. I looked around at the other food. The burgers are supposed to be the best. They look like a greasy mess. I would never come back here again. I remember eating here years ago when we first moved to the area back in 2015 ordered Pizza for my daughter-in-law's at home bridal shower and thinking the crust was like cardboard, so I never tried it again! I'll never eat here again. There are too many other good places around to eat why waste my time and belly on this junk food. Why are so many here?? The service was great though we are wondering how they stayed in business this long maybe with all the coupons bringing in people. Oh voted the best Italian food by a radio or tv station?!!! Are they joking? That's an insult to the better Italian restaurants we have nearby!! HOW CAN THEY SAT THAT!!

The bathrooms are relatively clean, but they need TLC with peeling paint and haphazard repairs. Honestly, who thought it was a good idea to put a urinal so close to an open electrical outlet? Also, it would be nice for a family l-friendly restaurant (dog porch and kids' menu) to have changing tables in the bathrooms. The staff was courteous, yet somewhat forgetful. The unkempt nature of the tables and floor should have clued us in. The pickle bread (cheesy bread with ranch and pickles on top) was a tasty novelty and everything came out relatively quickly. The chop steak was slathered in grilled onions, jalapeños, and mushrooms and had a great char. Wonderfully made. The teriyaki burger was tasty. However the fries on both were nothing special.
