COVID update: so this is one of my favorite wing places and they are usually fast, cheap and delicious. They were still cheap and delicious but I don't know if more people have discovered it or it's the new operations... we had to wait 25 min in the car and we arrived when it said our order was ready. Food - wings way overcooked. Pretty disappointed. Service - about average for this chain. I miss the precovid days when they'd give you an estimate, usually between 14 and 17mins, when your order would be rdy. Now if its under 30-45mins you're lucky. Ambiance - when i got there the shift manager was conducting an employee disciplinary counciling in the front doorway. And i was really disappointed that they closed off the dining area and customer access to the rest rooms. Very poor customer relations. I've been here 3 separate times getting food for my family and they've messed up my order every time. The first time they called my name and gave me the wrong order with the wrong name . The second time I ordered online and went to pick it up and it wasn't until I got home that I noticed I had fries for every meal I ordered but was missing a plate of wings but it was really busy so I didn't stress it and just went back for the rest of my order . So for wings, I'll drive past a Zaxby's for Wingstop. They are always fried to perfection to me. The only thing about this location is that suffers from lack of professionalism. Sometimes you can look at employees and tell who the manager is right off but not here. The saving grace for me is online ordering. For the most part the order is ready on time but on rare occasion, I've seen people order in store and leave before my order is ready. What keeps me coming back is the food. Just about had it with this place. First let me say the food is great, but the teenagers running this place are very unprofessional slightly rude. Last week I went there, there was a dog in the lobby. It wasn't a service dog it was a fluffy poodle. I can tell this wasn't this poodles first visit. Very disappointed and angry with the entire transaction that went down. Their online ordering was not working so I called and talked to Adrian. So I thought I would try the boneless wings the new Hot lemon. I was about three of the boneless wings into eating them started on the fourth and when I bit into it the middle of it was raw. I thought to myself it's a bigger piece of chicken so it's probably just that one piece but needless to say I could not finish my wings because it just made me nauseated to see the raw chicken. The sauces were mediocre, certainly not the best you can find in town, and the 'spicy' flavors really didn't have much kick to them. As mentioned in a previous review, the Mango Habanero was especially disappointing. I think you should bring a better wing game if that's ALL your restaurant is geared towards. It might do for a quick stop if you're in the area and REALLY hankering for some takeout wings, but I'd highly recommend driving an extra 3 minutes to any number of other places that serve wings.
