The employees were attentive when I walked in, they greeted me, and seemed eager to take my order and as soon as my order was prepared I was notified. It took 10 minutes to prepare my food and that was an excellent wait. While I waited for my food several others came and ordered and I could tell this restaurant does brisk business. With a line of people behind me, I searched and searched while the window agent just stared, utterly indifferent. It struck me how absurd it was to spend my money at an establishment so unwilling to offer a simple courtesy drink while I fumbled for change. They preferred to inconvenience waiting customers and let me grow frustrated over a measly $0.25 rather than say, "Ma'am, as a courtesy, we'll offer you a small cup of water this time." I spend $50.00 to $70.00 here most weeks. Yet they couldn't offer a small courtesy water. I asked for my money back, deciding I no longer wanted to support them. The manager walked up and snarkily responded, "Do you THINK we're just going to GIVE YOU WATER?" His tone was particularly nasty. THIS ESTABLISHMENT WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME. EVER. Everything else was ok. Nothing that I had that "gotta go back for more" feeling (except the chicken). There were so many offerings, and they have Pepsi products.
