Brought my girlfriend here a while back and picked up food for her. While inside I looked over the menu and thought to myself I can see myself coming back here. Here we are today. Knew what I was going to order before I even stepped foot in the place. Chicken Pesto Panini. Wish I had asked what else was in it because my gut told me there would be tomatoes and I was right. I picked them out after the fact. Sandwich was good, had it on wheat bread. Did not really fill me up though, even eating the oatmeal cookie afterwards. I also ordered a large beef stew to take with me to work. Ate it cold which I didn't mind. I enjoyed it. Overall, I think if I were to order a chicken pesto sandwich I would personally get it from hot table. Will be back though to try another soup and another sandwich. read more

This is the Panera Bread experience that everybody is looking for. Not everybody needs a subpar bagel or meh cookie with their meal. What you do need, is the option to have a unique salad and sandwich with any combination of toppings you want. Much like Subway, you can see all of the toppings that are to choose from for your salads and sandwiches, but there are so, so many more delicious fresh options to put on them. If you don't know what you're looking for, they have combos already set up for you on the menu that have no-brainer deliciousness. Also, the soups are so good. I had the cheddar broccoli and I have zero regrets . This is a lot because they were many soup choices. Speaking of choices, if you have never had the Tractor brand of tea and juice combos, it is better than any other thing you're going to get in a store or fridge case. ( think Snapple but with a fresh taste) . There are lots of places to get food in Enfield, but if you are looking for a place to get lunch , and you are working in Enfield, this is definitely the place to try and it's close to where you are, you know it. I ventured into this new deli-type salad bar, wondering whether it rould be reminiscent of soup plantation's buffet offerings, which we have missed since CA.. On a smaller scale it kind of is--but salads, soups, paninis, wraps, and grain bowls, instead of self-service salads, soups, pastas, and frozen yogurts. This franchise is actually better, mostly due to food quality and service. Jack is more than engaged with his staff and customers, and shows real caring. I ordered the turkey chili, which sadly had Canola, which I knew because after my ordering Jack went to the back room to reserach ingredients for me. He brought out a substitute soup for me, and removed the one which, though much tastier than the sub, had the dreaded Monsanto oil (which no one should eat). That really a shame, and we hope they will change the oil, since that is otherwise a delicioud soup, served with a hot roll. My next visit I got the Farmer's Market salad, with turkey. A great choice. Loved it. They accomodated my balsamic and olive oil dressing choice. Not sure what the other dressings have. Since this is a franchise, we imagine Jack will have to do some negotiating to get Canola out. We think he will try since not only does he care, he reakized after my rant, that he doesn't like that oil either. I will try paninis next. Love the service, the food (with the above exception) and the buzzing atmosphere, and the excellent management with the owner on premise all the time. I've been coming here for the last year at least once a month and very disappointed with my last salad. I ordered a Sophie's salad and specified I wanted romaine lettuce instead of the spring mix. The salad was a good size for the price. I created my own salad which consisted of the super mix of all the lettuces, tomatoes, onion, blue cheese, crispy chicken, apples and avocado. The produce isn't super fresh. I think chick fil a unfortunately has fresher produce. I was really excited to try a salad because they have a lot of different options and good size portions but I don't think any of it was really good. The crispy chicken reminds me of elementary school cafeteria food. The onions, tomatoes and apples were said to be diced but I would describe them more as a large chopped size. I love onion but there is no reason it should be left so big if it's supposed to be diced. I had held off on coming in since I know they recently opened. I figured it would give them some time to work out the issues of opening a new store but I'm a little disappointed. I will try them again in the future and hopefully they will have worked out the kinks. This place is terrible- customer service is crap. We tried ordering a custom salad and a custom sandwich per their menu instructions and they totally messed both up. had a 1/2 Sophie's salad and a 1/2 pecan chicken salad sandwich both were very good and very filling. the salad had fruit and nuts and blue cheese plus all kinds of greens. one huge plus for me I am handicapped and they carried my tray to the table for me. very pleased. lots of soups salads and sandwiches to choose from. polite friendly staff.
