It appeared the server genuinely care about our order and if we were having a great day. The drive-through was perfectly staff with extra people to help facilitate getting through quicker. Management understands customer service. We received our food extremely quick considering how busy they were. All of our food was hot, fresh, and made to order. The peach shakes are to die for. I can literally say this is the second time I've ever been to Chicfila and still dont see what the big deal is about. I ordered the 3 piece chicken strip only. When I sat down and saw the little box i thought how cute, this is what they put the sauces in. To my surprise I opened it and found the cutest little strips of chicken. I'm a chick-fil-a virgin. I've never had it before. This location just opened last Thursday and since I work nearby they handed out free sandwich coupons to our complex. My friend and I went over for lunch today. The free sandwich coupon was for their namesake... the "Chick-Fil-A" sandwich which is a boneless breast of chicken seasoned, hand breaded, and pressure cooked in peanut oil. It's garnished with a layer of sliced pickle chips! Eff lettuce and tomato.... bring on the pickles! I love the fact the sandwich is served dry and you can choose from a large selection of sauces all available self-serve. No stingy "one sauce per person" rule... it's a free for all of sauces. I used their buffalo wing sauce. I also got some waffle fries and a diet coke. When I took out my sandwich I was a bit disappointed. If you look at the picture it's kind of sad looking. It just screamed bland and boring in appearance but I learned from this experience you can't judge a chicken sandwich by it's looks. One bite and my taste buds were singing for joy. So much flavor is packed into this chicken breast! How can this be?! Food's always great, service definitely excellent, and location is good but it's in a heavy traffic area/plaza so be careful when exiting or entering the parking lot. Chick-fil-A is a great place but some stores are just not striving to have a guest experience the most important experience. Numerous times this location within three to minutes of placing your order will say that your "Order is ready" only to arrive and wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes before meal is actually presented to you. My most recent experience on 12/16/20 was met with some confusion and dissatisfaction. I had place the mobile order which tallied up to $36. How to go to work so I got something to eat on the way and then something for later. I used points for one of my items I need the rest with my Chick-fil-A One card through the app. Everything was okay still I was told to come to the front to have a team member provide me with my order It still wasn't ready for 5 to 7 minutes. I checked my order everything look great The only thing I didn't do is taste the drink. Because that's not something you would normally do because you expect your drink to be correct. However the small Sprite that I ordered tasted 100% like carbonated water which usually happens when the syrup bag is empty. This is an oversight and it understandable it's very busy location. So when I called to complain about the mishap I thought it would be a quick fix just as how easy it is to oversee a bag of syrup being empty. It wasn't easy as it has been in my previous experiences with other Chick-fil-A locations such as Costa Mesa. The gentleman that answered the phone I apologize and was very empathetic which I appreciated. But he was only able to take my phone number my name and my email down. I did see one of the very friendly managers while I waited for my order by the name of Rick. Great customer service great guy multiple times before the covid 19 pandemic when I would dine in he would come by and say hi and even give me his card. So when the young man told me that he would have his manager get back to me in 2 days I kind of asked what could I speak with Rick and he said sure hold on. He was in a meeting which is understandable I know he's got a job to do as well. But something that is placed through mobile app and redeemed through their rewards app I felt they should have someone at this location a supervisor or a manager that's able to correct and refund an error by the establishment as quickly as the order is taken. When you order through a mobile app it's usually because you're on the go or you're in a hurry. And even more so during a pandemic where social distancing is required. It's easier just to place a mobile order most times. You hop out of your car grab your food and continue with your day. I was expecting the same type of experience when an error happened at the Costa Mesa location they refunded me the points since I wasn't able to return to the location immediately. They took my order number down my name and my phone number and they were able to fix it. However Fullerton told me they aren't able to credit points or refund the issue with my soft drink immediately. I'll have to wait 2 days or sooner possibly for them to make a right for me. Chick-fil-A doesn't make mistakes very often I think I've had issues with orders one other time this year and I visit Chick-fil-A at least twice a week. But nobody's perfect I understand that. However when you do have a mistake you need to have a more efficient process in place to quickly make it right. Just as you would make it right in person if I was dining in your restaurant. I believe you should be able to do the same thing with someone that's placing a mobile order since that's the way of the world now. read more

Was inFullerton today and saw this franchise, so I decided it was lunch! Went in a tad before noon and it was not busy yet. Was able to place my order very quickly with Daniel, who was super friendly. I received my food before going to a table. Not long after sitting down, Wesley came by and asked how my food was and if I needed anything else. He was quite attentive while I was there and came back again and asked to fill my drink cup. Quick and easy, like a drive thru should be! This Chic-fil-a had a double drive thru. Once you've ordered they take your name and you pull up to this podium stand to pay. I've been to this location many times, I think their drive thru process has changed and I notice the difference. Coming from Hawaii, I always make it a point to get chick-fil-a when I'm on the mainland. After a long day of Disneyland activities, we made the short drive to chick-fil-a for dinner. I got the Cobb salad with the avocado lime ranch dressing and it was the best fast food salad I've ever had. The lettuce was fresh as crunchy. The chicken was flavorful and the toppings were all delicious, especially the dressing. For about $9, it was a little more pricey than like McDonald's, but I think it was worth it :) I usually get chicken sandwiches, but I'm glad I tried the salad. The best part about this chick-fil-a was the service. Everyone working here was super sweet and they seemed to enjoy their jobs.
