They waved me to the next person and that person walked away. So we went to the order drive thru kiosk. No one ever said anything. I even yelled at the thing. The order taker that told me to go up to give my order didn't even notice I was holding up 4 car behind me that gave her their order. After she made it to the curve in the road. She came back but didn't try and find out why I didn't move forward yet. I finally had to yell and wave to get her attention. She finally took my order. By the time I got food area. Besides the manager immediately acknowledging and offering me a free meal, which I declined, three workers, one of which was not on the clock, just be messing and cutting it up with a customer while I sat there and waited, and who knows who we sat there and waited. Chick-fil-A has a wonderful reputation on getting in and out with the friendly service, but the looks given to me by one of the employees because I literally waved them off and got out of the line and went elsewhere, as unacceptable, nor was her lack of working while supposedly working. There were only two tables eating and no one in the drive thru yet employees were all just huddled together joking around while the place looks like a dumpster, filthy. 4:00 on a Tuesday. Like a ghost town. More employees than customers and YET every table was dirty, no toilet paper in the women's bathroom, trash cans over flowing. I had to ask for someone to clean two tables for my family of six to sit. Took them 8 minutes (my Father-in-Law counted) to clean our tables. We just stood there. The 5 and under play ground had the most action in the store with three middle school aged children screaming. No clue where the parents were. And serious question: why do they hide the straws, forks, and napkins? Are they afraid they will be used? Stolen? Blown away? I'm just in shock. Surprised CFA Corporate allows this type of reputation to exist in one of their franchises. read more

We had such a great experience at this Chick Fil A. I don't usually review fast food but there were so many negative reviews on this one, I felt the need to help them receive a better rating. The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was busy but clean. The service was great, didn't wait long for my mobile order and even though I was fine carrying my food alone - staff insisted on helping me to the door and opening the door for me. The worst CFA I have ever been to. Fries are consistently dark brown, overcooked, soggy, and cold all at the same time. They often have dry buns that are falling apart or forget your multigrain bun. The food is rarely very hot when you get it. Always greasy. We, unfortunately, will not be back to this location. read more

Floors were so filthy before 8 AM, I've never seen that at a Chick fil a. Decided to go elsewhere

First I would start to say, that chick fila is my families GO TO fast food, pretty much the only fast food.. :) EVERY OTHER CHICK FILA is top notch on consistency and service and having quality products. This review is specifically for the chick fila in Clayton, GA. It is consistently disappointing.. the fries we receive are mostly cold, but burnt on the outside at the same time? As far as having multigrain brioche on the menu, that is great! But when the bread is clearly too old, and moldy.. just say you are out.. the staff has been rude on numerous occasions, and seem extremely inconvenienced by any additional requests or change ups. We will not be returning to this location, but overall it has just left a bad taste in my mouth. I wish you a speedy recovery chick fila in Clayton. read more

This was a uniquely annoying Chick-fil-A experience late this afternoon. I counted 8 employees, all clearly 15-16 years oldish clustered together behind the front counter, laughing and cutting up while one person took orders from the line of customers and one person bagged the orders. During that 30 minutes, I didn't see a single person who I thought might be older than 18 or might be leading/managing. Even worse, all napkins and straws are behind the counter so folks HAD to wait and try to pull the teens' attention away from one another's giggles. So look- I'm a teacher and I too worked at a Chick-fil-A as a teen- I understand getting to work with friends and it is definitely okay to have fun and enjoy work! People should!!! But what I observed for that half hour was blatantly unprofessional & disrespectful to customers, and to be sure- unbecoming of the type of business Chick-fil-A normally does. They may have said the words, "My pleasure," but their pleasure was not about customers. They found it in the raucous environment their loud hangout created. Whomp whomp. read more

As with most national restaurants, CFA has uniform benchmarks for cuisine, service and overall operation. That said the sausage & egg biscuits here are the best I have had at any CFA. They are BIG, baked just right (not gummy) and have fluffy scrambled eggs. Yum. read more

This was the worst chick-fil-a I've ever been to. We walked in the doors at 8:10 and the floors were soaking wet behind the counter. I'm assuming they were trying to get an early start on cleaning to close but it was an hour till closing and super dangerous. So water was getting tracked everywhere and the floors were very slippery. The main part of the dining room was being closed down, again, only 8:15 and they we're having g people move to one of about only 5 tables available on the side of the restaurant. Once we got our food, part of our order was wrong. It was fixed when I told them about it. You still have to ask for condiments and there's never enough, didn't get enough napkins. Plenty of workers but it looked like there was no one over the age of 20 there. It was crowded and chaotic, then to add to it a man at the table behind us started watching a game or something with lots of screaming on his phone with the volume all the way up. We planned on getting some milkshakes for the ride home but we couldn't get out the door fast enough. Most unpleasant chick-fil-a experience ever. read more

This place is an anomaly in the Chick-fil-A world. We have been here many times, and probably will not return. They did not go to CFA drive thru school, line doesn't move, yet kids in neon vests standing around everywhere looking at their toes. Our order was wrong, it has been wrong before - so we sit and take inventory before driving off which slows things down even more. First off let me say, I love chick fil a but today was not the case. We have a service dog, which chick fil a denied service to us when we came in with the dog. This is the first time I've ever had this issue here. Worst customer service, food always taste like the grease is old. Soggy French fries almost every time ordered. Sodas have no carbonation. Chic-fil-a typically does an exceptional job of super fast and efficient service. I may have come to take this for granted this leading to my disappointment today. My wait time in the drive thru was 40 minutes. Much to my chagrin I could not exit the line once I realized the wait was beyond acceptable. And to add to the frustration they changed from breakfast menu to lunch menu during the wait. I have come accustom to better from this brand and is the why Chick-fil-A is the only fast food I will frequent. Please improve on you wait and your drive thru processes. My youth group and I about 25 people just ate at this Chick-fil-a. The customer service was great. They were very kind. Right after we completed our order we got our food. It was the quickest service we have ever gotten. The drivers were even given free meals!!!! We love our drivers and this CHICK-FIL-A!!!! read more

Spicy chicken was good but a little overcooked. It was a little dry, but the mayo moistened it just enough. I order a half dozen chocolate chip cookies, and when I got them home I was going to eat one, after eating the chicken, and it was so hard I could not break it without it crumbling into little pieces. I check the others, and they were just as hard. Also, they had a stale taste to them. I called them, and they said they would make it right the next time I go in. We will see. read more

On March 12, 2019 I sat down for a breakfast meal at chik-fil-a. This is not the first time i've been to a chik but it is the first time I have had their breakfast. Upon entering the restaurant i was treated very nice and the service was quick. The meal itself was about average, nothing too crazy. I got the number 1 meal, a chicken biscuit sandwich accompanied by tater tots. The chicken sandwich was pretty greasy and the coffee was a little stale but still pretty good. The overall experience was good with a nice average meal to fill me up. i would recommend this place to friends and i would come back for another meal. Still need to work on some things but they are definitely in the category of "Reliable Restaurants" read more

I have eaten At this location twice, including once today. Always a great experience. The actually service is a little slower than other locations. However, the chickfila quality is always consistent and preSent. Our only complaint today were the flies in the restaurant. We did notice bug zappers located all around....so, clearly management is trying to deal with the problem. Lots of parking and a easy drive-thru are offered. I will absolutely be returning back!
