I have been to this particular Chick-fil-A twice in the last couple of weeks and both times the service was good, the main meal was good, but both times the french fries were old, greasy and gross! read more

Love this company. Love this location. Staff is always awesome. Rewards from the app has me coming back a lot!

If I could give a ZERO I would. Ordered 4 combo meals from this location at 12:30 - It is now 1:50 and our DoorDash driver has been waiting for our food at the restaurant. I order through doordash all the time - Full service restaurants that have prepared food MUCH faster. If you do not want to use this service for delivery then do not offer it. This is TERRIBLE and of course when you call you cant get a human on the phone. If you can breeze people through your drive through in droves I cant imagine that you cant prep 4 combo meals for basically customer carryout in a timely fashion. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT read more

This place is always busy which is great for their business but it seems the busier they get, the more errors they have. It's extremely frustrating that when I come here I feel like I'm being herded like cattle through the drive-thru and they ALWAYS FORGET something. I'm all for efficiency but it doesn't do anyone any good if your process is flawed by not getting the customer their right order and then rushing them off to get out of their line. I have a short lunch break and don't have the time to drive back and wait for them to make it right. Call me unlucky but they need to slow down just a bit and start actually treating their patrons with a little more respect vs a number to get them in and out of their drive-thru. Also, being asked by 4 different kids while I'm in the drive-thru if my order has been taken tells me they're running around with little to no direction and there's no sense of awareness. read more

This place was great like most all other Chick Fil A restaurants. However I wanted to post a review for this particular location because one of your servers Penney did an exceptional job being attentive and courteous in helping me get my order which was running late. I was very appreciative of her help and this top notch level of customer service is just another reason why I'm a loyal Chick Fil A customer! read more

Yeah. No. I asked for fries well done, I get to the window, and she says sorry, I forgot. I asked for a side salad with extra dressing, and she only gave me one. I paid $9 for what? A meal and side salad? Oh, and my sprite is flat, and the cashier snatched the money out my hand. I rather waste my time and McDonald's. read more

How could anyone ever write anything negative about this place?? I mean really, have you had a chicken sandwich before?? Chick-fil-a usually has pretty friendly staff, but the staff at this location are just the BEST!! They are so sweet and always seem so genuine. Even if they are busy, they still focus on the current guest they are assisting and never seem bothered. Love them! read more

Finally!!..a Chick-fila in Keller. What a great spot and I know my family and I will be visiting here a ton. Who can say no to a Oreo cookie shake??? read more

This Chick-fil-A is a good one. But the mobile app is lousy. Went from 11 items to 4 finally, but trying to get it correct before sending took over 30 minutes. Still wound up not what I really wanted. Went on the app to give feedback and it pushed me to a website and didn't even keep my store or account. That's why I'm posting to yelp. Don't think they really want to listen ... read more

I am a former employee (from the chic Fil a she owned in California) and let me tell you, she runs a tight ship! Freshest chicken you'll find and all very well prepared. read more

really slow service- but they did not top off my expensive large caramel macchiato coffee!!!

We love this Chick-fil-a location!!! We come here quite often and have the same experience every time - delicious food and the most gracious employees! They always get our order completed perfectly and are so sweet to my kids. Couldn't ask for more! Thank you for a job well done on a very consistent basis! read more

Always fast and friendly service. Clean restaurant and play area for kids. Rita in the dining area is like your own personal helper, she will get you anything you need and is always so positive and friendly. Always happy with my local Chikfila!! read more

This may be the worst chick Fil a i have ever been too. Sadly the closest to our house, we gave it a few chances. Our orders were wrong on EVERY visit. The food was not fresh at all either. We contacted the care line and got a generic letter. TERRRRIBLE service and really bad food. We are chick fil a regulars but I will never go to this location again. read more

Food was good and what we expected. Service on the other hand was poor compared to other CFA we have been to. Manager was rude to an older couple sitting next to us. My husband went to get drink refills and the manager was very short a snippy with him. Won't be coming back to this CFA. I have never hear or seen any CFA employees rude or snippy. Sad to see since CFA is a faith based company. read more

First things first I'm giving 1 star just to leave a review. I give this place a negative rating if I could. I went there today June 29th, around 5 pm. My mom asked me to go get her a salad. My total was $24.16 and when I paid for 2 salads, a cup of soup & a large Diet Coke I gave the girl $30. She gave me change and said have a good day, it then slipped my mind she only gave me about 45cents back. I couldn't go back so I was just going to take it up with the girl at the window. When I got up there it was a blonde girl with glasses and a sassy attitude. I explained to her I didn't get all of my change back and she called over a manager. She was short and brunette. They seemed annoyed with me taking up time. I then heard the blonde girl whisper "she's lying" and the manager agreed with her. I was BAFFLED at their attitude towards a paying customer. I had no way to show I wasn't lying but if you know me you know I would NEVER cheat a business out of money. Since my family owns a business. I was hurt that they would think I was lying about not getting correct change back. I was so mad that I just said don't worry about it and they both rolled their eyes and I drove away. It was just about $5 and I didn't care about the &. But it was my moms money that she gave to me, not mine. These two women were so rude and unprofessional. I've actually had numerous experiences of the staff sassing me & people I know. I would stay AWAY from this location. Poor people skills & bad customer service. This wasn't a very "my pleasure" experience. Lol. I will be going to the 377 location! 10/10 recommend them. read more

Drive thru line is horribly slow in the mornings. There are better options for breakfast.

The staff seemed confused. My order wasn't necessarily rocket science. I was promised a hug for there being an egg shortage. Other than that, the toilet seats are comfy af. read more

I went here Friday night and I got a medium fry and a small chicken noodle soup. I got home with my food and my soup was basically just broth (granted they closed in about 30 minutes) and my fries were cold and very old. This chick fil a used to be super good but now i'm just disappointed and I try to stay away from here. Super sad. read more

I visited this Chick fil A last Friday, February 2, right before the lunch rush started. I was actually the first person in line at about 11:55am. I placed my order which was an 8pc nugget and salad combo, then found a seat in the dining area. (Side note- I am also 8 months pregnant) I waited about 10 minutes and had not received my meal so I decided to switch tables thinking maybe the associate delivering my meal was not able to find me. I noticed that there was a pickup counter with a line of people who had ordered behind me, picking up thier food already so I figured I must have forgotten to pick up my food assuming it would be brought to my table. I walked up to the counter to pick up my food and the manager on duty- Shawn- looked right at me wihtout even asking what I needed and said "We are really behind right now so I am going to need you to be patient"...I had not even said a word yet! I was in shock.Several customers standing at the counter heard and their mouths dropped open. One man even apologized on the managers behalf and offered me his meal acknowledging that I am pregnant and stated "that is no way to talk to a pregnant woman". I stood there waiting for another few minutes before Shawn brought me my food even though I could see my order sitting on the counter. He didn't apologize, didn't even look me in the face when he finally gave me my order. I have NEVER received bad service at ANY Chick fil A so this was quite disheartening, especially since this man is a manager. I will not be returning to this location in the future. read more

Worst Chick fil a that I've ever been to. Service is SLOW!! Food items are tiny portions compared to other local locations!! Employees seem miserable working there! Drive thru is extremely SLOW and employees are not consistent in rotating lines to keep lines flowing for more efficiency! Hope you pick the line that's actually moving. Lastly, they give you your drink with the straw partially unwrapped and already in the cup, yet they claim they didn't touch the actual straw?!? Surely, that's some health code violation!! Gross!!! read more

Chick-fil-a always seems to have good service, but was especially pleased at this location. Food was fast, delicious, and served with a smile. Good experience. read more

This happens to many times! We always up size our fries at Chick fil A. And every time we get home our large order of fries are never full. They gives us enough fries for a small to med size. Why do I pay for a large when it's never a large. we have to start checking our fries every time. And my driving to this location bc it's the nearest is to far. From Hwy 170 to 1709 is far. Ugh pls tell ur employees to look at each order. Thank you read more

Staff is always excellent at CFAs, this location is exceptional though! I forgot my wallet in the car and they insisted the food was on the house instead of letting me go and get it...what?!? 3 moms, 6 little boys, a spilled drink and more fries on the floor than I'd like to admit and yet they were beyond friendly, attentive, helpful and understanding. Thanks for making our day CFA! read more

Drive thru time is unacceptably long. Food is consistent and good but wait time is the killer.

So far I havent been disappointed, the food comes out pretty fresh and timely.

This location is pretty good compared to the others in the area. The service is always fast and friendly. I have never once had a problem with my food. They also have the best lemonade I have ever had from any chick fil a. They also have a very clean playground! read more

My favorite Chick-fil-A in NE Tarrant County. I have never had a bad experience at this location, they are always fast and accurate. The staff is so friendly and a pleasure to interact with. The food is always piping hot day or night and the service is superb to any other location (other than North Tarrant and Davis). North Tarrant and Davis has customer service down to a science; this location is not far off though. I visit this location more frequently then the location I used to work at. read more

Service is not typical of a Chick-Fil-A. Every time we have come -and we come 2-3x a week- no one comes around to check on us, but happy to sweep up right in front of us when we are eating. Not to mention they frequently get my order wrong, takes long time for staff to acknowledge you, they are standing around not paying attention, and dirty tables. This location also doesn't do any kids eat free nights, free ice cream nights or other perks for the kids that they enjoy and look forward to. We were so excited to close to a Chick-Fil-A---Very disappointed it is not a better one. read more

The typical great food and service for Chick-fil-A along with being very clean even during high traffic times. Plus a fun play place for kids. read more

Food is good. Service is not good. They seem to be disorganized. Make sure you have plenty of time.

I am not a fan of fast food and can't really remember the last time I was inside a fast food restaurant. I guess I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly and could answer questions about the menu. The place seemed pretty clean. The salads were good (especially considering it's fast food) and the lemonade was amazing. I am giving this 5 stars not because it's my favorite place to eat, but because I figure, if you're considering a fast food meal, then within that category this is a good pick. read more

I forgot my money at home and I was in a big hurry I felt really bad and embarrassed in my self.. Anyways they helped me out and the managers were super respectful I couldn't be more thankful for the service and they should be proud to work for this company. I wish their was a way for them to get rewarded for such awesome service read more

I've never been to a bad CFA... until I went to this one. Their employees aren't the friendly staff that we've all come to know and love. Here, they are rude and hard to talk to. Our order is wrong most of the time, and when it isn't, it's not the best. Very sad. read more

My family loves this location. We have eaten at many Chik-Fil-A locations nationwide, and this one is by far the best. Always clean with fully stocked condiments, to include those baby placemats and wipes. An employee will always help to set up when we have our infant with us. The play area is well maintained and clean. Love the 30 count tenders as a family pack. Can't say enough good things about this location. read more

Terrible Service! Next time you go through the drive thru, make sure you check your order before leaving. I don't normally complain but after the third time my order was either wrong or missing an item I have to say something! read more

I wish there were a half a star. This location of Chick-fil-A is just awful. They make far most mistakes than the average fast food restaurant. Yes. They are busy but they also just don't care.
