Four and a half months after they opened, Chick-fil-A mania is still in full swing. I walked in for lunch today, and the line was practically to the door. They had ropes up to keep the crowd in line, and the line moved along pretty rapidly. You order at the counter, assuming you can make up your mind, and if you are dining in they bring your food to your table, and if yours is a "to go" order you line up at a side pick-up counter. Everything was super organized and as so may Yelpers have stated, the people here are super friendly and showed wonderful customer service. I ordered a Grilled Market Salad - a very nice portion of grilled chicken with romaine, blueberries, strawberries, and diced fresh apple. I also ordered a "lemon water" with Splenda -sort of a Lite Lemonade and it was excellent. I sat and enjoyed my $10.57 lunch and watched the endless stream of customers, servers, chicken of every description, waffle fries, and shakes parade across the dining room. I just visited this place for a mobile pickup order and the place was packed (like always) we had a 30 minute wait time in the pickup line but it was definitely worth it. I ordered a chicken sandwich, 6 piece nuggets, and a medium fry and my sister got a salad and some grilled chicken (she's the health geek.) My sandwich was juicy, nicely seasoned and the bun was soft, and fresh. The nuggets were all shaped different from each other which is a good way to tell if they are fresh or processed. They were seasoned well and not too greasy either. My fries had a bit of grease on them but not to the amount that couldn't be washed off in the sink and they were nicely seasoned as well with not too much salt and just the right amount of crisp to them. My sisters chicken was juicy and added a delectable layer of flavor to her salad which consisted of fresh veggies and delicious avocado lime dressing which was the perfect amount to add a tangy taste to the salad. The bell peppers also added a bit of crunch. In conclusion it is a great place overall and if you are willing to wait, you will be rewarded. read more

Chick-fil-A is easily my favorite fast food restaurant. The workers are so nice and the service is quick and simple. The food is great and its my go to place to eat out. There is even a playpen for little ones. It's really sweet. It's a nice environment to be in and all the workers are amazing. I normal love chick-fil-A not today. We did a mobile order and picked up threw drive threw. Everything was going great til we got the food. The bag was falling apart and the employees knew it and didnt care. My mom pulled into a spot by chickfila to get a reusable bag to pack everything in. We got the first soup and then we went to grab the second one. The lid wasn't on at all and the soup all over my pants, the car, and all the other food. There's no question that Chik Fil A is certainly heads and shoulders above the rest in the fried chicken department. It's the customer service that makes this chain shine even brighter. I'm very familiar with the southern Chick Fil A chains. Their customer service and attentiveness is so unlike anything found in the North. I was expecting this southern touch would be missing in this Enfield location. My expectations were shattered when an employee came to our table and ask if she could get anything else for us. When it first open it was a big deal. Line still snake for a little bit but it isn't just the food that gets me coming back but the hospitality that I get when I go there. I'm always greeted by a great service staff that make it a point to converse and treat me like a guest and not a customer. Usually order the chicken sandwich with a sweet tea and a cole slaw as a side. Love how the staff member make it a point to reread my order to me. Shows me that they take the time with a smile to make sure I'm getting what I order. Table service with the food brought to the table with other staff members coming by and checking if we need a refill on drinks or anything else. It's not a pressure to eat your food and get out but stay and take your time that we sometimes forget we have when we are always moving from A to B. However when we go to pay for our food, the order is STILL wrong. The lady fixes it again and then we pay for our food. We pick up our food, but come to find out -- our order was STILL messed up! We paid for deluxe sandwiches and received plain chickfila sandwiches with no toppings!!! None!!! SO DISAPPOINTING. Came for breakfast... our kids don't have one where they live so they like to indulge when they visit for the holidays. First it was, we are cooking the chicken, it'll be a few minutes. As a born Southerner, I LOVE Chick-Fil-A, but this location needs to step up their game. The drive through is incredibly slow. I was there around 7pm to pick up dinner and they still had only the breakfast menu out. How on Earth had no one mentioned this before I arrived??? That blows my mind. They changed it, but still. Yes, the establishment was clean and the food was tasty (can't always say that about some places) This particular franchise gets 5 stars for their Staff. Not only does everyone greet you when you walk in the door, which could be management preference and requirements, but still it's nice to hear a "good afternoon welcome to Chick-fil-A" when you haven't even walked up to the counter yet. Aside from that they have a gentleman that helps to clear the tables and empty trash. General cleanup work. But his friendliness and manner of approaching guests stood out to me. He was polite and courteous, truly going above and beyond. I don't need anyone to take my tray for me, thankfully I'm very capable. As a vegan, I'm a demographic that Chick-fil-A is definitely not intending to target, but I came here on opening day (2/26) for the first time to pick up birthday lunch for my roommate and was pleasantly surprised at the experience. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with the waffle fries and medium drink combo for my roommate (her fav), as well as a large waffle fry for myself. (While I don't eat meat, I do have a soft spot for fried potatoes.) Their waffle fries were probably the best I'd ever tasted, with a light hand on the salt...and they were only $2.07 including tax! The service is stellar and pretty representative of good Southern hospitality. It was packed because of opening day but the line moved quickly, and they called me "ma'am" when talking to me. And after I'd ordered and was picking up napkins at the condiment station, an employee walked out from behind the counter to personally give me my order. As I walked out, I was handed a card for a free breakfast sandwich on my next visit. I do think Chick-Fil-A is one of the better fast food chains in regards to the treatment of animals they source, both in humaneness to the animal and the healthiness of the meat that customers are consuming. Under the FAQs section on their website, they write, "All of our chicken is 100% pure breast meat with no fillers, additives or hormones...The chickens used by Chick-fil-A are raised by family farmers in large enclosed barns designed to protect them from the weather, disease and predators." I'm happy that their meat is hormone-free, but since their chicken isn't free-range or organic, I would like to see this company move more in that direction. Also, for vegetarians and vegans who may be eating here, check the website for meal options under the FAQs section...They offer more than just waffle fries for you!
