The establish was not busy. The tables were sticky and had visible signs of glass rings. For not being busy, it took a considerable amount of time for the food to come out. While my food was very good, the wife had fries that were cold. We were served food without any utensils or napkins. It took 8 minutes for utensils to arrive and one napkin each. We asked for more napkins, which never came. My wife mentioned the cold fries and she was brought another serving of equally cold fries. When we were finished, I asked the server for a couple to go boxes. We received one and had to ask for more; eventually getting one more box. It took an additional 10 minutes to get the check, and another 10 to have it retrieved with the credit card. The neighboring table was also dealing with cold fries.

The cinnamon roll was tasty - not too sweet, not too dry, not too moist - but it would have been better if it had been served warm for eat in diners. We ordered a variety of breakfast dishes, including corn beef hash (too salty even for me), calf liver (overcooked and dry), egg plate, and quiche. The egg part of the quiche was good but the crust basically uncooked. Each dish came with a biscuit, which had a great tang but interesting texture more like cornbread or coarse cake than flaky biscuit. The most annoying thing is that our food took 30-45 minutes to come out even though were were the only ones there? With no communication of the wait. They didn't even bring out the premade cinnamon roll as an appetizer until I asked. We were so hangry and were met with disappointing taste to boot. We decided not to dine in, and chose to pick up some nuggets and a cheeseburger in the drive through. Drive-thru Guy was pleasant enough, and asked me to pull forward to wait on my food even though nobody was behind me. I hate doing that, but complied and pulled behind the car in front of me. After 5 minutes the car in front got their food and left, and I pulled up since another car arrived behind me. I waited another 6-8 minutes, then pulled around to park and go inside. I saw two women working on food, and the 3 younger guys from the parking lot standing around and staring at the order screens. Guy 1 came over to take my order, and I explained that I was waiting on a drive thru order but didn't want to block the lane any longer. He discussed my order with another guy, they stared at the screens some more, and then guy 1 came back over and asked if I was ready to place my order. I couldn't help myself, I just laughed. Drive-thru guy then brought me my food, and we left. The food was good, but approximately 25 minutes on a nugget combo and 1 cheeseburger is pure foolishness.
