It t is less acidic/lemony than most places and not too rich - a plus for me. The eggs were cooked perfectly. I requested extra hollandaise sauce because I knew it was good. (I sampled some from hubby's plate during our first visit.) This was served with those delicious shredded hash browns that they cook so well. The portion sizes are good.
