Poor attitudes towards customers, workers act like they hate their jobs and how they're treated. Chicken was overcooked, dry. Biscuit was dry and hard, like it was leftover. The worst Chikfila I've been to. Dirty seating area and sauce on the floors, trash cans overflowing and unmaintained. Tables not clean or wiped down. They did have one pack of Wipes sitting out so I wiped down our table with those. Placed a mobile order for dine-in on the app. It took nearly 30 minutes to get our food, and keep our toddler entertained. There were so many people that gathered to wait for their food after we arrived it was a challenge to walk around the seating area with him. Living in the waterfront, we stopped here for breakfast this morning. A family member told us, that they really like the breakfast on the weekends. I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to chick fil a. 1) my food was amazing (not just bc I was starving). I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich with a side salad. 2) we ordered a kids meal for my daughter. A decent amount of food plus she got milk with it which was great. 3) I liked how they brought the food out to you. It was super quick. 4) It was actually clean for a fast food restaurant 5) there is a kids play space. Its small but does the job. They have hand wipes available for when the kids are done playing. Being a Chick Fil A Veteran, (all the way back in college..yikes) I can't get enough of this place. With the exception of a few kitchens, they all seem to be perfect. I am fortunate enough to work directly across the parking lot from this CFA. I frequently hit the long line for my fix on my lunch hour. (Number one, no pickles, diet lemonade...perfection.) One day, to my embarrassment, I forgot my debit card, and couldn't find it anywhere! Fortunately, the amazing girl behind the counter just said, I'll take care of it. WHAT?! Real life. I've never had that happen to me before! I wish she would have had a nametag on, so she could get the shout out she deserves. I usually eat here for breakfast twice a week and get the chicken mini's and chicken biscut. Both are excellent but the mini's are incredible. Try the mini's with polynesion sauce. 'll even get the chicken salad as well for lunch or dinner. The staff are always super nice, respectful and even though the majority of times there are 2 lanes of vehicles... like 20 deep in vehicles, wait times are around 12-14 minutes. Hey McDonald's owner & manager at kennywood location... take note on how they do business here, how they treat people, how clean the store is inside or out.... and with much faster service to boot. read more

One thing I like the most about chick fil a is their food is always hot. My chicken sandwich was so juicy I don't know how they do it. I also love their waffle fries. It's not super expensive but more expensive than other fast food. However it is worth it. I witnessed a fight in front of Chick-fil-A. Two customers driving cars accused of each other blocked their ways and things got heated. Then just right the fight was over, a guy driving by asked me to roll off my window and said, "This is America, and you cannot drive like this." (I cannot this is 2022 and still there are people saying some BS like this.) I was appalled and said, "we just made order in this lane and waiting to get our food." He replied, "but you cannot drive like this and this is two lane street. Welcome to America." (Wow, I cannot believe he just said it again) I was so shook and said, "but I live here." Then he said, "well, then YOU PEOPLE just drive like you don't live here." Again, I was speechless. First, we did not block the street! There was a fight blocking the entrance and I believe he saw that if he's not blind. But he was trying to blame on us. Second, Chick-fil-A is designed to have two lanes making orders. I, like everyone else, LOVE Chick-fil-A! This location at the waterfront is the one I frequent most. I always thought they did a great job and their employees are no exception to the typical CFA experience. I have also been so impressed with how they have continued to handle COVID restrictions and make the experience very safe. They have 16 mobile order parking spots which is always my preference! You pull in, order, and within minutes, your food is being safely delivered by a masked employee. I appreciate all they are doing to keep us safe while still having a smile on their face! read more

This location is okay. It's always super busy, but the staff is usually really nice and efficient, whether you're there during busy lunch hours or stopping in for a random bite while in the area shopping. There's really nothing to complain about...except that it's a greasy fast food joint, with greasy salt-laden food that makes me happy while I'm eating it, and immediately feel blah about 5 minutes later. Usually fast chain restaurants don't really have good salads but the Spicy Southwestern salad isn't that bad! My favorites include the Spicy chicken sandwich ( with the chick fil a sauce of course!), the grilled chicken sandwich, and the lemonade! You can't forge the cookie which you get for FREE on your birthday! Using the mobile app has been helpful with quicker orders. You also build up points which help with more rewards! read more

I always tried to boycott this place because of the political views of the president of the company. They are against gay marriage, which I think should be a right for everyone. Anyways, I guess I halted the boycott for tonight because I went there and ordered a spicey chicken sandwhich. It was really good. Have to give this Chick Fil A credit for livliness. Large Birthday party tonight with lots of balloons everywhere. Lots of friendly employees. I was surprised at all the customers after 8PM and they had lots of workers to handle the crowd. Tuesday nights they have free sundaes for kids. They also have a promotion that if you like them on facebook and wear a $5 Chick Fil A tee shirt they will have monthly giveaways. You basically can't go wrong with Chick-Fil-A and this location doesn't disappoint. I've visited several times and have been pleased with each and every visit. The first time I visited I was with my toddlers for a family night. They had a table set up on the side of the restaurant with a fun craft. In addition to the fun (and free!) craft, they also had a sundae bar and balloons for the kids. It was nice to have an evening out with a fun activity without breaking the bank. Chick-fil-a employees are always pleasant and accommodating. I absolutely love the fact that they will assist you with getting high chairs to a table or with getting food to your table if your hands are full with trying to wrangle kids. Sometimes even family friendly sit down restaurants aren't that accommodating. A meal might cost you more than other fast food chains (mostly because they don't have a dollar/value menu like some places have) but the quality far surpasses any other chain which makes the prices worth it. Food is always fresh and tasty. But if for some reason you have an issue with your order, the staff is always quick to rectify the situation. I've never had an issue with my food, it's always been made properly with no errors. They are always friendly and polite. Usually they are quick and efficient. There have been times I've gone here where there were a dozen cars in front of me and the wait was still less than 10 minutes. This last time I was there was quite different. There weren't any cars in front of me in the drive thru. I ordered quickly, then sat for almost 10 minutes outside of the cashiers window waiting for my order. I would have understood if they were understaffed or something, but as I looked through the window I saw about 6 people standing around talking while 2 other employees did all of the work. With about an hour to spare before boarding time, I decided to stop by here while on my way to my gate. I'm glad I did, as this location was consistent in quality with other ones I've been to! This is a good spot for grabbing a quick meal on the way to the gates. The lines didn't take a long time, and neither did waiting for the food. The cashiers were efficient and helpful, which was great! I got a regular meal with a chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and sweet tea. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but she had a crappy attitude, when I handed her my card I said oh I have rewards too. She just said oh to late already ran your card.
