Out of all the fast food choices on the Eastside of Dothan, I was thrilled when Chick-fil-a was announced. It occupies the spot that Leon's Seafood and Motel once resided. There are 2 drive thru lanes. The inside seems more roomy than other Chick-fil-as. There is a playground inside for the kids to play. Chick-fil-a always receives a 5 star from me based on the quality of their food. My personal favorite is the Spicy Deluxe with Chick-fil-a sauce and Sriracha. There are several healthy options at Chick-fil-a. Service is always pleasurable too. It looks like at every Chick-fil-a, no one is ever miserable. Thank you Dothan and Chick-fil-a for making this happen. We do not need another fast food burger place. read more

Not only is the food always on point here but the staff are simply amazing! My family and I came in tonight for dinner and somehow I left my wallet at home so my family and I start to leave one of the managers tells us hold on a moment so we went back up front. Where manager Kayla paid for our meal. I can't say thank you enough for that because its a 20 mile trip from home to the restaurant. This chick-fil-a was the slowest location I've ever been too. Not horrendous but not up to the standards that they are known for and that I've experienced before. We saw the long line in the drive thru but we were like, it's Chick-fil-a, it'll take "2 minutes." It didn't. The girl who took our order was genuinely sweet and she moved at lightning speed without making you feel rushed to give your order. The food came, we handed out the food for our family of 6 got down the road and my daughters 8 piece nugget was missing and we had to go back. My daughter went inside with the receipt and they gave her the nuggets and some fresh fries upon her request because hers were now cold. They were nice but not very apologetic which in my opinion is very unchickfila like. I am giving this location 3 stars because for the amazing service and speed that this company is known for, this location was just a tad below the curve. And I never double check my order at CFA because they have always gotten it right. I guess there's a first time for everything. Better luck next time. That is all! read more

This Chick-Fil-A consistently messes up orders. Last trip I requested no pickles on a chicken sandwich, got home and had pickles. This trip I ordered a spicy deluxe combo, with no pickles, a kids nugget meal w/ fruit cup, and Polynesian sauce. Got home and I had no fries with my combo. If you go through the drive through at lunch or dinner, you better use the outside lane, because you will most likely end up leaving before you even order. Sat in the drive through nearly 30 minutes a few weeks ago because I was stuck in a line the never moved. Stick with the Chick-Fil-A on the other side of town. Decided to give this location another try, and I have to say, zero improvement. They were not very busy at all and still can't seem to follow along with a simple order. "I would like a spicy deluxe combo, no pickles, and a Dr Pepper to drink please." "Ok so I have a #2 with a Dr Pepper" "It's a deluxe with no pickles" "Yes sir, pull around". Get to the window and it has pickles. Inform them of the mistake and they take it back and give a plain spicy sandwich, not deluxe! It's really simple, people. Listen to the order, key it in correctly, and verify before you hand it to the guest. This location really is a disgrace to all the other wonderful Chic-fil-a's of the world. read more

The owner of this CFA needs to have employees outside helping direct and take orders! It's not that hard. I received a rare poor experience for a Chick-fil-A today. Extremity slow service at the drive thru, a wrong order, and really poor quality food - specifically the fries (soggy, inedible). They were so busy there was no way I was going back so I reluctantly ate the chicken tenders, which strangely taste completely different from all the other chicken they serve. read more
