We just waited 25min at a "fast" food chain that has a reputation for great service. This is the second time we have stopped at this particular restaurant and had a negative experience. Today at 10:30 a.m. I was told by an elderly employee who was less than friendly, that she would need to make a pot of coffee. After about 15min, there was still no coffee. The manager provided a gift card and apologized and said they would get my coffee right away. 5-10min later still no coffee and the lady tells me she has to make another pot. Also saw her pick up ice with her bare hand from the counter and toss it back into the ice machine. Left without the coffee I paid for. Just disappointing. It wasn't a difficult order. read more

As someone with a gluten allergy, I love coming here. The food is delicious and the employees are always careful with it. That being said, the only downfall about it is that the wait time to get it is a bit long but completely understandable. read more

this is the absolute worst chick fil a ive ever been to. i try and avoid coming here at all cost. today was just the last straw. i am missing something EVERY SINGLE TIME i come here. it's literally nothing but kids that work here and it's like they don't know what they are doing. there has not been one time i have came here and left with the correct order. i shouldn't have to ask you to repeat the order every time and still get the incorrect items. this is ridiculous. do better chick fil a!! read more

The meal came out promptly and it was hot. The service was great and all the folks smiled.

Today I went through the drive through and paid for a 12 count nugget meal and a kids meal. At the next stop to get my receipt, my order didn't show up so I had to pay again. When I got home and opened my order, they had given me tea instead of coke, and grilled chicken instead of the nuggets. The kids meal was correct. read more

I used to love Chik-fil-a breakfast because, even though it was a little pricier, the quality was always so much better. This time it was pretty pathetic. Worst service I have ever received at a chick fil a. First I had a treat on my app and they still charged me for the sandwich, and the manager just shrugged his shoulders. Next my wife ask for lemons for her tea and the cashier grabbed it with his bare hands, when the food came the "Large" Fries were only 3/4 full. Additionally, the staff is drinking milkshakes right behind the counter in full view of customers. Finally and this is what prompted me to write a review, my daughter went to get her ice cream from her kids meal and ask the operator of all people, at the area where we typically get refills and he told her she had to stand in line. We've never had to stand in line for ice cream that was already purchased. I'm a frequent visitor to Chick Fil a and have spent thousands in gift cards for the 501 3c I work for. I LOVE CHICK-FIL-A!!!! Saturday I took my grand children into the CFA on Prince. I was in from Bentonville and was not sure where I was but Cooper wanted CHICKEN and in my world that means CHICK-FIL-A!!!! We walked in and they said WELCOME can we help you???? "Please! First-I need scissors to cut the tags off of Landrey's new shoes." (We had just toured WALMART!) They brought me scissors. "Second...I am not in my car and I don't have a phone charger, my phone is dead and I do not know how to be back from here!". A guy went to his truck and got me a charger. Next we ordered. The employees said, "IT IS YOUR LUCKY DAY! You are our customer of the day!". I have been to CFA HUNDREDS of times and never even knew there was a Customer of the Day! They gave us our meal for free, walked us to the table and told us to have a BLESSED DAY! I LOVE CHICK-FIL-A!!! This made my day! Thank you! The employees were delightful, checked on us and offered us ice cream! WE will return Guaranteed! read more

The food is far above average for fast food. The service at the counter and at the table is outstanding!! It is always a very pleasant experience at any Chick-Fil-A.
