Advised we'll order before 5 and will probably put order online and she asked for my name and advised she'll keep an eye for my name to come through, which I thought was just an extra step of nice courtesy that I wasn't expecting and just thought that was so thoughtful! That response said everything. The problems we experienced were clearly management issues, not our server's. She worked hard under impossible circumstances and deserved support, not to have her tip used as the solution. We made things right for our server, and stressed to her that this was not her fault.
