This is our go to chick! The service is good. The fast food is good. Sometimes the lines get a bit backed up but they handle it with a smile. My heart sank because only about 10 passengers decided to eat at Chick-fil-A the rest ventured out to other eatery's. As I'm standing in line behind them, I'm crossing my fingers that they would still honor comping the drivers mean. I saw Mr. Flanders working behind the counter with his handsome self so I asked if he would comp me even though only about 10 of my passengers dined in, no problem said Mr. Cutie. I'm writing this review with such excitement because I'm a huge fan of Chick-fil-A. I wish they would be open on Sundays, but I definitely understand that people need breaks as well. I'm always going to the Grovetown location because it's closer to me regarding traveling to work. My main reason for constantly going to Chick-fil-A back to back is for their amazing customer service, delicious food and overall cleanliness in their establishment. I usually never encounter a problem at the Grovetown location and if so, it's handled immediately and with a positive response from the staff/manager. My favorite combos that I order ALL the time are the Spicy Chicken sandwich combo w/ macaroni and cheese and the Chicken Nuggets w/ a side salad with Apple Cider Vinaigrette dressing. Absolutely amazing!! I would definitely recommend coming to the Grovetown location and enjoy your chicken sandwich! P.S. My standard meal of a regular chicken sandwich, fries, and a strawberry milkshake. We got there at 1030, just as the breakfast menu switched, everything was great, the staff were on point. Some restaurants struggle with shift change, but not this day. I've enjoyed the small pot of fresh herbs on each table. I crushed a few mint leaves and was reminded of home. read more

Horrible drive thru. No improvement. One lane???? You care more about your mobile app than your drive thru customers. Only 1 or 2 cars for your mobile app but cars backed up to the main road for the only lane you have now for drive thru. You should be ashamed of the way you have "improved" this experience. If y'all don't have the app, I highly recommend getting it. You can order everything ahead of time and you can customize your food however you'd like. No pickles, extra pickles, add cheese, it's all there, even calories. It tells you about the upcharge as well, so no surprises when you add extra ingredients. Once you place your order, you can choose to carry out, go through their drive thru, or you can park curbside and someone will bring it out. We usually just go in and grab it, but if the kids are sleeping we go through drive thru. The location isn't terrible, but some days you can tell the staff members don't want to be there. They aren't really friendly and their pace is fairly slow, which is frustrating during lunch rush. We'd obviously come back, but I'm telling you, use the app and mobile order. I just realized I've lived in the south for almost 3 years and never reviewed a Chick-fil-A, which I loving refer to as Chick-a-fil-a. Don't ask because I can't remember if it was an autocorrect situation that turned into a joke or because I was being goofy. Anyways, I was HIGHLY skeptical of this joint. Not for any reason outside that I thought it was like McDonald's and I don't want my kid eating there. I starting going with friends to Chick-fil-a just to meet up and play in the indoor play area. Slowly, I was introduced to the fact they have some nice alternatives that include healthy options like fruit and veggies for myself and my daughter. So after I lowered my judgemental eyebrow, I proceeded to enjoy all that Chick-fil-a has to offer. I appreciate the consistency. No matter which one I walk into-it's clean, friendly and fast. I really enjoyed the little placemats that stick to the table when my kid was a toddler. I love that they have a few dedicated people who simply go around making merry, refilling drinks, trading out toys for ice cream (yes, if you don't want the toy that comes with a children's meal, you can trade it for ice cream). I love the little touches, like hand sanitizer and wipes strategically placed near the play area, flowers on the tables and farmhouse style decorations and signs. I'd like to shake the person's hand who came up with the genius marketing using cows to encourage you to each chicken. Aside from the indoor play area, I know they host many activities that encourages a sense of community. I'm pretty sure they help do local fund raising too for schools. They have an app you can use to order ahead, earn points and free food. Having worked in retail, I think it's nice they offer Sunday off to all their employees. Chick-fil-A has been my go to for 7 years and counting, so we already love it, regardless of where we are. There are specific reasons why this is my favorite one in town though. The staff is always kind and friendly, sit in or drive thru- we have never waited more than 7-10 minutes to receive service, and that's in their busiest times, they do a lot of fun and awesome holiday and local events for children so you can always find us there for those, and the location is ideal because we can get so many errands done there. And of course, more importantly, the food NEVER disappoints! I highly recommend downloading the CFA One app to earn rewards and deals! I do everything through there and have gotten so many free food and beverage items in the span of 3 months! Currently working on points for a spicy deluxe sandwich, lol. Aside from that, it does save a lot of time and effort for those days where patience is running thin lol. On my two hour drive from Atlanta i had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Lori during my visit. We didn't hold a long conversation yet i can see that she is a true and pure genuine person. Her smile is warm and welcoming and she is more than happy to assist with any need that you may have. From all walks of life that entered into the door during my visit for lunch she greeted each person with a warm smile. I'm not sure of her roll here at this establishment yet I can see that hospitality lives within her spirit and that's a beautiful thing. I'm not gonna lie...I'm more of a burger person when it comes to satisfying my fast food cravings, but Chik-fil-A definitely does chicken right. Their waffle fries are always nice and fresh. If you've never tried it before PLEASE ask for the Honey Roasted BBQ sauce. It will change your life! Put it on your fries or even your chicken minis or sandwich. Do it for your country. They have a play area inside that's closed off from the harsh sun. Another bonus is the thick glass that holds back all the screams of joy from the kids allowing other customers to eat in peace. I think it's pretty professional for the employees to call your order by name. I used to think it was a strange thing they do but it adds a sort of "we care" touch to the experience. I just don't understand why they have some employees outside taking orders. Or why they have the two drive-thru ordering stations that merge after. I like this particular place a lot, but they are pretty disorganized as far as Chick-fil-A's are concerned. I like to get a small fruit cup with my meal, and I always specify in the drive through that I want it on the side, not in place of the fries and they almost always still leave my fries out. I'm constantly telling them that I need my fries whenever I order a fruit cup and if I never checked my order before I left, then I'd not have any fries most of the time. That being said, my chargrilled chicken sandwich is always juicy and delicious and their fries are almost always so fresh that they will burn your hand if you try to eat them right away. Their sweet tea is always perfect as well. They just need to learn that not everyone wants fruit instead of fries.
