Disappointing manager and order taker combo.

When it comes to customer service, this place is unlike most Chick-fil-A's and it gets a "D" at best. Went through the drive-thru Wednesday for some Chick-n-minis. Started off unlike the typical Chick-fil-A when I asked my drive through order taker - Mary how she was doing today which garnered crickets from her. Ordered two 10 piece minis and a large hash brown. My order was brought out to me with two cars ahead still so I grabbed my order and got out of line. Never had to check Chick-fil-A orders in the past, so I wasn't concerned. Got home and discovered that I only had one 10 piece and a large hash brown and not the two 10 pieces I had ordered. To be fair, they only charged me for one 10 piece and the hash browns, but a 10 piece mini does not feed four adults. I called the store to share my disappointment and spoke to Josh who said he was a manager. After explaining the situation to Josh, he apologized and asked if I needed anything else. I guess not. I get it they can't deliver food, but be sincere in your concern. A $2 off coupon to make up for Mary's lack of customer service and her mistake would have been nice. Big fail in my opinion.

I usually enjoy Chickfila, but it appears that someone did not have the decency or the brain to watch the fryer while it cooked because it was overdone and burnt. Dissappointed.

Confession... I'm addicted to the holy chicken. There, I said it, but this particular location has never disappointed me. I've always have a great experience, accurate orders, delicious freshand their manager always surprises me with rewards in my app. This last time I came with my kiddos as I thought the playground was open but unfortunately it's not (sad face). I really hope they open it soon because parents need it. The staff was great and they gave my kids those cute little cow stuff toy. They have nice fresh flowers on their tables and they keep their place pretty clean. Their drive-thru is very packed but they are very quick and it moves fast. They also offer the option to pickup inside or they will bring it to your car (depending on weather). The only thing I don't like is the in and out of the shopping mall they are at. It can get very crowded and difficult to come in or out but that hasn't stopped me or anyone else seems like, so come on and get on the cows side "eat more chicken"...

Definitely a go to whenever in the Hermitage area. Waffles Fries are always amazing and the original chicken sandwich will never upset. This location has recently done some renovation and it now has an open seating, which includes a community table! Staff is great and as always, friendly.

This Chick Fil A is now one of my favorites. I went there for lunch today and the gentleman taking my order was extremely kind and polite, and when I mentioned I was newer to the area he told me he had a list of places for me to check out. I got my food and ate it, and it hit the spot as Chick Fil A always does! So delicious and fresh. After I finished, the same gentleman came and sat with me with a list of his favorite area restaurants and explained what each was. What great service-I will be returning there! read more

You guys KILL ME. If someone says "no blue cheese on a salad", it doesn't mean substitute it for cheddar cheese. I MEANS NO CHEESE. Waste of my time and money. Some people can't eat dairy. read more

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich from here with no pickles and they gave me my order completely wrong . My dasher was great but I received a regular sandwich... with pickles included. They couldn't have gotten my order any more wrong. Really upset to be paying almost $20 for something I did not want . I called to let them know and no one answered the phone . read more

Thank God there isn't one of these near my house, else I'd be there everyday. There are Chick-fil-A franchises all over the south - maybe other places too, but this is the one I seem to frequent. I've NEVER had a bad experience once. They've got their business model fined-tuned like a well-oiled machine. There must be something illegal in that fired chicken to make it taste so damned good. I usually just stick to the #1 combo - original fried sandwich plus fries, but the grilled ckn wrap is tasty, and the chicken dippers are great too. Do not miss the LEMONADE!! I consider myself a bit of a lemonade connoisseur and this place has the BEST I've ever tasted in my life! I also love how the company offer college incentinves and hires retirees as greeters. Don't try to go on a Sunday though - they are always closed on Sunday due to the family owners religious affiliations. Of course, that's the day I always seem to be near one... read more

Sitting here on Day 1 of the 12 days of Christmas promotion. The staff is hustling, busy, and yet still friendly, patient, and delivering outstanding effort in what could be more than chaotic. After all, the drive thru is past the parking lot entrance, the door to the store is open from the long lines, but, they are delivering an exceptional experience in spite of the stressful situation. Kudos to Randy and his impressive staff of managers and diligent team!! Great work, food was hot and my meal was accurate down to every detail. Bravo to all!!! read more

This location ALWAYS forgets to give me my full order. They've forgotten a milkshake once and fries many many times. And I don't even go there that much!!! The only thing they offer to make up for THEIR mistake is for ME to drive back to get the item they should have given me in the first place. Half the crew don't seem like they care at all. Very poor representation of Chick-fil-A. read more

Hands down the best Chick Fil A franchise I've visited. When the owner, Randy Akins, is there he always greets me with a smile, as well as his employees. Ben & Richard are the best at customer service, and I'm a 20 yr veteran. Food is almost always perfect for a fast food high volume establishment, I'll say 99.5 % perfect. Love how clean this place is, the staff go over and beyond anywhere else. Keep making those amazing salads consistently and you'll be seeing me 3-5 times a week as you have. Great franchise! The owner and staff are very friendly! Consistent food quality and service. They also frequently offer receipt day where you can get you entire meal free 2-3 weeks later (just keep your receipt). Community minded events and kids days are also very frequent. Had the best experience today going through the Hermitage, TN Chick fil a drive thru! As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted by a person with a tablet ready to take my order (super fast) and as soon as a pulled around the people in front of me in line had come and gone and another person was outside ready to hand me my order. My order was correct, delicious, and my mind has been blown 3x longer than it took for me to go through the drive thru today. That's customer service. read more

Went late at night, staff was EXTREMELY polite and helpful. We did have an extended wait time for some chicken tenders but one of the staff members was on top of it and compensates us for the wait and was very apologetic and polite. Would definitely return! read more

We are Romanoff Renovations, the Flooring service provider for The Home Depot in TN. We recently had an annual meeting of leadership in Nashville and planned a give back event to feed Nashville's homeless and hungry. We decided to purchase 50 box lunches and our team of 8 walked around downtown to help our neighbors in need by providing them with a hot meal from Chick Fi A they were sooo appreciative and the most touching thing happened. More than once they took the meals to someone they knew that needed them more! I want readers to know how generous this chick Fil A was. They nearly matched our purchase with additional boxes and helped double our efforts and feed twice as many. Manager Sandra Hall and owner Randy Atkin are living the give back spirit. This location is by far the best ChickfilA in the Nashville area. The food is always hot and good. If something is wrong with your order, the staff jumps through hoops to correct it. Normally, I wouldn't write a review for a fast food chain, but I just can't help myself. Everyone knows the food is good, and I love that they have Diet Dr. Pepper, but what prompts me to write this review is the phenomenal customer service. Awful service and awful mgmt. Employees could not even get my order right, manager hung up on me when I started to complain. They stole my money as far as I'm concerned... Not very Christian of them... Stealing is against the laws of god but these folks would not know it. Perfect example of poorly run restaurant. Zaxby's will hopefully clean their lunch. I have been a huge fan of chick fil a my whole life. My grandfather used to own two and I worked at one in high school. This chick fil a had the worst nuggets I have ever had. They were burnt and it's almost like they used a different batter. The nuggets were so salty I couldn't even finish them. This is VERY unusual for chick fil a. Hopefully no one else had to pay for the same food I did. Very disappointed. read more

I was hungry for a chicken sandwich. It was lunch time and chick-til-a was crazy packed. I decided to brave the elements and give it a go. I went inside as my work vehicle wouldn't fit through the drive thru. I waited in line for about 5 minutes and finally placed my order. I took my place next to the others waiting for their meals. Within no time I got my order and was on my way. Very surprising given how busy they were. I guess they prepared well for the lunch rush! I had a traditional chicken sandwich and waffle fries with a lemonade. In all honesty I didn't know where to start with my meal. The sandwich was hot and fresh and delicious. The waffle fries are always a favorite of mine, places rarely carry them anymore but I know I can always count on the chicken people!! Then the lemonade.....the freshness!!! It's not your typical fast food lemonade, this stuff is prepared with a dash of awesome. Made my work day great!!! read more

We are from Michigan and the Hermitage location was our first Chick-fil-A experience. We had the fried chicken tenders, chicken sandwich, chicken wrap and waffle fries. All of which were fresh and delicious! The chocolate shake is amazing...get one, you will not be disappointed! Randy Atkins provided stellar service that included sitting down with us to suggest things to do and see during our stay. We could not have had a better overall experience and will definitely make a point to return to this specific establishment when we are back in the area. Just stopped off here for breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Staff came around asking if I wanted a refill of my coffee. I noticed they also were cleaning the counters constantly to make them sparkling clean. It seemed a lot of the staff were retired people and very happy to be there. I just can't give a Chick-Fil-A 5 stars, but this is a wonderful example of what a Chick-Fil-A should be. Food was good, staff were super friendly. I just found out they have a bunch of sauces and they didn't blink once when I asked for all of them to try them all out. 2 different employees came over to refill my sweet tea, which you never expect when you're at a fast food place. I told one sweet old lady working there that I hadn't been before and she wouldn't let me leave without trying their "Ice-dream" for free. read more

I think they are named after an app from Bar Jawn in Manayunk (a Philadelphia neighborhood). Took it to go. It comes with house made chips and I ate those most of the way home. I'm normally not a fan of house made kettle style chips but these were great! Too salty for my husband but just right for me so your mileage may vary. The hot out of the fryer mozzarella and fries did not fare well on the 12 minute drive home but when I got to the house I popped them in the air fryer and they crisped back up to perfection. My husband had the BLT and he said it was delicious. The bacon was a little more crisp than he does it for himself but that's a personal preference thing. The tomatoes and lettuce were very fresh. As a BLT aficionado, he was a fan. The real star here was the cheesesteak. My husband said "this is better than the cheesesteaks I've had in Philadelphia" and he was not wrong. The meat was cooked perfectly, chopped and tender. Seasoned but not so much that the onions couldn't shine. Onions were browned and lightly softened, not soggy. The bread was delicious, soft and soaked in their homemade cheese wiz. Their cheese wiz? A national treasure. The parking lot is small but there were plenty of spots open on a mid-week morning. We were greeted warmly and sat at a booth. Nadeen's feels familiar and comfortable. Our waiter was fantastic the entire time, he was gracious and hardworking. My husband ordered the Southwest Scramble and I had the Farmer's Skillet. Both were delicious but we both agreed that mine was the better of the two. The biscuit was baked perfectly and was so fluffy. The gravy and potatoes were delicious, too. Today I had a server with green hair--she never introduced herself: she's the server with the green hair. This server decided to ignore our table and talk to another table at length about Ireland, Scotland, her fiancé, etc. I had to wait approximately 15 minutes for my drink, which was in part due to the fact that she neglected us. I sat there with my hand raised as if I was in elementary school: the man who cleared away dishes looked at me sympathetically and other servers glanced at her and shook their heads as if this was commonplace for her. When I finally had to audibly say, "Excuse me", she acted as if doing her job was an inconvenience: the eye roll was inappropriate and rude, seeing as how I had to wait for so long. This happened again when we needed sweet tea refills. We were going to order more food to go, but the service made us want to leave: terrible service affects the restaurant's bottom line. I certainly hope this will never happen again and that I can continue to spend money at Darfon's. If not, I don't mind traveling elsewhere.

This chik fil a is the best one I've ever been too the manager Phillip took my order he ear very nice and was greeting everyone. I got my food in record time!!! I downloaded the yelp app just to write this review and that never happens. Everyone here is extremely nice they all need raises.
