This place is always busy which is great for their business but it seems the busier they get, the more errors they have. It's extremely frustrating that when I come here I feel like I'm being herded like cattle through the drive-thru and they ALWAYS FORGET something. I'm all for efficiency but it doesn't do anyone any good if your process is flawed by not getting the customer their right order and then rushing them off to get out of their line. I have a short lunch break and don't have the time to drive back and wait for them to make it right. Call me unlucky but they need to slow down just a bit and start actually treating their patrons with a little more respect vs a number to get them in and out of their drive-thru. Food was good and what we expected. Service on the other hand was poor compared to other CFA we have been to. Manager was rude to an older couple sitting next to us. My husband went to get drink refills and the manager was very short a snippy with him. Won't be coming back to this CFA. I have never hear or seen any CFA employees rude or snippy. First things first I'm giving 1 star just to leave a review. I give this place a negative rating if I could. I went there today June 29th, around 5 pm. My mom asked me to go get her a salad. My total was $24.16 and when I paid for 2 salads, a cup of soup & a large Diet Coke I gave the girl $30. She gave me change and said have a good day, it then slipped my mind she only gave me about 45cents back. I couldn't go back so I was just going to take it up with the girl at the window. When I got up there it was a blonde girl with glasses and a sassy attitude. I explained to her I didn't get all of my change back and she called over a manager. She was short and brunette. They seemed annoyed with me taking up time. I then heard the blonde girl whisper "she's lying" and the manager agreed with her. I was BAFFLED at their attitude towards a paying customer. I had no way to show I wasn't lying but if you know me you know I would NEVER cheat a business out of money. Since my family owns a business. I was hurt that they would think I was lying about not getting correct change back. I was so mad that I just said don't worry about it and they both rolled their eyes and I drove away. It was just about $5 and I didn't care about the &. But it was my moms money that she gave to me, not mine. These two women were so rude and unprofessional. I've actually had numerous experiences of the staff sassing me & people I know. I would stay AWAY from this location. Poor people skills & bad customer service. I went here Friday night and I got a medium fry and a small chicken noodle soup. I got home with my food and my soup was basically just broth (granted they closed in about 30 minutes) and my fries were cold and very old. This chick fil a used to be super good but now i'm just disappointed and I try to stay away from here. Super sad. read more

I visited this Chick fil A last Friday, February 2, right before the lunch rush started. I was actually the first person in line at about 11:55am. I placed my order which was an 8pc nugget and salad combo, then found a seat in the dining area. (Side note- I am also 8 months pregnant) I waited about 10 minutes and had not received my meal so I decided to switch tables thinking maybe the associate delivering my meal was not able to find me. I noticed that there was a pickup counter with a line of people who had ordered behind me, picking up thier food already so I figured I must have forgotten to pick up my food assuming it would be brought to my table. I walked up to the counter to pick up my food and the manager on duty- Shawn- looked right at me wihtout even asking what I needed and said "We are really behind right now so I am going to need you to be patient"...I had not even said a word yet! I was in shock.Several customers standing at the counter heard and their mouths dropped open. One man even apologized on the managers behalf and offered me his meal acknowledging that I am pregnant and stated "that is no way to talk to a pregnant woman". I stood there waiting for another few minutes before Shawn brought me my food even though I could see my order sitting on the counter. He didn't apologize, didn't even look me in the face when he finally gave me my order. I have NEVER received bad service at ANY Chick fil A so this was quite disheartening, especially since this man is a manager. I will not be returning to this location in the future. read more

This happens to many times! We always up size our fries at Chick fil A. And every time we get home our large order of fries are never full. They gives us enough fries for a small to med size. Why do I pay for a large when it's never a large. we have to start checking our fries every time. And my driving to this location bc it's the nearest is to far. From Hwy 170 to 1709 is far. I love Chick-Fil-A and was super stoked to have one open so close to home. They had the usual blurbs to deal with when they first opened, but things seem good now. The customer service is good. The food is delicious! My fave is the market salad and hubby loves the grilled chicken nuggets. The restaurant itself is clean and inviting. The only thing I don't like about this location is the parking. Not much thought went into its design. But overall, good stuff. read more

Worst Chick fil a that I've ever been to. Service is SLOW!! Food items are tiny portions compared to other local locations!! Employees seem miserable working there! Drive thru is extremely SLOW and employees are not consistent in rotating lines to keep lines flowing for more efficiency! Hope you pick the line that's actually moving. Lastly, they give you your drink with the straw partially unwrapped and already in the cup, yet they claim they didn't touch the actual straw?!? Surely, that's some health code violation!! My favorite Chick-fil-A in NE Tarrant County. I have never had a bad experience at this location, they are always fast and accurate. The staff is so friendly and a pleasure to interact with. The food is always piping hot day or night and the service is superb to any other location (other than North Tarrant and Davis). North Tarrant and Davis has customer service down to a science; this location is not far off though. I visit this location more frequently then the location I used to work at. read more

Service is not typical of a Chick-Fil-A. Every time we have come -and we come 2-3x a week- no one comes around to check on us, but happy to sweep up right in front of us when we are eating. Not to mention they frequently get my order wrong, takes long time for staff to acknowledge you, they are standing around not paying attention, and dirty tables. This location also doesn't do any kids eat free nights, free ice cream nights or other perks for the kids that they enjoy and look forward to. My family loves this location. We have eaten at many Chik-Fil-A locations nationwide, and this one is by far the best. Always clean with fully stocked condiments, to include those baby placemats and wipes. An employee will always help to set up when we have our infant with us. I am not a fan of fast food and can't really remember the last time I was inside a fast food restaurant. I guess I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly and could answer questions about the menu. The place seemed pretty clean. The salads were good (especially considering it's fast food) and the lemonade was amazing.
