Have been goin to this chick fil a every now and then and finally feel compelled to leave a review. For the most part it's fine, but the drive thru line is impossible navigate and the line is consistently slow. The most recent problem I had was ordering a chicken nugget meal with a large fry and instead got a chicken strip meal and medium fry, and the soda was flat which also happens often. The fries are always lukewarm and it's always bits and pieces of fries never full fries. Will gladly drive a few miles down the road to go to the other one instead. read more

I've never had to leave a review for Chick-fil-A before because they've been outstanding where I live at. It's a shame how bad this location is. I never had to wait so long for my food in drive thru. It felt like 10 minutes had passed. Shout out to the guy who took my order, he was great and still in training. I ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich meal with no pickles and half/half to drink. Let's start with the fries that I eat on my way home and they we're lukewarm almost cold. I didn't even receive a full carton. I received the bits and pieces of the fries. The drink was trash; it tasted expired. As a breastfeeding mother I have to eat a lot of calories and stay hydrated but I had to wait until I got home to have something to drink. Why do I continue to give this location chances ?The other location behind the mall is so much better! Seriously you cannot even compare the two. Complaints start with 10 minutes to get my order taken in the drive through. Next person taking order is not aware of all sauces available ," jalapeño salsa." Next issue food wasn't ready when I finally got to the window. I only had one combo and a kids meal. I was asked to park ," no your parking lot does not accommodate trucks to maneuver through easily," I was kind when explaining this issue. " Last few complaints have to do with the food. The fries were at best warm and I live less than 5 minutes away. My Spicy chicken sandwich did not have extra pickle as requested. They did however take the time to put the sticker saying that it did. The owner should be made aware so that these issues can be addressed with his managers. Entered drive thru on 9/19 @ 6:12 & rec'd my order @ 6:35. I had ordered on my mobile app a chic sand & chic cool wrap. Then entered drive thru & told young lady I wanted no pickle on sandwich and no lettuce on wrap. She flubbed my name and then said she got it. I repeated it & asked if she had it and she said "yes". I get to window & wrap had lettuce where I was directed to carry out que. 20 min later at 6:35 my order comes out & I ask for manager. His name is Ken. I ask for his last name and he refuses to give it to me. He says its not the girls fault at first giving me this long explanation that it came out wrong from the kitchen and he sent it back. Finally he admits she had to have messed up bec I had the ticket on my bag and it didn't mention no lettuce. They didn't know until I approached the window. Finally at 6:45 I said I had to go and could I at least exchange the sandwich for a hot one (he didn't offer himself) he said sure and ran back in. He says he is sorry 2x but does not offer a free sandwich, coupon maybe some fries or a drink to go with the sandwich. I had been waiting 21 minutes to get my food and its the 2nd time in 3 weeks they had messed up my order . Pulled up at 9:59pm on the dot. Had three cars behind me. The manger comes out and ropes the line off in front of me not allowing us service. That was so horrible. She came to the window saying sorry we are closed at 10. I looked at her and said "but ma'am it 10 o'clock on the dot. Not a minute pass". She smirked and said sorry we are closed. I thought that was a bit sad being that she turned down 3 customers who where already in the carpool line at 10pm. Not a minute pass ten. Confession: I love Chick-Fil-A biscuits. I know they're a chain! I know they're not Bo-J's or Biscuitville. But I just can't help myself. The biscuits are perfection -- light, fluffy, buttery, and sweet. It's that sweet note that seals the deal. I can't handle it. The eggs are from a carton (not real) and the sausage is not as spicy as other fast food places. But the biscuits keep me coming back. And how freaking cute are Chick'n Mini's?? I stopped here for lunch today to take out an overworked tax accountant who has been handing off some of his clients through his business in PA. I told him to choose the restaurant and this is the place he chose to go. The gal who took our order was very personable, asked if it was still kind of cool outside and I replied "Where I come from this is T-shirt weather" and she got a kick out of that. Our orders were up in no time and she actually carried one of the trays out for us - that's never happened at any fast food place I've been to. The food was tasty (I had a chicken salad sandwich and chicken soup) and before long, someone came around to our table offering to get refills for us. Not only did he offer to get us refills, he offered to take our trays out of our way and dispose of our trash. Again, this has never happened to me at any place like McD's, BK or RBs. So we all know what to expect from Chick-fil-A food wise and customer service wise. A1 right? Usually when I visit it's at the mall or I go through the drive thru. This time during OWTKO (Operation Wear The Kids Out) we came to take advantage of the play area during lunch after 90 minutes at DefyGravity. The play area is extremely clean as well as the entire restaurant and restroom. Puts my mommy germaphobe nerves at ease. It even smells fresh, idk what they use but I smelled freshness, not food. Trippy. There was an employee walking around checking on everyone providing sauces, napkins, refills etc. It was actually quite comparable to a waitress at a "regular" restaurant. As soon as a table was free he cleaned it. Even the music playing was pleasant. Just an overall job well done here. The play area is enclosed, perfect for the rainy day and it allowed me to observe through the glass while I ate. It's actually pretty sound proof as well, there were at least five screaming children and although I was right there it sounded as if it were from a distance. My 2 year tried to dash out and I jetted to him fearful he'd get his little fingers caught in the heavy door but they were way ahead of me. The door seemed to have some sort of hydraulics so it closed slowly and smoothly AND the edges had thick paddling so in the case of the unfortunate event that small fingers got caught in transition they would remain intact. You go on head Chick-fil-A!! The ambiance inside was nice, closer to a modern coffee shop vs a fast food restaurant. There was some traffic but mostly people using the mobile pick up ordering and walking out. I saw why when we left because ohhh emmm geee that drive through line was NO JOKE!!! It was wrapped alllll the way around. Just wow. Overall I had not one complaint. This was a nice dine in experience and as always the food was fresh and hot. Your pleasure? Excited to find a Chic-Fil-a close to work, but as usual, everyone else must be just as excited. Around 1 PM on a Wednesday, I pulled into the drive-thru line, which of course stretched around the building & spilled into the road behind the restaurant. Thankfully, they had one employee with the iPad taking orders in line. That process went by fairly quick, but the waiting in line to pay was rather long. As always, the staff are very pleasant & try to be as efficient as possible. I paid & left & dug into my bag on the way back to work. Hot waffle fries, yum! Upon finishing those off, I dug into my grilled chicken sandwich. That was a little off. The chicken was overlooked & was a little dry. Everything else was fine. The sweet tea was refreshing, per usual. Parking is limited & maneuvering to get out of the drive-thru can be tricky. read more

I ordered a milkshake in the drive thru. They asked me to pull to one of the pickup parking spots while they made it. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting on it and watching them send out 8-10 milkshakes to new people on the drive thru. I've been to the RTP Chick-fil-A multiple times and have always had a great experience. They get extremely busy during lunch, but the service is usually very quick with the double drive thru lines. The workers are very nice and always courteous. My food always comes out fresh and hot. My go to is the chicken sandwich with waffle frIes. I love the fried coating on the chicken. It's crunchy and has a very unique flavor letting you know you're eating Chick-fil-A. The waffle fries are a must. They're so good and go great with the many sauces. Overall, this Chick-fil-A is very good and definitely one of the better ones in the area. read more

Never again will I return to this location. We received sandwiches that were not cooked properly. The manager Zack has disgusting customer service and the Store owner David told me it was due to some frustrations with previous experiences and that he is in the process of learning. The store manager then proceeds to tell me how another customer tried to get $50 worth of free food them.... As a customer with complaints of my own I don't think it is appropriate to be told about another customer's experience... The store manager justified the other managers customer service based on a previous customer experience. If this is not stereotyping I don't know what is. The store manager tried to offer me a voucher as he claims they normally do not do refunds there. To receive horrible food, disgusting customer service, and to be judged based on another customers experience that has nothing to do with me (other than the fact that I am black and she must have been black) is absolutely ridiculous. The managers and store managers here care nothing about customer service. Chik-fil-A is individually owned, and this location is not a good representation on the franchise. read more

This is my last time until they allow take out from inside. The past 3 times I have gotten shorted food for my family's dinner. Tonight there were no nuggets for my 2 youngest kids along 1 fry. In the past it was a couple sandwiches so I just found something to eat at home. You get no chance to really check your order ... in fact tonight I started to check the bags (my order was 3 bags for the whole family) the lady cashier asked me to move on ... nicely but I didn't get to check it at the window. I pulled up and a glance I did see no nuggets. The lines were so deep I just went to McDonald's and bought 3 orders of their nuggets so the rest of our food wouldn't get cold. Chick-fil-A has shorted me only about $20-$25 in food but the fact you are now rushed thru and can't even go inside to correct an order ... you have to wait 5 plus minutes to get the the 1st attendant and then 10 minutes to have it corrected at the window is reason to go to Bojangles, McDonalds or Wendy's. Not opening the dining room is okay but not allowing counter orders for takeout is a deal breaker. We might come back after things open up but man you guys have screwed up big time lately. read more

He got home and guess what it's still messed up. He asked for no bacon and guess what he got??? BACON!!!!! Chic fil a's food is always top notch. My favorite is just the classic number 1 sandwich combo. If you are feeling fancy, try the club. Service - always outstanding. The staff is super friendly and if you eat inside, they will bring you your food, come around to see if you need a refill or just a short friendly conversation. Chickfila has to be one of the most consistent chains I have frequent. It does not matter whether I'm in NC, SC, VA or MD- the customer service and quality of the food are top notch. I went through the drive thru for my order- it was correct, the food was hot and tasted fresh. No complaints -and unlike a lot of places, I was told than you! It is nice to be wished a good day, but sometimes being thanked goes a lot further.
