I have been waiting for a Chick-Fil-A in Crestview for about 3 years now (not kidding), when I heard the news about a Chick-Fil-A opening there.. I told everybody! I was ecstatic! Come opening day (since unfortunately I couldn't participate in the first 100 camp out), I went after work and was super excited to have my usual number 7 with well done fries and a half/half of Tea. I received my order in a fast manner, but the presentation was a little off, my sandwich was a little cold and had American cheese (instead of its original Colby Jack Cheese) , my fries weren't well done, my tea, was actually a lemonade (I hate lemonade). I don't complain to a newly opened restaurant because it has its ups and downs. All I ask is that Chick-Fil-A gets better with time, and that I'll still continue to be a loyal customer. But my next wrong order will be a shame on you, not on me. read more

The food there is great, but the menu seem a bit small, they do not have a lot to choose from, and the line is a bit longer than I like. Overall the food is great, and the employee's are nice, they even had some walk out to your car while your waiting in line to take your order, now that is customer service. read more

The facility is clean and well-kept. Food is usually hot. The worst part about this location is how slow it is at getting food out compared to most other Chick-fil-a locations. They are by far the slowest I've been to. All locations I've seen use the "multiple-person-order-taking-outside" method. Don't expect to get your food quickly; otherwise, it's good. read more

Peach shake was outstanding. The peaches are cut small and precisely enough to fit through the straw. Great job on that!!!! The rest of the story you all know. The fried chicken sandwich was perfect as usual. The waffle fries with chick-fil-a sauce is a winner. The order taking and order fulfillment were perfect. You expect that already. The store cleanliness and layout was large, open, airy, and well done. This is their newest store. It opened two weeks ago, so the lines are obviously curled around the entire parking lot and into the street. They still don't miss a beat with turning out a great product without a fuss. Bad service and unfriendly with the exception of one girl. Managers talking personnel issues at the counter. Ordered 2 coffees and instead of telling us it had to be made she poured it it out an made new. After a 5 minute wait it was going to be 4 more minutes. Our people were waiting to leave as we are traveling thru. Girl was so captivated with the young man in dront of us she barely acknowledged us. Refused to make eye contact when we approved the counter as she poured the coffee out that we had ordered. read more

Was on vacation and stayed next door at the Fairfield inn. Went to have lunch during an extremely busy time; cow day....totally by mistake. Meagan has to be the manager, came by around tables to make sure everything was good, she was extremely pleasant and insisted to this our trash away and even offered to get us refills. Location was extremely clean and food was amazing. Thank you for making our visit incredible especially making the chaos of cow day extremely manageable. Texas love read more

Took the family opening night. Place was packed but still had a place to sit, received our food fast, and was on point. Staff was just as courteous as other Chick-fil-a locations. So glad there is one in Crestview now. read more

By far this is the slowest chic fil a i have ever been tpo. i would have normally pulled out of drive thru before ordering because of waiting more than 10min to barely move but once you are in you are trapped. They definitely don't need two lines. Nuggets and Fries weren't fresh so not sure the holdup was. read more

Super inconsistent. Ive had some solid meals here, but usually ive been let down. Every time i order a cool wrap, it literally is only lettuce with no chicken. One time and I can say they had an off day. Over 6 times and its a problem. Not sure why its so hard to get a simple order right. Not only that, but a large fry cost almost 2 dollars more than a medium fry but always comes half full. Not sure why this location is trying to skimp on their food so much. read more

I've been here multiple times and haven't had any issues. Let me start off by saying, the only JUST OPENED so anyone that's complaining about service needs to understand that they are still learning. Next...here is the law of the land, Chick fil a is he fastest "fast food" around. Their employees are trained to be respectful and they close every Sunday for religious reasons. If you have a problem with that then you are wrong, not them. Secondly, if chick fil a serve you something that is " wrong" don't even get upset, just accept the fact that that's just what you were really supposed to have and move on with your life. The people at this chick fil a have their lives right. Let them do their job, and eat what they give you. I mean come on, it's Chick-fil-a so it's all good. P.s. If you're a vegetarian, don't rely on a place that's known for chicken to give you "world class" fries . That type of negativity belongs elsewhere. read more

This Chick-fil-a is not on the same level as every other Chick-fil-a's I've been to. They are the slowest I've been to. Also, the fries have been stale the past 2 times I've been to this location and trust me I've eaten many chick-fil-a fries in my lifetime and know how good they usually are. read more

Nice layout, very clean and organized. Staff is likely still learning as I had to wait about 20 minutes for a simple 4 count breakfast mini. They were nice and apologetic, so still a huge step above most establishments. read more

The people are so nice and the food is better than any other chick-fil-a I've had! They were slammed one day when we went, we did the curbside pickup and it took a little bit but we weren't anxious or anything. The manager brought us our food and apologized for the wait and said that they messed up a sandwich so they had to remake it. But he gave us a coupon for our wait and patience. Great place! read more
