Super bummed out... the "Lord's chicken" is one of my Favorite places to eat but today just really was a Debbie downer for me! When I got to the drive through there was a random white work truck blocking the drive thru entrance so that was a mess, that's just for starters. The line was moving very slow, and once I got to the speaker to give them my order the volume was sooooo low. When I got to the window to pick up my order, a market salad with no blue cheese, the guy at the window took my payment and then gave me my bag. I asked him if everything was in the bag and he said yes, then I asked if the salad had no blue cheese and he confirmed no blue cheese. Then I asked if he can make sure there was dressing in my bag because the last time I went they forgot it. He looked at me and said, "yes ma'am. Everything is in the bag." And smiled. So I foolishly trusted him. When I got to work I pulled my salad out of the bag and lone & behold NO. SALAD. DRESSING. Now I know this is 3rd world problems, but man... this kind of service just really gets me heated! How much more time would it have took to just double check that the dressing was in there instead of giving me a condescending answer and a yes ma'am? Now I have a salad with no dressing which is now a waste. I have to spend more money on lunch cuz $20 on a salad and ice tea wasn't already enough. Ugh. That's all.

So I went to try the chicken tortilla soup. Boy Huge mistake! Not appealing or appetizing at all by appearance. Looks like chuncky ____. Yes why would anyone buy this. I was hoping to have a broth with maybe fresh chicken pieces, I was deeply disappointed. This item should be removed from the menu or at least change the recipe a bit to broth. Clearly not a winning streak here. I need to just stick to breakfast and simple sandwich.i will add photo. The flavor was bad also I just wasted money needless to say I did not eat this

The best Chick -fil -A experience! We just went through the drive thru and Ashley was so nice and friendly! She really made our experience worth coming back again. I always appreciate the fast and friendly service at this Chick Fil A location. Even though the line is long, I feel like it is quick and efficient. The workers are so kind, professional, and helpful. My waffle fries needed some more salt, but the sauces save everything. Everything else was good as usual.

The people are nice let's just be a little more careful with food please was eating my food and I seen this hair on my chick kinda sucks cuz they are delicious but ... yeah I get it accidents happen let's just be a little more careful please

This Chick-Fil-A was super quick, clean and the staff was friendly. As usual, CFA employees always go above and beyond to be pleasant, they opened the door for me upon arriving, and were courteous throughout my time there. The only downside is the location, parking can be hard to get in and out of because it's a small space. During the busy times, you could sit in the line or just trying to get PAST the line can take time too. There was a homeless guy thAt bombarded me as soon as I got out of my car, and I bought him some fries, but he was gone by the time I came back. I did see him later when I was driving and he was standing in the drive-through line asking people for money. That can be uncomfortable when you have nowhere else to go. All in all though, I'll be back! read more

I enjoy Chick-fil-A like he next person but this location consistently under delivers. I've been here five times and four of those times, something with my order was wrong. The people are friendly and the food is good, but when it doesn't match what you ordered, it gets really frustrating, especially when you are on your way to work and don't have the time to go back and get it fixed. read more

My review is for the employees that were there 1/2/20 toward the end of the night... I drove myself whole ten minutes over to this location for nothing I should've just ate canes saved my self the headache and the gas. First off I get to the window and I ask the girl at the if i could please have a drink carries because I happen to not have an extra hand to carry three drinks , so she takes my card hands it to someone else picks up a drink carrier drops it on the floor and picks it back up places it on the window and walks away for like 3 min comes back puts the drink in the carrier and tells me to have a great night??? Bro wtf u have my food and my card . And I look at her like and I said "uh excuse me? You still have my card and my order " and then another guy that has been standing there staring at us from the window proceeds to hand me my stuff and she goes "uh ok? Sorry?" Doesn't offer me any sauce and then I check the bag they got my order wrong even though it was repeated to me twice. So now I have to park my car get off my car and order my sisters food and pay again after i just sat in the drive tru for at least 15min. So I get home and... my food is literally cold the fries were disgusting and soggy af . They literally rationed the fries because none of the cartons were full . I was so heated I really spent $30 on this cold ass bull crap?? Save yourself the headache, time and money. Go to a different location or somewhere else. read more

I had to order catering for an office event and my catering assistant director Anna was AMAZING! Order came on time and hot for our event. She even brought all the food in a set it up for us. Where do you go when a parent or friend is visiting from out of the area? Chick-fil-A in Fullerton! Last year my mom visited from NY and we adventured throughout Orange County sampling some of its finest eateries. She fell in love with Chick-fil-A, specifically their chicken strips. We dined there three times that week! Last week my buddy visited from out of the country and we decided to sit down and enjoy a meal. Charles, a manager, approached our table to check in on us. We shared memories in what I can best describe as an authentic conversation. We enjoyed ourselves so much we decided to stay for dessert, a chocolate cookie! Ate here yesterday for lunch, ordered a fried chicken sandwich to go. It was so odd that I was here at 2 pm on a weekday and the drive thru was literally empty. Even the worker was saying it was surprising. Normally, I walk inside because it's too crowded to wait in the drive thru. I went through easily and my order was correct and my name. I would have ordered something else but I don't really enjoy their fries or sides, and had their lemonade yesterday. I can honestly say that Chick-Fil-A always has and always be my go-to fast food restaurant. I could literally eat this everyday if I could. This location has always made my food fresh and that's important to me. The chicken has always been perfectly crispy and the fries were always perfectly fried. I go here all the time and even if the drive thru is busy, they roll out 3 orders at a time! They got their system going! read more

I love Chick-fil-A. It was one of the early meals that I had when I came to the US- Lucky me! Haha! I still thank my friend for taking me to Chick-fil-A. The chicken sandwich is just too awesome. Now they have an app, so I am ten times happier to eat here. The service is EXTREMELY GOOOOD! The food comes out fast and the staff is super nice! I always want to come here but sometimes it gets too crowded. Yup, often, I come to decide between here and In-N-Out and it is all about the number of people. I was surprised that there were people even later in the evening- Wow- No complaints just happy that I live near by a Chik-fil-A. My guy Robert is an absolute unit. Guy was on top of it, asking us for anything he could do for us, and well of course we needed more sauce but as a joke we asked for a private jet and 15 thousand dollars he said he would check on that and see if they had any in the back and well he did not disappoint. Coming back with not only more sauce but a toy plane and a plastic gold coin saying that they were fresh out of cash and private jets and this is the best they had, none the less we had a good laugh and this man deserves a raise even if he is new and all done with a "My pleasure" God bless read more

Usually I keep my reviews for actual restaurants but in this case they prove more than an exception. I was shocked. I was delighted. I was so proud. Chick-Fil-A staff and management made every part of this visit a pleasure. I brought guests from Australia visiting the USA and trying Chick-Fil-A for the very first time. What an impression the staff here made. The exceptional greeting and patience as we blundered through the menu. What are waffle fries?? We didn't know. Ha. We were given a selection of every single sauce on the menu to try with our meals which were devoured and oohed and aahed over. Quality ingredients. With our stomached delighted we were engaged by different management and staff that welcomed us and talked in depth. Made to feel more than at home. Lots of laughing around the table. I was proud of the way the staff made my guests feel and how they represented the restaurant and their country. You fulfilled every desire my guys had and made them raving fans. Believe me... I saw their Facebook pages. Keep up being amazing. If at all possible...WE WILL BE BACK. read more

I don't go to Chick-Fil-A because of a bad racial experience I had in the pass. my family members always visits this establishment when in town. On 6/9/2020, we order from drive thou an headed to the window to pick up order. A young man with a blue mask, with characters on it, come to the window and asked us to repeat the order, while in was standing in window he was making upside ok with his hand. I was in shock, I tapped the driver to see if he seen what I seen. then his wife looked at the both of us. the young man when to do sometime and came back and said something to the driver, and did the sign again, just for the record, an upside down ok sign (meaning white power) again. with all that is going on today, the driver didn't want to believe it until it happen again when we were leaving and it happen again. This time, the driver was upset and pulled over in the parking lot.his wife wouldn't allow him to go inside, so he call. Because of we did hear from the conversation, I felt nothing was going to be done, so I called Corporate and made a complaint . I talked to my family about 6 hours later, to make sure they made it home (out of state). They were still upset, so I told them that I would look into. after a couple of call, I manage to talk to the gentleman that the driver talked too. The bottom line, it didn't sound like they looked into our treatment at their drive-thru. I did offer to meet with the manager "Charles" and the young man to know "WHY", which was declined. But was told that the young man was a "good employee". There was a manager "Maggie" that was helpful in directing me to the person that talked to the driver. That why the one star. read more

Don't support this location. The managers, yes more than just one, make inappropriate SEXUAL remarks to their employees. Then they don't even get fired for SEXUAL HARASSMENT but it's the employees who feel like they can't work there anymore and then they end up quitting. Upper management doesn't even do anything about it. HORRIBLE! We are in 2020 and people are still stupid enough to do things like this. I will be contacting corporate about this. I will be contacting local news about this. I will be contacting women's groups about this. Those so called "managers" need to be FIRED...NOW!!! That employee should be rehired and given a raise. I am hard to please and don't return to places that don't know how to do service and provide quality. This Chick-fil-A is at the top of my list for repeat visits. I have only been inside once. It is clean. The crew is pleasant and constantly cleaning up after us. With the spaced seating after COVID, I felt uncomfortable. The food was great. This one meal is the only complaint that I have with this CFA. I got a spicy chicken sandwich instead of the grilled club that I ordered. The spicy chicken was good, so it wan't a problem. All my other visits have been through the drive through. This is the best, most well organized drive through that I have ever seen. The staff keeps the line moving. I'm happier to use the drive through that to go inside as long as the public health condition remains questionable. In fact, I'm going to drive over and get dinner now. read more

Today (January 15, 2019), I had such an experience. I did something which I have never done before. I patronized a "Chick Fil A." Rather than navigate the streets of Fullerton during one of the rare rainstorms to hit Orange County (OC), where OC drivers seem to panic when there is inclement weather, I decided to try "Chick Fil A." I absolutely LOVE Chick Fil A! But today I had an awful experience. I ordered a lemon chicken kale salad and half way through I noticed something in my salad. It looked like a black bean to me, so upon further inspection I discovered it was a BABY ROACH! I walked back in and told the employee and he was just like "ok well talk a picture and ill let them know." No refund.. But he did give me 3 cards redeemable for a chicken sandwich.. This location is one of the newer ones and has a two lane drive-thru so the wait is usually very minimal if any. The customer service is excellent, the workers seem to actually be enjoying their job unlike a lot of fast food like chains. The food was fresh quick and very tastey. Overall everything you can expect from a chik fil a no complaints here except maybe its a tad over priced for chicken but the customer service and freshness makes up for it. read more

I really like they're grilled chicken cob salad, I get it all the time. I don't eat at many fast food restaurants but they are my exception. They are also extremely friendly! I will say tho that you have to check your order EVERY TIME because they are prone to making mistakes, however they are so nice that you almost don't mind. read more
