This has to be the most unprofessional and disorganized CFA ever. The young man who took the order was great and he was evidently feeling the 93 degree FL heat but smiled and did his job. Asked for a refill in addition to the drive through order. Young lady delivering the food order indicated she would bring it over but we waited and waited and nothing. When we beckoned her over she nonchalantly told us "oh I thought they came over to tell you we can't do that in the DT", I was not going back inside, with the heat, and back to the car. First off, the location looks fantastic. It is so much different than the one back home in Saint Charles. The staff is super nice, attentive, and the food was correct and hot. We ate in the lobby, and it was super clean. We ate here three times during our weeklong stay on the beach, and it was great every time. read more

I got the notification that my order was completed and going to be brought out shortly. after receiving that notification i waited 7 or so minutes before having to go inside to ask about my order. when i asked, the employee told me that she would make my order now. glancing at the order screen, my order was on 16 and a half minutes. when my order was received one drink had very little ice and was warm (a sweet tea). i was given two free dessert reward cards for the trouble but the 20+ minute wait for three drinks was crazy! read more
