Ok horrible portions The size of the chicken biscuit was like a kids meal A joke!!!!!! They went down in size from a year ago?! Wow, this place is solid! Great staff, great service, fast, and very friendly. I even saw the staff delivering food to their tables early, this morning when I stopped by. The manager, I believe, that took down my order at the register, seemed to enjoy her job. I understand at 8 in the morning, people may be a bit off, but she was very superb, so kudos to her! Ordered a chicken salad with pepitas and a fruit cup, but I didn't get the pepitas. What I got was 2 packets of tortilla chips, and I do not like these chips. It seems like every time I ordered a salad they would forget to include the pepitas which is supposed to be included in the order. Manuel provides exceptional service! He was very patient with us, provided great recommendations and was very professional. The food was delicious (we had the spicy chicken sandwich and the Cobb Salad)! The facility was also extremely clean. Liked the fact that they actually use only ONE disinfecting wipe per table!!!!! On Thursday, May 16, 2019, I witnessed an act of kindness by one of their employees, Cindy, who was very sweet and warm hearted. I mentioned that bc earlier, I saw Cindy giving good bye hugs to some of the other employees leaving for the night. Definitely some family, positive vibes here at this Chick-fil-A. A customer had just thrown her food away and left, not realizing her retainers were still on the tray. Shortly after closing, the customer returned, and Cindy allowed her to come back into the store after doors were locked. (Cool thing number 1 Cindy did). As the customer frantically tried to find her retainer, Cindy, helped the customer sift through the trash to find the retainer. (Cool thing number 2 Cindy did). They eventually found it. Cindy went above and beyond. She is definitely a super nice person! read more

My daughter had the worst experience ever from this specific location, and this isnt the first bad experience here and I suggest you all really think twice about getting anything from this location. Saturday 6/1 my daughter went to grab some food from them and everything was all good up to the point that she finished her food. She started feeling a little upset stomach and by the end of the night this girl was vomitting all of her food and then some. She had the worst case of food poisioning ever. I didn't actually eat here based on the computer system crashing while I was in line. When I got there a coach of a local soccer team had his whole team order food and it took forever. None of the team members knew what they wanted and there were about 60 of them. The manager made no effort to open another window to help speed up the process of the other people waiting in line and as I was waiting more and more kept showing up cutting in front of the other guests. This was all done poorly by the staff and when I asked for the manager it was a disaster trying to get them to understand what the issues were. By the time the coach had finally finished the computer had crashed and we were all asked to leave by the manager saying there was nothing they could do to take our orders or to help us. Despite the fact we had been in line for over 15 min. I asked for the supervisor and I was givin a general phone number to call that was unable to do anything about the situation or what had happened. There was no apologies by the staff or the manager nor was anything offers to us to compensate for our time. Not that I wanted anything but to order some food it would have been nice to have been offered something for the inconvenience. I was also told as we were all escorted out and the door was locked behind us that the drive through was unable to take new orders but as I sat in the parking lot waiting to leave they kept on going. I tried to contact someone at the corporate level but nothing was returned to the email I had sent this far and this was a few weeks ago. The food is usually good but the service is what deserves the low rating.
