Taco Bell is one of those places I randomly crave and usually enjoy for a quick, guilty pleasure meal. This visit, though, was a little disappointing. First off, my taco shell was already pretty broken when I opened it, which made it messy to eat right from the start. I can deal with a crack here and there, but this one was basically split. Then I found a small odd brown piece inside the taco that definitely did not look like it belonged there. I am not exactly sure what it was, but it threw me off and made me hesitant to keep eating it. That part was honestly the biggest letdown. I know fast food can be hit or miss and I am not expecting perfection, but quality control matters. I still get random Taco Bell cravings and will probably be back at some point, but I hope they pay a little closer attention to what is going out the door. read more

I honestly don't know what to say about this restaurant. The last time I went here, IIRC, they shut down drive-thru so I had to go inside to pick up my order. When I got inside, I could see there were only two employees back there. I cut them some slack because I know what it's like to try to run a whole store with only two people. The delivery orders were wrong, the people waiting were getting upset, and the poor employees were running ragged. I felt so bad for them. Tonight, my partner really want Taco Bell. I ordered from here, like I normally do, via the Taco Bell app at 7:45ish. It took them 2 hours from start to delivery, and when it arrived, it was wrong and cold. Got off a shift at work with no breaks. Was so hungry that i ran through the drive through. Not the first time i have had a weird experience here in the 2 years that i have lived in the area. Menu says whats available and the person working drive through says "we don't have that anymore" cost 12 dollars for a taco and quesadilla since, well you can't order off what is supposed to be available. The crew sounds like they are having a party inside while u wait for them to be rude or incoherent and silently shove your meal out of the window. One time the drive through lady even ordered me to back up in the drive through to wait for my order then slung her hand out the window like i was supposed to under stand that i was supposed to pull back up to the same spot i was already in. Very confusing and annoying. I only give it one star because I can't go lower. This is not from a one-time visit. I do Uber eats and Doordash. This place is a horror show concerning customer service. To pick up an order, the order was supposed to be picked up at 7:05 pm. The wait in this Taco Bell is always extremely too long, the manager was video chatting with her friend while large groups of people were waiting for their food, we really didn't need to know her plans for after work activities, two other workers just stood around doing nothing I made a video but I can't find a way to upload it. I waited till 7:45 pm before I just gave in and talked to a worker, I explained at that time that I was in the restaurant for over 45 minutes. He ignored me. So I sat ten minutes more before I contacted the delivery service. Here, a bit more fun for those reading this, the delivery service wanted me to stay longer and wait for the order by that time only me and another guy was waiting. I successfully completed the cancelation of the order, picked up another order, drove past the Taco bell and the other guy was still waiting. I went here late night after moving into my new house When I pulled up I was asked to drive back around because the car behind me food was done before mine "I guess" so I drove around so that the car can go before me. These workers still messed up my whole order. They forgot my chicken burrito that was $5 and some change then my $11 taco supreme literally had a spoon full of meat in the center of the taco with no sour cream or tomato. So I paid $11 for WHAT? Not the cleanest store I've been in. Nor the quickest. Staff was friendly though. Food was accurate. Wait time indicated 5-8 minutes. We waited 25 minutes. Definitely understaffed. Also, we got all the way home STARVING, and not only did they not add the extra jalapeños, but they also gave him steak rather than beef (which is more expensive, I'm sure, but he didn't want steak!) idk. Understaffed or not, I feel like being able to read a screen is like, necessary to be able to perform the job, and for some reason they just can't ever get it right. Sad. read more

Actually one of the best taco bells I've ever been to. I always order a ridiculous amount of sauces and they always deliver, the food is always incredible by taco bell standards, and the staff are very polite and nonjudgemental (for which I am eternally grateful). Yeah there's a line sometimes but you'll get that at every good fast food place, especially one close to so many universities. No one's to blame for that but us customers. Stopped in and grabbed myself food while doordashing. It took them 20 minutes to make my order incorrectly when there was no one else that ordered food in the store. My burrito was made into a bowl? Then when I told them that it was wrong and asked for my correct food, they made it incorrectly again but I didn't notice until after I left. I paid an extra $3 in customization that was correctly put into the bowl, but not when they remade it into the burrito. So I didn't get the food I paid for. I used to work at taco bell, and I have had my bad days and forgot something. However this is actually ridiculous. I ordered through door dash, the person picking up my order waited for 45 minutes. I also didn't get my grilled cheese burrito, which is the whole reason I ordered, or my drinks. Last time I ordered they messed up my order as well, I ordered potato tacos, but they must have been out of potatoes so instead of canceling my order or calling me they just put nacho chips on the tacos, which is really weird. Do not come to this location. Will take forever. Easily takes 4-5 times longer than any other Taco Bell I've ever been to, even when they aren't busy. It would be worth your time to drive 30 min to a different Taco Bell or go somewhere else completely. We then waited 15 minutes and when approaching the manager about the order we received a horrible attitude. I go to this Taco Bell location quite frequently. At least 2x a week to grab a quick lunch I always ask them to change any meat to beans (vegetarian) and they are happy to do so.
