I called and complained immediately and could not return back because I had to be to work in just a few minutes . She told me she would replace the food when I came back. Also they messed up my daughter's chicken sandwich and put pickles on it with the cheese sauce she didn't like so she didn't eat it. I was told all three items would be replaced so I went out of the way to return a couple days later just to be told she checked the cameras and they made the burger right. I spent $26 for burgers my family did not order and did not like and she wouldn't even replace them to make them correctly . I have never heard of customer service this horrible but then again I am not from here. Customer service where I come from is much better! I understand that it might not have been "policy" but from my recollection the customer should always be right... then once I received my order and began eating the food, I bit into fries that were ice cold! I am pretty certain that it isn't policy according to Food Safety and with the health department to be putting food out that is under the required temperature especially within the danger zone... if you're going to follow policy then do so efficiently and not pick and choose... it wouldn't be near the issue with me if I wasn't made to feel as if I was an inconvenience in my request rather than it actually being a procedure of the chain. However, I have received utmost respect and dignity in my request from many other stores of this same chain.
