I would give 5 stars because this place is absolutely amazing! However, this one employee is so rude. The last two times I've been here I've over heard her be rude towards two different people. The first incident was a guy here for his interview, he asked her a question and she responded with an attitude. Walked away rolling her eyes. & the next incident was with an employee (special needs) must've asked her a question about the uniform & she loudly responded with an attitude which caught my attention. Althought the rating of this location is lower than when I first started patronizing there, my experience has always been good. I completed a mobile order using the app tonight and had to wait a bit during the evening rush but note:NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE REVIEWS ABOUT SLOW SERVICE, "slow" at Chick-fil A is faster than ANY OTHER fast food restaurant in this part of Louisiana. The only complaint I've had in three plus years at this location is not receiving all my sauces or napkins. BUT I check every bag before I depart so I'm usually good to go. This is the chickfila we order from when we do get some. Overall, I've always had great experiences here. I havent had an order that was wrong. The only think thats happened is every now and then I won't get straws. A minor thing to complain about I know! The food is hot and when I did curbside pick up this past weekend, my order was ready within 5 mins. Granted there was only one other car at curbside. Pretty awful customer service. Worst chick fil a experience I have had. They were out of all salads, wraps, Mac and cheese and side salads. Upon ordering chicken nuggets, I asked for the avocado lime ranch dressing and was told that I was "not allowed" to get that dressing without ordering a salad... even though that is the only dipping sauce I ever get at any other chick fil a, with fries, chicken nuggets, sandwiches, wraps, and have NEVER been told that I wasn't "allowed" to get that sauce. The kale side was very little kale - more like a bowl of the dressing (I get this side at other chick fil a's and it is very different). The drive thru line was long, as I've seen not only this time, but times in the past; (IT'S WORTH MENTIONING, IT WAS SUPER DUPER COLD & FOLKS PROBABLY WANTED TO STAY IN THEIR WARM, COZY CARS), so my friend went indoors for a quick transaction. When she returned to the vehicle, I was pleased at the smell, the cost of her meal, me not eating chicken & how price efficient her food was. I saw a bunch of bad reviews for this location but experienced nothing like that. I was staying at the doubletree right down the road and was actually able to check in from my hotel room for my carry out order. I walk in the store. Within 10 seconds someone brought me my food. Order was 100% correct and I was on my way. Food was as good as you'd expect from a Chick Fil A anywhere. No complaints here. If you want your Chick Fil A give it a shot. read more

I've never really been a Chick-fil-A fan, but they gave out a "free sandwich" card to coincide with the Grand Opening to all of the kids at my daughter's school. Thus, we ended up there, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was busy, but the employees were friendly, quick, and the food was pretty good. Also, the kids play area was actually clean! Given the general unhealthiness of fast food, I'm kind of glad there is somewhere I can get grilled nuggets & a bowl of kale for those ballet/cheerleading nights that I just don't have time to cook real food. ....and the waffle fries are pretty fabulous if I'm having a cheat day! I went there and ordered an 8 piece nugget combo upsized to large. It took 30 minutes to get my curbside delivery. My fries were cold and HALF were missing from the size large container and not at the bottom of the bag. I've called the Chick-fil-A cares 8 times in the last 3.5 weeks. They have taken down my complaint and forwarded it to the owner operator. He has yet to contact me back even to apologize and offer a free combo for that garbage. My family and I have been to this Chick-Fil-A plenty of times before! I understand that business needs to be handled in whatever the best and professional way possible. Unfortunately, this Chick-Fil-A location, Kenner LA, corner of Veterans, does not have good representation. My food should be hot and fresh at all times when I leave from their facility, whether I spend $5.00 or $50.00, in which case I spend $50.00 being that we are a family of four. Unacceptable to be cold, old, not even fully fried nuggets, weak sweet tea, overly salty fries that are COLD and has been sitting there under a "light" in which I guess makes the cooks feel as if this is going to keep the food WARM. This is ridiculous. The wait for your food is 10 minutes always at night. The wait isn't the MAIN PRROBLEM. The Main Problem is very simple and unacceptable and makes me wonder who Mangement is, and where is Managment. This is the first time which makes this crazier. Why is the food not fresh at night. Chick-fil-a is usually my go-to fast food restaurant. I frequently visit the Kenner, Louisiana location. My last few visits have been anything but the Chick-fil-a I have grown to love. I stopped in this morning, ordered a 12 piece nugget with a medium fruit cup and sauce I did not receive. The fruit cup apples, we're not fresh. I made a second trip this evening ordered a large macaroni and cheese and eight count nugget entree only to receive five whole nuggets and some crumb pieces. I'm am very disappointed with the quality of the food and the service. I refrigerated the fruit and returned it this evening to show them the condition of the fruit; the cashier asked did I call them this morning to notify them of the issue. I responded, did not because time did not permit me too. She was hesitant about replacing the fruit, even with my receipt. I prefer the grilled nuggets however the quality and size of the nuggets are not worth the price. You pay more and receive less. They take 1 grilled chicken breast and attempt to make 12 nuggets from one patty. Clearly you can probably get 8 nice size nuggets but it is impossible to get 12 fairly sized nuggets. I know nuggets vary inside, however it about the quality of food and the level of service. read more

omg I had a bad experience like I've never had at chick fill a, I always buy at this restaurant at least once a week but today it was horrible. I left my job at 2:30 I got to the line at 2:45 the car in the next line arrived at the same time with me but only he was able to place his order in less than 3 minutes I was left standing in line since there were 3 cars in front of me and the young lady (employee) was having a nice chat with the client when she finished the conversation she came to the other young lady who was standing there (another employee) she passed by my car but she ignored me and went to talk with her, I waited a while to see that she will back to me but I lowered my window and spoke to the monitor, the girls replied that I had to place the order with them, so I told them ok, I need to place my order, I'm late, and she replied, "well you have to wait because we are changing shifts". it was 3 o'clock (ok I understand that) I waited while she slowly put on her Neón vest and fixed the walkie-talkie in her shorts, she slowly walked towards me after 5 minutes of making me wait when she got to my car she asked me my name while I tried to see her name on her pin, and I asked can I have your name?and she sarcastically repeated what is the name of the order, at that moment I was already upset. I got out of the line, parked and went inside to look for the "manager" when I came in the young lady was already giving her version to her manager, another young lady about 20 years old , and I said hello I want to talk to you and I told her (the manager )what happened to what she told me without apologizing and with an annoyed tone that the young lady was within her rights not to give me her name (so why do they use pins with names) and I she emphasized that she was changing shifts and you had to wait. OK, I lined up inside the restaurant in the middle of chaos with a bunch of young guys leaving work and preparing their own meals, laughing and yelling at each other, there were literally about 20 guys behind the counter my level of tolerance was at the limit but I stayed calm, I placed my order my order included two extra Mac and cheese medium, and the young lady charged me for fruit I told her that I did not want fruit that was mac and cheese and she had to wait for the key to change it, finally She placed my order and I pay, I stepped aside thinking that she didn't ask me if my order was to go or not, nor did she ask me my name, when I heard another young lady with a tray of food looking for the owner and I told her I think that it's mine but there was only one mac and cheese that I ordered 2 and she told me She only charge you 1 but you can pay the other one to give it to you and I told her "to PAY when from the beginning I told her that I need 2, there were two and she made a mistake putting fruit cups" So I asked for the manager again and I explained to her and that they hadn't given me the sauce either, she went to get the cup of mac and cheese and sauces she put it in a bag and gave it to me without apologizing. I understand that it was a change of schedule but they should train their employees better, starting from the manager and if they have to eating after their shift, at least respect the customers and do it in an orderly manner, it was definitely not my day but they also took care of make it worse with NO costumer service at all read more

So maybe this place was only awesome because we didn't go during a peak time. I'll update after we go again. We went around 3 on weekday. We just went in to get a to go order because we were on our way to the park. The staff was super friendly and the food was fast and delicious. The staff was nice to the kiddos, patient while they tried to order for themselves and awesome when I thought I lost my keys. I asked one girl if she had seen any keys and suddenly I had four employees offering to look places and making suggestions. They were understanding when they ended up being in a weird pocket in my purse. ( face plan. Yes, I'm giving a chick fil a 5 stars. Why? Because I've been to all the chick fil a's in the area and this is the most consistent one out of all of them. They keep the line moving. They get your order right. (Except this one time and they were so apologetic for it). They consistently give you fresh food for a good price. They DGAF how many sauces you want with your nuggets. Try doing that at McDonald's and they act like they gonna have to file chapter 11 because you dared to ask them for 3 sauces with a 10 piece. They are NICE. They say "welcome to chick fil a" and MY PLEASURE every time you say thank you. They refill your drink if you dine in. The interior is always clean. This includes the bathroom. They are on their game. All. The. Time. The drive thru moves very fast and efficient with the double lines. Pro tip: when it's December, buy the cow calendar. It pays for itself month 1. You're welcome. Lastly, for all the national chain haters out there...I work at a school and they hook us up with coupons and donations. First bad experience with this chick fil a. Upon arrival I order our meal and milk shake. Asking if I could get the milk shake before we leave. We waited in line, gave my ticket to the cashier to show the purchase of the milk shake. My daughter was getting inpatient. I continued to wait 10 minutes and informed 2 different employees that I was waiting for a milk shake.
