The food tasted pretty good, and the prices were about the same as other places we've been to. Unfortunately, the service was lacking -- it took over 10 minutes to get our food, and the person taking our order gave us the wrong food. They had to refund our money and then remake the correct order, which took even longer. This was our first time visiting this Hardee's, but based on the experience, I don't think we'll be back. read more

Sunday April 14th , 2 people were working there a man and a woman . Business was very slow and she was doing everything except working the grill . She was NOT rude but was not friendly and courteous at all . The staff has been much friendlier at other times but not Sunday . Food was ok for fast burger food . read more

First time I've eaten Hardee's in 15 years. The last time was up near Tennessee and it made me very sick. Saw the commercial for the El Diablo and had to try it. That's one damn good burger and yes it really does get hotter with every bite. It's not a very hot burger but it does have a good bite to it and excellent flavor. It's definitely worth the money. read more

I've given this place a number of chances, but I keep regretting it when I go back. I usually use the drive thru, and it's hot and miss on how friendly cashier is. Every time, they get my order wrong even though we cover it on the speaker, and at the window. Most recently, I asked for onion rings instead of fries, but still got fries. Previously I have gotten the wrong burger completely. And of course, that's not fully noticed until I get home. read more

The first impression was a bad odor but the worse part was the employees just staring at us when we came in....very rude sm unwelcoming atmosphere. We just left. I noticed the place was empty and now I know why . terrible read more

Driving through Dothan to get to PCB, I was very impressed with this Hardees. The lady that took my order was extremely nice. The bathrooms were very clean, which is a huge plus for me, especially when I'm just stopping by to use the bathroom and grab some food quickly. I didn't wait long for my food which I appreciated. The burger was tasty and hit the spot. I commented to my friend that the lady taking orders was very friendly and she agreed. read more

This used to be my go to spot for breakfast before work. I don't know what happened but the service has gotten worse. The service is very slow and the staff seem to be overwhelmed. It took 17 minutes to have my order filled and only 2 or 3 people were ahead of me. Very dissatisfied and now late for work. read more

Their large roast beef is garbage and the size of a small roast beef at Arby's. Its not worth the money or the time The traffic in and out is almost an accident waiting to happen. Service is very slow. read more

It was loaded with little bites of sausages, chicken, shrimp, and scallops. All those proteins were nestled with just the right amount of spices in a rich broth with onions and tomatoes. A nice helping of rice topped off the dish nicely. We shared the grilled catfish fillets. You have an option of one, two, or three fillets. We opted for three for only $21. The filets were good size and nicely grilled with a bit of blackening seasoning. The meal came with a single trip to the salad bar and a side. The salad bar has several options of pasta salads, chopped lettuce with toppings, and a sweet slaw. We chose the blackened new potatoes as our other side. We thought that they were really good. Bread options included: hush puppies, cheese, bread, or yeast rolls. The hush puppies were a little overdone. So we were able to get an order of the cheese bread. Which is large yeast rolls with cheddar cheese, baked in the top. They were really good. The servers are friendly and never seemed to stop moving. The seating is basic older restaurant booths and tables which are comfortable. They offer interesting sayings at each table such as... "I'm not saying it's your fault. I said I'm blaming you." They have a full bar and lounge. Side note-the parking lot is huge and has plenty of room for vehicles towing trailers.
