We have had these wings before. Usually as take out. Going in today was a bit of a hiccup. It took some discussion to get our order straight. My better half likes flappers, I like drums. COVID update: so this is one of my favorite wing places and they are usually fast, cheap and delicious. They were still cheap and delicious but I don't know if more people have discovered it or it's the new operations... we had to wait 25 min in the car and we arrived when it said our order was ready. They are takeout only and you have to order through the app. Let them Know your name on the order when you arrive and they bring it out when ready. read more

Food - wings way overcooked. Pretty disappointed. Service - about average for this chain. I miss the precovid days when they'd give you an estimate, usually between 14 and 17mins, when your order would be rdy. Now if its under 30-45mins you're lucky. Ambiance - when i got there the shift manager was conducting an employee disciplinary counciling in the front doorway. And i was really disappointed that they closed off the dining area and customer access to the rest rooms. Very poor customer relations. I've been here 3 separate times getting food for my family and they've messed up my order every time. The first time they called my name and gave me the wrong order with the wrong name . The second time I ordered online and went to pick it up and it wasn't until I got home that I noticed I had fries for every meal I ordered but was missing a plate of wings but it was really busy so I didn't stress it and just went back for the rest of my order . The 3rd time I went there , i was the only customer inside so it wasn't busy and they again gave me 3 fries for all 3 orders and forgot to give me my 3 wings and thigh bite plate so I went back and they remade it but they messed up AGAIN and didn't give me the wings . So for wings, I'll drive past a Zaxby's for Wingstop. They are always fried to perfection to me. The only thing about this location is that suffers from lack of professionalism. Sometimes you can look at employees and tell who the manager is right off but not here. The saving grace for me is online ordering. For the most part the order is ready on time but on rare occasion, I've seen people order in store and leave before my order is ready. What keeps me coming back is the food. Unless they mess that up, I'll keep going back. read more

I placed an order for my son, who loves hot wings..along with an order of lemon pepper wings for myself. Long story short, my wings were dry, but my son enjoyed his. My wings weren't the best I've had, but they were ok. My fries were warm. The wings look like they came from teenaged chickens....I've had bigger wings elsewhere...I mean, I'm not asking for Pterodactyl wings, but I should get more than half of a bite per wing..I'm just saying... Just about had it with this place. First let me say the food is great, but the teenagers running this place are very unprofessional slightly rude. Last week I went there, there was a dog in the lobby. It wasn't a service dog it was a fluffy poodle. I can tell this wasn't this poodles first visit. I felt kinda sick leaving, they had the dog sitting right by the kitchen entrance. My experience last night wasn't pleasant for me at all. I asked for all flats on my both my orders. I wasn't told there was a charge for flats until I went to pick up my order. Very disappointed and angry with the entire transaction that went down. Their online ordering was not working so I called and talked to Adrian. I was told 22 minutes, the total, and I said thank you very much. I entered the restaurant to pick up our order and Adrian told me that they do not cook wings until you pay for them. Why didn't she tell me when I placed the order? So we waited for 22 minutes for no reason. They got everything wrong...everything. The entire highlight of the meal was the tea I drank. My son and I ordered garlic parmesan wings and they were bland and tasteless. I ordered 1/2 my wings with garlic parmesan and the other 1/2 hawaiian. I call it in, they tell me how long, I drive to the pick up location, I call in and wait for them to bring it curbside. But when you sit curbside, after they have told you it is ready for 40 minutes and then call in 3 times, yes 3 times and when they finally bring it out they give you attitude like we are seriously infringing on their break time, then it is time to close the business. read more

I've been a fan of Wingstop for sometime now. I ordered dinner via the app and got boneless instead of on the bone. I got to restaurant to pick it up and realized my mistake. Kept it as is cause it was my fault. Get home to eat it and these boneless Wong's were filled with gristle. I will never order from this Wingstop again. Their wings are never cooked well enough. I can order extra extra crispy and they're still barely crispy they're still chewy. So I thought I would try the boneless wings the new Hot lemon. I was about three of the boneless wings into eating them started on the fourth and when I bit into it the middle of it was raw. I thought to myself it's a bigger piece of chicken so it's probably just that one piece but needless to say I could not finish my wings because it just made me nauseated to see the raw chicken. Well I was woke up around 4 AM that morning with the most unbelievable stomach pains and the worst case of things I will not describe to you. I had a hankering for some wings! I stopped here for the first time to try them out. Because this isn't one of my usual food choices, I decided to visit a place that specializes in wings. I wanted to make sure I eliminated all room for error because I was hungry. I waited a few minutes, but I didn't mind because I figured there were making the wings fresh to order. They were HOT! Smelled awesome, but tasted ok. I think this is because I ordered BBQ. The BBQ had a lot of sauce and it was a bit overwhelming. I think I should have ordered the lemon pepper. You can dine inside. There is a decent amount of space for dining. If you place an order and pick it up, it seems as though they provide your order quickly. All the individuals that came in for pick up were taken care of quickly.The staff was friendly. The space was clean. The parking was great. It is located in a shopping plaza with plenty of spaces. I'll visit again because I like to give several chances. This time I'll order some sides to go along with my meal in the event I'm not a fan of my order. read more

Long review: I ordered a family pack (40 wings) a day ahead of the superbowl. My order was complete when I got there and the service was friendly and professional. The wings themselves were very small, and some of them were broken and/or half wings with bones sticking out. The original hot flavor was the best flavor in my opinion. The mango habanero was not hot at all, just disappointingly sweet. The fries were very undercooked, and some of them were completely raw. The best part of the food was the bread. I wanted to love this place, but they didn't really have anything worth loving. The sauces were mediocre, certainly not the best you can find in town, and the 'spicy' flavors really didn't have much kick to them. As mentioned in a previous review, the Mango Habanero was especially disappointing. I think you should bring a better wing game if that's ALL your restaurant is geared towards. It might do for a quick stop if you're in the area and REALLY hankering for some takeout wings, but I'd highly recommend driving an extra 3 minutes to any number of other places that serve wings.
