Most inefficient Chick fil A I've been to. 2 lines feed into one, so it doesn't help to order ahead only to sit in line. Especially frustrating when orders in front of you aren't ready and the entire line is held up. Would be more efficient if those vehicles were pulled to the side to wait on their orders. Staff is courteous and apologetic to each vehicle. Management needs to address drive thru protocol. read more

Don't go to this location if you want to eat. Waited in a line for twenty minutes and never got to the register. The twenty people waiting to get their food we to rowdy arguing with employees on why no food was being handed out after such a long wait. The staff was confused and just staring. Stopped for food while driving from Dallas to Mobile. Placed order in drive thru 6pm on a Friday night. 2 12pc nuggets, chicken sandwich, bowl of chicken noodle soup, peach shake, and 2 large fries. Made it to drive thru window, pay, get shake. Wait 5+ minutes, then told there's no mac&cheez. Accepted 2 med fries as a replacement. Pulled in a parking spot to get setup before driving again. Chicken sandwich was not in bag. Had to go back in for it. Get on the road, and there's a giant random batter chunk sticking out of the sandwich bun, Start eating soup, THERE'S A 6+ INCH BLONDE HAIR IN THE SOUP. read more

Customer service was completely bullshit. The drive-through completely was discombobulated and the employees had no clue what the fuck they were doing. county line rd is horrible.. went through drive through today and had to repeat my order 2-3 times i asked for 3 sugars and 1 half and half i was in line almost ten minutes.. got to window and was handed my coffee with a half and half sitting on top. i assumed my sugar had been added or was in the bag....not i received no sugar / i ordered a sausage hash brown bowl which was not hardly half full. this site has gone down very bad. mr perdue needs to revamp and from what ive seen of other reviews or close. read more

Among the worst managed fast-food restaurants in the area. In contrast with how a Chick-Fil-A usually runs? This one is horribly off track. I've sent complaint after complaint... It never improves. Never once have I seen the proprietor there, actively participating in the chaos. When we go at night (most often) there usually isn't an obvious figure of authority which leaves room for teens to be teens (goofing off versus serving customers appropriately). The food is usually off temperature and if I'm not mistaken they're supposed to dump food that's not the right temp? I've seen McDonald's locations run more efficiently and that's just sad. read more

It pains me to get at Chick-fil-A two stars, this was definitely not Best experience I've had at a Chick-fil-A. I will say this however the wait time was very minimal. The team member that took my order in the drive-through was very friendly and prompt. When I got to the window they quickly gave me most of my food. After moment another team member must have noticed I was wondering about the remainder of my order when she mentioned they were waiting for bagels. I appreciated her letting me know and she was pretty friendly, but not over-the-top nice like they usually are. They asked me to pull forward and wait in the front of the store which I had no problem with. When I got my food, the quality that typically comes with the Chick-fil-A brand was not there. My bagel was burnt and tasted like it had been sitting for a while, it was cold and tough. You made me wonder why I waited for bagels when this clearly was not fresh. The tater tot's tasting very old as well :( Like I said, this is not my typical A+ experience that I usually have at Chick-fil-A restaurants, so maybe there was other factors at play. Their soooooo slow compared to other Chick-fil-A's and if there was a better one closer I'd go, their still better than other Fast Food places, but not anywhere near the standards of Chick-fil-A. I wish I could give it zero. I used to manage a Chik fil a on the gulf coast. Because of that I can tell you that this one is aweful. If I could I would never use it but county line is a 20 minute trip excluding wait time. 1. The breading is not changed regularly throughout the day the way it should be. So either their manager stinks or the Operator has them do it less often than Chik Fil A recommends, in order to try to save money and win a truck every year for being a multi million dollar sales store. 2. Service is painfully slow and orders are often filled incorrectly. Once again, bad manager or bad Operator or both. 3. Nothing is ever fresh. They do a terrible job of cooking only what they need which results in things like my sandwich tonight that had been under the lamp at least 45 min, and was overdone and breaded in old breading both. 4. I have yet to ever get nuggets that weren't over cooked and made with stale breading. I haven't listed one single thing that can't be corrected by simply having the Operator onsite regularly. Likely he is busy either trying to open more stores so he can make more money, or he is off vacationing with the millions he is already making. read more

While I get COVID has everything in disarray, I've been to other CFA's and still had quality service during all of this. I went here where they had basically three lines and 2 people working them. The workers didn't have a set line to be in. Several cars behind me got to order way before I did after already waiting 30-45 minutes in line. It took my whole lunch break and then some to get through this. Definitely spend the extra however many minutes and go to Flowood or Madison. read more

Don't order the scrambled eggs. About a year ago, I went to this Chick-fil-A for breakfast and ordered a breakfast I'd had before-albeit maybe three years ago-which is an order of scrambled eggs and a biscuit. I was very disappointed. The scrambled eggs had a bad smell and I did not eat them. And complained to the manager. This morning, I tried again. (I mean it's been a year.) Same, nauseating smell. I could not believe it. Maybe there is something wrong with my nose. Well, I'm trusting my nose and it tells me to tell you, "don't go to this Chick-fil-A and order scrambled eggs." Even with the two lines the service was fast. The only critique would be it should BECOME impossible for both guests to complete their order at the same time. That happened on my last visit and we both we told to get behind the same car. That ended up confusing us as customers (guests) and the cashiers when it's time to pay and receive the meal. read more

This is one of the most efficient, friendly restaurants around. I really, rarely ever even think of giving fast food places more than 3 stars, but dang if I can find a fault here. They can move legions of people through this place in record time. The food has almost always been just right. I generally come here about every other month and bring my kids. The employees bring my food out to me, bring drink refills, etc. They are super nice. There is almost always someone sweeping, moping, and wiping down tables. read more
