Everyone is always so friendly at this location until today. Daisy was working the drive thru and was so busy laughing and staring at the car behind me that when she handed me my overflowing drink, it spilled all over me and inside my car. There was no apology. She took the drink back wiped it off and just kept smiling and laughing at the car behind me. Worst location. One salad and a drink was 14 dollars. No beans or corn per my request as usual. I asked for extra cheese instead and was told they don't do that but the manager said she would this one time. Well there was not extra cheese, in fact there was not even a tablespoon of cheese. Very little chicken as well. Their portions are very small here compared to other stores. Paid 14 for a little lettuce and small amount of chicken. Went through drive-thru on 2-1-24 at 11am and was greeted by a wonderful gentleman name Trevor "I think" working the window. Love his energy, explained everything in detail, super nice, super polite, & takes his job very serious I love that coming from a younger generation. Keep it up Trevor your customers love it. Additionally, you'll be asked to provide account details to pick up your mobile order via the drive thru (with no prior warning), and if you don't remember it (bc NO other location does this), be prepared to be spoken down by workers and treated as if you are doing something wrong. This Chick-Fil-A was super quick, clean and the staff was friendly. As usual, CFA employees always go above and beyond to be pleasant, they opened the door for me upon arriving, and were courteous throughout my time there. The only downside is the location, parking can be hard to get in and out of because it's a small space. During the busy times, you could sit in the line or just trying to get PAST the line can take time too. There was a homeless guy thAt bombarded me as soon as I got out of my car, and I bought him some fries, but he was gone by the time I came back. I did see him later when I was driving and he was standing in the drive-through line asking people for money. That can be uncomfortable when you have nowhere else to go. My review is for the employees that were there 1/2/20 toward the end of the night... I drove myself whole ten minutes over to this location for nothing I should've just ate canes saved my self the headache and the gas. You still have my card and my order " and then another guy that has been standing there staring at us from the window proceeds to hand me my stuff and she goes "uh ok? Sorry?" Doesn't offer me any sauce and then I check the bag they got my order wrong even though it was repeated to me twice. So now I have to park my car get off my car and order my sisters food and pay again after i just sat in the drive tru for at least 15min. So I get home and... my food is literally cold the fries were disgusting and soggy af . They literally rationed the fries because none of the cartons were full .
