I just felt the need to respond to all the negative reviews and remind everyone that you're judging a fast food restaurant where mostly teenagers work (on average) and you're acting completely impatient and entitled. Here's a thought: before you passive aggressively attack this establishment via an app, consider how you would treat these people to their faces. Consider not reacting to slight inconveniences with such harsh words. You went to a fast food restaurant. There's no need to hold them to a ridiculously high standard. Check your bag before you leave, things happen throughout the process that you don't see and sometimes details are missed for multiple reasons. And I'm also guessing you've never worked in food service or you'd understand that. If you can't show grace towards people when they make slight mistakes, then maybe Chick-fil-A isn't the place for you. Is there any fast chicken food better than Chick-Fil-A? I grew up in the North - sans Chick-Fil-A. We moved to Knoxville,TN at the beginning of my high school years and I quickly became addicted to the CFA at West Town Mall. Thank goodness they expanded out of mall-locations as well as up North. CFA is my go-to chicken restaurant when I want a high-quality, consistent meal. This location is actually the 2nd within Keller city limits, but it will quickly become the favorite for east-Kellerites who can't make the trek to the 377 or Southlake locations. One thing that makes this a good addition is the double-drive thru. There is nothing like being stuck behind that car that seems to not know the menu ("do you have chicken nuggets?" "Are they breaded or fried?" Lol). You can double your chances of a sub 3 minute serving time (the standard for CFA) and choose your line wisely. This location has a playground, which was a huge hit with my 6 year old daughter. read more

This location always gets my order wrong in the mornings. Today they didn't even put an egg on my sandwich while I actually asked for double. It even shows it on the ticket as double and the person that took my order even read it back as double. I ask for double because they give a little compared to other locations. Yesterday in the morning they forgot one of the items I order, guess your going to have to double check your stuff before leaving. They are always getting orders wrong. I come here at least once-twice a week and order lunch for my whole office. More than half of the time, the orders are wrong or missing items. Large fries are always half empty. They seem to rush too much, and never actually checking the orders before sending them out. As a former member of Chick Fil A at a Red Status level, I only frequently visited when the dining rooms closed. Today I went with my wife for an evening 12 Nugget meal in the dining room. I'm sorry to say, the food was luke warm at best and when we asked for ketchup the young lady brought it to the table and threw it down and said here. We payed in cash to the person who was taking drive thru orders. We pulled up to the window with them trying to make us pay again. They were very unprofessional about this matter. We finally got the point across we already paid they had to check with the person cause they thought we were lying. Then we had to wait 10 minutes on my frozen strawberry lemonade. After enjoying Chic-fil-A for years, I'm parting ways, atleast with this location. Despite claiming to be a Christian organization, serenading us with Christian beats while we eat, and being closed on Sundays, this organization fails to have any follow through on their "posted rules" of the play area. Time and time again a doting mom such as myself is left to navigate rule breaking such as locking fellow children in the storage closet, older children acting inappropriately with little ones up high in the tubes, bullying and emotional abuse, because other parents fail to properly supervise their children and Chic-fil-A has a hands off approach. Indeed this is life but a company who provides a play area ought to enforce the rule of parents supervising vs telling myself the play area is not their responsibility besides that they posted rules, and it is for the parents to work out amongst themselves. I received an arrogant, condescending response despite bringing my concerns kindly about bullying, safety, and enjoyment for others, which included speaking out of both sides of their mouth that it is not their problem but if we bring it to their attention they will do what they can. Thank you to management for clearly not caring when my mother went to ask for help locating a parent while I climbed in the tubes to rescue a young tot being bullied, by getting up from your seat but upon seeing ME rescuing the child and being left to go table to table to locate said caretaker, seating yourself back down to finish your lunch without a word. Your actions speak clearly about upholding this Christian organizations philosophy. I'm happy to go to McDonalds where they enforce their rules better then this joint and clearly care more. I love Chick-fil-A like LOVE it! With four boys and all the sports we are always stopping to grab a quick meal. This location, however, is TERRIBLE!!!! They mess up our order EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Statistically this should not be possible but somehow this location is always able to leave at least one item usually an entire meal out of our bag! My family and I live in Keller and this is the closest Chick-fil-a to us. It provides the best service of the three close to me. My girls and I always feel welcome and the service is nearly always great. It's clean and the food comes quickly and I've very rarely had any errors. (I ask for no pickle and I've sometimes got one) I love it, when they have time, they re fill your drink for you at the table. This adds to the good service they provide at the counter. I've worked many fast good jobs and I can clearly see this is extremely well managed. This place is busy for a reason. It's good. read more

We were finally able to let the crowds die down so we could try our Keller Chick-fil-A. Obviously, we've eaten at Chick-fil-A's before and this was about the same. I did feel that on the night that we were there, that the restaurant was a dump. There was trash on the floors and the person bussing the tables was in no big hurry. We sat down at one of their new booths and the booth seats moved all over the place and the table was wobbly. I hate wobbly tables in a restaurant. Food was the same Chick-fil-A, but they were out of their Chicken Noodle Soup, which sucked because it was a perfect night for it and the service was slow (and they weren't busy). Anyway, it's Chick-fil-A and I can always go through the drive thru when I need my fix, which is not as strong as it used to be. I will say that out of all the Chick-fil-A's I've been to and that's a lot, this was the worst one, which is surprising since it's brand new. A note to management - if you have a playground, please make sure the kids are there running around and not running around all of our tables screaming since the parents won't take care of it. So today I stopped by to grab a 'quick' sandwich while I was out running errands. I had the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich and it was pretty good. The chicken was hot, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The lettuce, tomato, pickles and cheese plus some of the honey mustard sauce made it pretty yummy. So why am I rating this business a '2' if the food was decent? Is it because by the time I realized the drive-thru line was barely moving, I couldn't get out of line? Is it because it took 25 minutes from the time I got in line to the time I got my food? NO, to both of these. I generally know better than to do Chick-Fil-A during the noon hour and/or on Fridays (why I deviated, I do not know). The reason I am giving them a '2' instead of a '4' (or possibly '5') is because when I finally got to the drive-thru menu board and placed my order for a Grilled Chicken Sandwich, I was told that their griller wasn't working so there was no grilled chicken. This is after sitting in line for almost 20 minutes. I am amazed that it occurred to no one working there to let people in the drive-thru line know this - like maybe put out a sign or a staff member at the start of the drive-thru line to let people know. Ironically, what WAS at the start of their drive-thru line was a sign promoting the Grilled Chicken Sandwich! OK, so it wasn't the end of the world that I had to eat something else. And I AM admitting that it was tasty and would not have tried it had it not been for the indisposed 'griller', but someone there forgot about customer service for the masses sitting in that line. I haven't been to many Chick-fil-A over the years. I remember them as a teenager in the malls in the 1980's. They have expanded and have many stand alone locations. Not sure why I haven't become a fan, though. Then this visit reminded me. This is a nice clean place, new. Staff are friendly. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a beverage. Standard price for standard food. The sandwich was nice, good little kick to the spices. The fries jarred my memory. I can remember going back to the few times over the years I visited a Chick-fil-A. The fries are simply not good, not good at all. They are the waffle kind of fries. That alone isn't a problem. They are undercooked. I can't recall one time I've visited a location and thought the fries tasty. Rather meh bland undercooked somewhat raw potatoes. My daughter loves them for that reason. Hey, if that is your thing, go for it. But it isn't mine. I like clean crisp well cooked fries, despite the type of cut. Nice place, decent sandwich, undercooked fries. read more

If I could give a ZERO I would. Ordered 4 combo meals from this location at 12:30 - It is now 1:50 and our DoorDash driver has been waiting for our food at the restaurant. I order through doordash all the time - Full service restaurants that have prepared food MUCH faster. If you do not want to use this service for delivery then do not offer it. This is TERRIBLE and of course when you call you cant get a human on the phone. If you can breeze people through your drive through in droves I cant imagine that you cant prep 4 combo meals for basically customer carryout in a timely fashion. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT read more
