I've been going to chick-fil a for while now, but this visit was absolute cinema. The whole vibe of this place is very comforting and friendly in here. All of the employees were nice and the floors were clean. I ordered the grilled chicken cool wrap with fries and coke. However, I got honey mustard dressing on my grilled chicken cool wrap, but they didn't have regular honey mustard, so they gave me fat-free honey mustard. I don't have a problem with this, but I would've preferred the regular honey mustard.As for the service, the food came out in cheetah speed! (It came out in under a minute) The food also tasted really good as well! The grilled chicken cool wrap tasted really fresh, the fries were amazing, and the coke was amazing- you can't go wrong with a coke! Open since January 2022, this is a new prototype store with twin covered drive-throughs and entirely new interior design. Of course, the same great menu and foods along with the Chick-fil-a service with a smile. I am glad to see a lot of people dining inside again as most stores have been drive through only during COVID lockdown. read more

I found multiple hairs in my chicken sandwich other than that the service was nice but who ever is cooking the food needs to put a hair net on. The ambiance was mediocre. read more

The Chick-fil-A's are fast becoming our favorite place to go for a meal. We were staying nearby and decided to stop here and pick up some lunch. I got the deluxe meal with fries and decided to try one of the new drinks Cherry Berry Tea. It is delicious. My wife got a regular grilled chicken sandwich. She didn't care for it and will go back to the regular next time. I use the app and order ahead and then go through the drive-through. The service is fast and efficient and the food quality and quantity has not diminished. Our Go-To lunch stop. read more

Writing this as I am leaving. The service was nice. We went through the mobile ordering app so we didn't have much interaction but first impressions were good. We did have to go in to use the bathroom so the ambience was nice and the restaurant was kept clean. We went through the drive through, got some shakes and our food. And drove off. The driver picks up his shake to drink it as we are pulling out on the road and it proceeds to spill out from the bottom on their leg covering it completely. I go to reach for napkins and they didn't put any napkins in with our food. I don't know how they didn't notice the shake was leaking before the cup busted open and I don't know why they didn't put any napkins in. We were the only ones in line and there was about 3 cars out side or so besides employees cars that were there and every employee was talking and doing nothing. I wish the employees while still being nice were not as ignorant. Disappointing. read more

Average fast food chicken. The sandwich is bland and I don't understand why people like the waffle fries.

First, I'm not complaining about the taste or food quality. Chick-fil-A food is far better than their competitors. My complaint pertains to the Franklin location only and has to do with their employee's ability (or inability) to get a customer's order correct and, their unwillingness or inability to make it right, other than saying "I'm sorry." I've experienced multiple issues over the past couple of months where my order was wrong, items were missing, plastic utensils, napkins and straws not being provided at the drive-thru, etc. Today's experience is no exception. I attempted to redeem (in the drive-thru) lane a reward for a free lemonade (as I had previously done), but the funds on my app was debited. I called this to the attention of the lady who took my order. Her response was the reward was only good for a regular lemonade and that I had ordered diet lemonade. Unbelievable. When my order was brought to my vehicle, I asked to see a manager. This person said he was the manager, so I again explained my problem. His response was different. He said that the reward is only good for a regular size lemonade and I had ordered a large. I responded the app reward did not specify a size and I had not previously had this problem. His response was that "the app has issues sometimes." He further commented that I should place the order myself on the app to make sure it is correct, because the team members taking orders "are only human and can make mistakes." Unbelievable. And the icing on the cake was this manager was letting the drive-thru lane back up while explaining to me that his team members are human, make mistakes and the Chick-fil-A app has issues. I finally left. In the spirit of full disclosure, this manager did give me a card good for a free milkshake or frosted lemonade and apologized. I would also like to point out that I made the initial complaint on the app before posting to Yelp. I received an automated reply that provided a response not even remotely related to the nature of my complaint. I clicked on the link, as instructed in the email, to indicate the response did not resolve my issue. That was 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a response. I did choose to give 3 stars because the food is good as I indicated at the beginning of this post. And, the ongoing negative experiences are at this location only (and I have not been back). While this location is convenient to Macon County, their track record, based on my experience, is not on par with my experience with the Waynesville, NC and Clayton, GA locations. read more

Chick-fil-A is very good. You should try the chicken nuggets and the number one with extra pickles I love pickles. Normally Chick-fil-A's will give me an entire bowl a pickle I'm a kid so that's probably why. read more
