Even the worst McDonald's I've been to is better than this poorly managed place. Chick-fil-A has always been a favorite of mine and I'm very saddened that I can't enjoy coming to eat here, every visit I've made to this location, employees were rude and don't want to work, that's why it's so slow when all other locations are quick. It would seem they can't keep up and they cut corners here pulling up fries and nuggets before the set timer goes off just to push out orders leaving food undercooked. I had to put the chicken nuggets in my oven at home they were so undercooked. I've been three times to this location hoping in vain they would give me a decent meal. While waiting in line over 10 minutes. I could tell by the faces of the food less customers sitting in the lobby they were backed up. I had to google to see how long this location has been open. A month today and they are struggling bad. Not a a typical Chic Fil A experience. From the wait, to the cleanliness of the establishment, to some of the employees, as backed up as they are 2 managers are in the lobby on break. Wow. Like I said they are struggling. With 2 other locations to choose from hopefully they will get it together because this is not Chic Fil A. 14 minutes later still no food. I go to see what's going on they're all over the place, supervisor ask if I want fries instead of hashbrowns, they ran out. Needless to say I got a refund. Disappointing. This was my second time to visit this particular Chick-fil-A. I love the brand and the quality of their product as well as their level of customer service. I'm afraid this location just doesn't measure up. An unusually long wait in the drive thru line. No typical friendly attendant greeting. No usual "my pleasure" when I thanked them for my order and then my mini biscuits were hard and crunchy. This is my second time to have this experience and when others had complained I'd assured them that this wasn't the way Chick-fil-A worked. I'll be going to the Chick-fil-A on Elmwood, which is further to drive, but offers an experience and food quality I'm used to. Again, really disappointed. read more

This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A ever. I got out of the drive through line because it wasn't moving. Went in, no wait. But it took forever to get my food. Then they tell me there's no more grilled chicken ready for the egg white grilled sandwich, would I be willing to take.regular chicken. I said yes to avoid further delay. Well, it still took too long and they ended up getting me grilled chicken with regular egg instead of egg white. Coming from Atlanta, I'm spoiled and accustomed to great service. We normally enjoy the food here but not this time. Our sandwiches and fries were cold. They gave my husband the wrong sandwich. With all of the errors, I only complained about the cold fries to the manager who brought the food to the table. She replaced them with more cold fries. Never had bad service until now. read more

Where do I even begin to explain my disappointment in this fast food service. About an hour ago I came here and ordered my food, excited to eat my meal. Once I got home I saw that they gave me the wrong order! (This isn't the first time this has happened) No big deal though right, everybody makes mistakes. So I go back to Chickfila, and by this time I am using up more gas, and my mom comes with me. She gets out the car to find someone to assist her and get her the correct order. Then, the MANAGER, tell her she will just get a refund. My mom asked if there was any way she could just get the correct order, including new fries (although we already had some from the previous order) because once we got home from this fiasco we knew they would be cold. The manager proceeded to say "you already got ur fries". How shallow. Those fries weren't even from OUR ORDER. So now we are waiting in the curbside lane just to get the same food we should have the first time. Had to reorder and everything. Why could they simply not comply with a mistake THEY made and just give us our damn food. I will never come back to this location again. Chickfila get it together. read more

This Chick-Fil-A is by far the worst I've ever been to. Other store chains are almost close to perfect but this Chick-fil-A is poorly managed. They mess up on our orders every time we go. I order a plain sandwich with cheese for my daughter and they give me just that, cheese and bread with no meat. What a joke!!!! Also every time we order a sandwich their chicken is dark like they never change the grease or they fry them too long. This chick-fil-a just does things differently and not in a good way and it shows.This chick-fil-a is literally about 5 miles from my house but I'd rather travel 10-15 miles to the chick-fil-a on Clearview to have a prompt, courteous, and accurate experience. This location brings down the Chick-Fil-a name big time! My family eats Chick-Fil-a about once a week. We have had to wait so long in the lines both inside and outside and have had so many thing forgotten in the drive thru. We live in Kenner but will be driving to the Chick-Fil-a on Vets near Cleary from now on. We chalked it up to a new location at first but things are not improving. Have been several times over the past few months. My little ones love the play area. The food is always hot & fresh (not under a warming light or in a warming drawer). Might have to wait a few minutes for food but the quality is worth the wait. This is not your typical "fast food". And their shakes are very good! Always clean and friendly service. read more

We love CFA. We visit one on most trips. I am not sure what was going on at this location but it looked like it was everyone's first day. It took us over 20 minutes to receive our food for only 4 people. We received the majority of it after about 20 minutes but we were missing 2 fries. We had to wait an additional 5 minutes and ask multiple people to get us the fries. We also asked for salad dressing for the salad and it probably took the guy 5 minutes of searching before he found it. I have never been to a CFA that was this disorganized!! read more

The staff obviously works hard and does everything they can to make sure the guests have everything they need. They are kind and helpful and make the experience even more pleasant each time. Best food ever. They have the best soft bun and a crispy chicken breast in the middle YUMM. There fries are great. There sauce variety is awesome there chick-fil-a sauce is my favorite. I recommend for young kids they get books for toys so it's not cheap plastic toys that break and the kids get sad. I took my niece and she loved the play area after she took a long nap after. So in conclusion this is the best place to get a fast chicken sandwich. read more

Absolutely disappointed!!! Waited for over 15 mins for my dinner, the lettuce that I paid extra for was tiny and wilted, there is trash everywhere, and I was brought my food in a bag and told they were out of trays, but there are a lot by the trash! I will not be coming back! read more

I really like the food at chic fil a. Most locations usually have amazing customer service. Sadly I had a very unpleasant experience here with a manager named Mark. He was very rude and spoke poorly of me and the people I came with to other workers right in front of us. I have never seen this kind of behavior at a chic fil a before. It's sad how ridiculously slow this store is, especially in the drive-through. It's amazing that a Chick-fil-A can be this horribly unorganized. You would think they're cooking every single order and nugget to order one at a time it is so slow, which we know they're not doing. I'm amazed that management does not see this. Great service for a new location! Although it is always packed, the staff takes care of everyone quickly and accurately. They even take the time to check on those who are dining in. They hustle to make sure your drinks are topped off and you have plenty of napkins and condiments. read more

Overall, every time I visit this restaurant I have a pleasant experience. Unfortunately this morning was not so pleasant. Me and my husband decided to go in for breakfast around 10:15. We know that breakfast ended at 10:30 which is why when we saw the long drive thru line, we decided to go inside to hurry. We finally got to the register to order and the time was exactly 10:25 when we ordered and we asked for the chicken biscuit and the woman very rudely responded saying that they weren't serving breakfast anymore. We understand it was a couple of minutes before the breakfast ended but somebody else ordered behind us and they were able to get breakfast still. Anyway we got our receipt and the time on it was 10:28. Once we got our food, we told another lady what happened and showed her our receipt and she said she would go see if they had anymore biscuits in the back and she never came back. We saw her keep bringing food out to other tables and we kept making eye contact with her. It seemed like she was trying to avoid us. We would have understood if they didn't have anymore, but she could of at least came and told us. Overall, I was very disappointed with how the place has turned out. If a place decided to stop serving breakfast a few minutes before 10:30, then they should mandate that rule. Bihhhh. Lemme tell you what happened. I went inside to skip the long drive thru line. I ordered a spick chicken sandwich, large fries, and milkshake. I got my milkshake but not the food why? THEY THOUGHT MY NAME WAS BRITNEY. MY NAME IS RICKY. So I waited, didn't yell or didn't go cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs. I waited for ten minutes and one of the workers finally noticed that I haven't received my food. All they had to say was sorry about the wait. SORRY CANT PAY FOR MY TUITION FOR SCHOOL. I am a big fan of chick fil a salads, so was naturally thrilled when this closer location opened. Have gone three times and have ordered the same thing. All three times, this location has screwed up the order. All three times, when I have ordered unsweetened tea, I got sweet tea. One time, I received no salad dressing. One time I received honey mustard dipping sauce instead of salad dressing. This time, I received no salad toppings, honey mustard dipping sauce and sweet tea. Three strikes and you are out. Would rather drive an extra 10 minutes and get what I want. No wonder this location is so empty when the other location ten minutes away is causing traffice jams just to get in the parking lot.
